I'm usually very satisfied with the quality of the furniture and rug cleaning I get from D.A. Burns. They are a little expensive, but I think it's been worth the cost. I've had them do several cleans, so I have been a repeat customer.

DA Burns team picked up our thick wool carpet with friendly and fast service. The carpet came back clean and soft. They did an awesome job. They also came out and cleaned our furniture and it looks great. Thank you!

I was buying a carpet pad. D.A. Burns employees are always polite and efficient. My only complaint is that I called, on the off chance, that it was done a day early. It was. I wish they had called me.

We brought an area rug in for cleaning AND Blake from DA Burns came out to clean several pieces of furniture. Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. They did the work done well and were upfront about expectations. We have used DA Burns previously and will again.

I have utilized D. A. Burns services many times. The employees are cordial and helpful. My rugs are always returned in spotless condition and in a timely fashion. I can’t say enough good things about their service. If you need a rug to be cleaned or repaired, this is the place to go!

We had a fantastic experience with DA Burns, from the moment I pulled into the parking lot on a Sat and they immediately came out to my car to help me lift the large, bulky couch cushion I was bringing in to be cleaned to the quick service (was done in <1 week) to the high quality work and outcome. The stain on our couch cushion is now completely gone. I will be returning again to DA Burns in the future.

Brought in carpet to be cleaned. Was helped immediately by a very personable assistant who appeared very knowledgeable. Was left with impression that company was very professional. Now await to see how successful the cleaning process is.

We had several large carpet pieces that needed binding in order to have a finished look. Staff was very courteous. The binding was of the highest quality and was completed on time. The cost was very reasonable. We will bring all our future work to D.A. Burns. Our highest recommendation!!👍👌👍

The rug cleaning is excellent, but for two years I have been shocked that the minimum price is $250++ whatever size rug you have. I have 5' X 7'.I don't think the person on the phone ever mentions a minimum price. You find out when you get the bill, so mine had about $80 for pick up and delivery over a very short distance!!
I've learned my lesson and next year will get help to put my rug in the car and deliver it to the cleaning warehouse.

Have been so impressed with DA Burns over the past 10+ years. First it was great carpet care, then we discovered their furniture care service (just as great)…and then rug repair/edge whipping for area rugs, which again was really well done…and then discovered last year that they clean patio furniture cushions (really well) AND offer storage service for those bulky patio items! We are big fans of DA Burns - and really appreciate how they truly reflect the passion and quality of locally-owned, care-for-your-customer ethos. (BTW, I was not paid for this note, nor gain anything from it)

A pleasure as always to take a rug to DA Burns. It's not cheap, and we hold out as long as we can before taking a rug in, but it's an investment, extending the lives of the rugs. These guys are so good at what they do. They know how to clean every kind of rug, the rugs are ready when they say they're going to be, the staff are quick to hop up and help. They're courteous and knowledgable. Seattle's lucky to have this service.

The work done on my Persian carpet was excellent. However, when I dropped the rug off, no one told me that there is a 3% additional charge for using a credit card to pay. If I had known this, I would have brought a checkbook to write a check when I picked up the rug. Also I did nit receive the advertised 20% discount for in person dropping of and picking up the rug.

Love D.A. Burns! The staff that came to pick up my rugs were very professional and very helpful in guiding me in best plan/treatments to meet my goals. They helped move furniture to get to rugs, brought rugs back and laid them back out beautifully. Cleaning rugs is not inexpensive but I'm delighted at the new life they have in them!

This is my first season using DA Burns for cleaning. It started with a promotional email for outdoor cushion cleaning. My cushions had seen many seasons of pollen. Was it inexpensive? No. What I gained in not doing the labor and not sitting on grimy cushions is very nice. They are extremely professional and timely.
Next I took in an area rug used by a teen and cats. Wanting to avoid the waste of replacing the rug. We have a fresh start. Again, professional and timely.
Finally, I had DA Burns come out and clean a sofa of general "use" marks. It's hard to know what to expect when stains are years old. But the sofa looks better and feels cleaner. All in all quite happy with my season of DA Burns cleaning.

The company responded quickly, even on a holiday week. Timely arrived, coupled by friendly, professional serviceman is notable.

Note: there is a $250 minimum charge. I had about 10 square feet of wool carpet cleaned following a leak from my hot water tank. So, attention to detail and success on this very small, well defined, three-day-old issue is what I was after.

Sadly, the service did not remove the pale discoloration from the leak, but spread it. A product left in the carpet to amplify the value of the cleaning left the carpet stiff and a bit sticky, which I expect will attract more dust and dirt.

The company immediately offered to make a second trip to re-rinse any residue left by cleansers and take anther pass at the discoloration. It may not be possible to remove that discoloration, but I will post one more time here to let readers know what happens.

The representative from D.A. Burns (Conner) was excellent. He did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and was friendly and highly knowledgeable about our carpets and the best ways to clean and maintain them.

I am not new to D A Burns and I am so thankful their quality remains the highest around. I like a whte couch and lots of white spaces in my rugs. After a long absence in stlrage they are white again. Not by magic but hard work and not giving up. There was no times up gotta go....just almost got it. I am so pleased once again. DA Burns is still the best.

The man you sent was very professional and personable. I scheduled you to come again and clean my sofas. I hope to get Dd Kabul again to do the job.
