Wow, I am so impressed by Marcel, his assistant Isma, and their amazing machine! They offered a great price for carpet cleaning of two bedrooms and closet, offered to come the same day, and completed the work really efficiently!

Don’t be fooled by how quick it takes; their steam machine is amazing and our carpets smelled so, so good after! It exceeded my expectations.

We are also located in a 3-story building with tough parking, but he was able to maneuver his machine in and it even went up 3 stories.

Best of all, Marcel is extremely considerate and even mopped all of our floors after where their hoses touched. They even wore shoe covers the whole time. Greatly appreciated. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for cleaning. Just all-around amazing work! Marcel helped me out with a carpet cleaning on short notice. Worse, I mistakenly sent my address info to the wrong number. Not only did he still come through that same day, his work exceeded my expectations. He was able to remove stains from before my move to the rental.. including the dreaded dried up slime.

This is the second time we have had Zimp out to clean the upholstery on our couch and we are thrilled with the results. We have a light colored couch that easily attracts dog hair and various dirt/stains over time that can be tricky to get out. Both times they have come out, Zimp has been kind, courteous, efficient and very fairly priced. We will definitely have them out again in the future!

Once again Zimp did an excellent job on a carpet that hadn't been cleaned in over 4 years! Didn't think it could be restored so well. Fair price, good communications, and not some overbooked newcomer or corporation who doesn't care about you as a person. Completely and totally recommend!

I can't believe I haven't written a review yet. We used Zimp in our apartment that had carpet for about 7 years. Excellent service every single time. We now live where we have hardwood floors so we don't use Zimp as much. However, we've had some sick cats a couple of times which results in some urgent scents that need to be addressed. Bill is timely, professional, kind, and the work done is always exceptional.

Bill was very nice, but the job was completed quickly and not thoroughly. Taken after cleaning, the photo below shows where there was an area carpet under the dog bed. You can see the carpet exposed was a much darker color (dirty) - and remained so after cleaning. I asked Bill about it and, if I understood correctly, he said that the carpet exposed to the light had changed color. That didn't make sense to me (as the carpet exposed, was darker.) I had a second company come a few weeks later, for the same cost. After the second company cleaned, there is a tiny, barely discernable, difference between the area that was under the area rug and the exposed carpet, and many other stains were addressed and resolved satisfactorily. Unfortunately, I recommend looking beyond Zimp, for carpet cleaning services.

Finding a business that cleans sheepskin rugs has been difficult, but when I came across FuzzyWuzzy, I figured with a name like that, it hadda be a good thing! I have never been kept in the loop as well as by these people! Ever!! They did an impeccable job, on time, for a reasonable price! I only gave them 4 stars, because I never do 5. I figure no one's perfect, but FuzzyWuzzy is scary close to it!!

Cleaned a large 10+ year-old area rug. Knowledgeable in inspecting the rug and didn’t try to up-sell any unnecessary additional services. Rug cleaned and deodorized. The rug felt pretty close to new and no offensive/overbearing chemicals from the deodorizing. Free pick-up and delivery was definitely a bonus.

Excellent service and quick turnaround - plus sent an extra person to help move heavy piece of furniture and rug to lay new rug pad.

Very professional rug cleaner, whose name is Quentin. He didn’t upsell me and listened carefully to what I wanted. Then he delivered. I love the results. Pee stains from when my dog was a puppy are gone. Plus, he was nice to the dog, who at 2 still jumps up. ( Sorry)

We had a tiled bathtub and shower area that needed cleaning and regretting. Fuzzy Wuzzy came in and provided a firm bid for the project, and then came back to complete the work. The results were amazing -- the tile work looks like new! The care and attention to detail resulted in a final product that exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them for this type of work!
