I’ve had Fuzzy Wuzzy clean my area carpets and rugs several times including a repair and clean of a family heirloom rug. I’ve been very happy with their work. My 10 yo rug came back looking new! Always prompt and professional. Will call them again when the time comes.

Quite happy and delighted with Fuzzy Wuzzy rug cleaning service! They were here within 2 days of my first call and rugs cleaned and looking like new again in no time. Pat who came out to my place couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. Recommend highly and will use them again if and when needed.

Really good experience using Fuzzy Wuzzy to clean a 20-year-old tufted area rug. Pick up was right on time, even moved the furniture for me. Delivery was in time as well. Both of the drivers (Jens and unfortunately can remember the other man) were extremely nice and knowledgeable about area rugs. My rug came back bright and clean, looks brand new. Highly recommend.

After I left this review, they re-cleaned my rug and it was PERFECT. (My rug had a chemical-like smell when it was returned. The rug is a play mat for my 7 month old daughter, so I was hoping it would be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed)

I’ve had 2 more rugs cleaned since and I will continue to use them. The rugs come back clean and completely odorless. I love the free pick up and delivery.

I had 4 pet-stained antique wool rugs cleaned and they were amazing when I got them back. Zero odor, the fringe was nice and white. I took advantage of a 40% coupon which made the price very nice too. They even picked up and delivered. Can't day enough good things. Fantastic service.

I could not believe how wonderful the carpet looked (and smelled). In the past, we have always steam cleaned our own carpets, but we had 4 flights of stairs in our rental, and I am absolutely happy with the value for having Fuzzy Wuzzy come out and clean. They were on time and thorough. We will definitely give them a call in the future. I highly recommend.

The company arrived on time...on both ends of pick up and delivery...and accommodated our schedule. The technician ( forgive me for forgetting his name) was friendly and helpful and wouldn’t let us assist with carrying. On top of that he had great insights and professional opinions as to where to replace the rugs. The rugs LOOK and FEEL clean, especially the fringes, and we could not be more satisfied with the personnel who assisted us on the phone, the gentlemen in our home and the excellent professional quality of the cleaning of 6 rugs. And having priced the costing to clean area rugs at all local cleaners, the pricing was more than fair. Highly recommend.

I've used Fuzzy Wuzzy this year and last year to clean two large area rugs. I have a cat so things happen on the rugs that I wish wouldn't 🤣. Fuzzy Wuzzy does a great job cleaning the rugs. The best thing is that they pick up the rugs and return them and will lay them down. One of my rugs is very heavy so it's nice that I don't need to lift it at all.

All in all, they do a great job and I will continue to use them in the future.

Needed my carpet cleaned before I moved out of my apartment. Fuzzy Wuzzy gave me a good quote ($200 less than another company). The technician arrived promptly and did the job fast. He was super kind and polite. The carpets looked great.

Fuzzy Wuzzy has great customer service to get a preliminary quote either via phone or text. They were very friendly and professional picking up the carpet and did an on-site evaluation, (following all current COVID guidelines). The representative found ways to save me money and discussed different treatment options for the carpet I have. I appreciated all of his advice and professionalism. The drop off was handled professionally and the carpet looked fantastic, all pet stains and other stains were gone and it looked much newer than it had before. 10/10 would recommend!

Fuzzy-wuzzy is a great rug cleaning company. They answer the phone promptly, give you
the rates right over the phone if you ask, they send a person out to gather your rugs no matter how big they are, they thoroughly clean them and return them the following week, and lay them out for you. Everyone I encountered was very professional and cordial and actually cared about my rugs. I will use them again.

Fuzzy Wuzzy far exceeded my expectations which were high already based on reviews I had read.
They gave me information about my rug that helped me decide to not have the initial one cleaned; losing quite a bit of money for the company, but providing me with honest feedback. The other rug, a much smaller rug, that they did clean, was beautiful after their cleaning.
Additionally the people who picked up the rug and delivered the rug were wonderful. And they were on time and communicative. Fabulous company.

Fuzzy Wuzzy provided amazing service, I needed my rug cleaned so I filled out a quote online. I got a call almost immediately and set up a time that worked for me in the middle of my work week. They were extremely communicative and kept me up-to-date via text the whole time, it was really nice corresponding with an actual human and not a robot. Due to my busy week, I was unable to meet them upon pick up and drop off but they happily picked it up from my patio and dropped it back off clean and in a plastic bag and sent me a picture as soon as it was delivered. I’m very pleased with the service and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fuzzy Wuzzy was very responsive in getting back to me after inquiry about their services. They used primarily one technician for my 3 rug cleaning and edge repair, which was therefore very good and consistent. The edge repair was very good in matching color and style and the cleaning was good. They were very good about upfront guesstimate of which stains could or probably would not be completely removed. The service was very professional and timing of service was pretty accurate. One disappointment was that ~8 inch border part of my dinning room rug expanded or the main part of the rug contracted, so that there are waves in the border part of the rug. It was indicated that this should settle down with time but I am still waiting for that to happen. All in all though, I am pleased with the service, indicated by multiple request for 3 different rug cleanings and a fourth in house cleaning of installed rug.

I had my rugs cleaned at a place in Lynnwood and they came back as if they were not touched.
in contrast FW is really professional and my rugs were obviously clean and perfectly rolled and delivered. Highly recommend!!! 5⭐

I used Fuzzy Wuzzy for the second year for my white nubby fuzzy wool area rug. They were great about pick up (on time, masked) & delivery. My rug is clean & looks softer & more beautiful than when it left.

The only thing I’d say is that if you’re messy & spill black coffee on the rug & don’t use a Scotch Guard or anything, they may not be able to totally remove it (I can still tell where it is). However, that’s definitely 100% on me. They were very upfront about that fact. They will also give you a price at pickup or if you know the size, over the phone. I really love that they pick up & deliver because I don’t see myself doing that! Their turn around time was only 6 days, and that seemed fast to me.

Even though Fuzzy Wuzzy is a crazy name for a business and I was a little skeptical, I am definitely really happy for the second year in a row & will use them next year too!

I will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them. They did a super job on my rug. During the booking process, they were clear on the procedure, updated me with relevant information, the pick up and drop off window was more than reasonable so I didn't have to be in all day, Troy who did the collection and drop off was really friendly and helpful. Can't recommend Fuzzy Wuzzy Rug Cleaning Company enough! Their technician came to the door to pick up the rugs last Friday, he had a few questions about the rugs, then asked if I wanted enzyme deodorizer and for them to be re-scotch guarded which I didn't know was an option so I am glad he brought it up! Having two small dogs that go outside and walk on them both meant both options were a good choice for me in addition to the cleaning. This Friday the technician brought them back for delivery and they are like brand new again! I'm very happy with the service provided and will be using their service again in the future. They saved me not just time, but also money having them professionally clean my area rugs vs disposing of them and having to purchase new rugs. Thank you again!

We love Fuzzy Wuzzy. They always do a great job and we love that they don't use a bunch of chemicals. This time they took 2 of our rugs for cleaning (7 day turnaround) and cleaned our carpets in our basement. Scott did a great job getting the stains out of our carpet and they look brand new. It only took about and hour and everything was dry that evening. This company is a great local choice. They are reliable and do quality work.

Troy and his team were wonderful. Quick to pick up, walk me through services, provide a quote, and schedule. Troy was very communicative ahead of arrival, looked over my rug, and offered input on what would be best to address the issue (dog with separation anxiety - you can imagine).

They were efficient, had my rug for a week, and were just as communicative when dropping off, which went very quickly. I highly recommend using Fuzzy Wuzzy, and will be doing so again in the future.

Fantastic repair and cleaning of my vintage rug! Expectations were well set and communications were clear and consistent throughout the process. Pick up and drop off were on time and cost was within estimate.
