Had a sofa sectional that suffered an “accident”, so needed immediate cleaning and assurance of odor removal. Fuzzy Wuzzy came promptly and did a great job. Sofa looks like new! Would definitely use this company’s services again.

My rugs are cheaper than the cleaning, but i wouldn't feel right just discarding them in a landfill. Fuzzy wuzzy is communicative, convenient, and very effective cleaning. When both my dogs decided to pee all over one, the pet treatment really worked.

The carpets were cleaned for about $270; the technician spent only 15 minutes at the property and unfortunately, the pet smells were reduced but not removed. I called back unhappy and was able to get a re-do a week later. After a 2nd cleaning the smells were gone! Great customer service to get something re-done free of charge; only complaint is that I had to wait another week and left most of my furniture in the living room for a week since they don't offer help moving stuff out of your room.

I love this place not only did they come to my house and pick up my 2 area rugs but they returned them after 1 week and I was embarrassed because they looked so bright and new! They not only brought the rugs back but because I recently had a hip replacement he helped me put the rugs back in there place and he was so kind and is attention to detail was appreciated for sure!!

I have used Fuzzy Wuzzy to clean a very large Persian rug and they did an outstanding job. I just had them pick up and clean 2 area rugs and they absolutely look Brand New again🤗 Their pick up and delivery service is the best. Thank you Jens and the Fuzzy Wuzzy team, I will continue to leave All my rug cleaning in your capable hands.👍

Had an amazing experience with Fuzzy Wuzzy. Pick up and drop off was easy, my rug looks new and I thought the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again!

The customer service was outstanding. They explained the process and picked up the carpets on time, which is important because i have a busy day schedule when I am not home. They returned the carpets clean and free of odors. Worth every penny! Thank You Fuzzy Wuzzy

I have used multiple carpet cleaning companies and hands down Fuzzy Wuzzy is the best company ive come across, very professional, and very Responsive, Whitney got me on the schedule very quickly, and the employee; Ollie did such a fantastic job. 5 stars isnt enough of a rating for these guys. We just bought a very expensive white couch. Literally, during transport, it got wet on one end and had some rust stains. We were devastated. We called Fuzzy Wuzzy right away and they came out the next morning. While I had low expectations for getting the stains out, their cleaning ability exceeded my expectations. It is 80-90% improved! And their technician was extremely friendly and professional. I would hire them again.

My only suggestion is to have the technicians wear disposable booties over their shoes when they enter customer’s homes. We are a no-shoes household so I was surprised the technician didn’t at least offer to remove his shoes or wear booties as a standard practice. His shoes got muddy from being outside at one point and at least he voluntarily removed his shoes at that point, by that was after he had been in and out of the house for 5-10 minutes.

I love that they came to pick up my rug!. Nice team. Professional. Rug looked great after. Didn't appreciate the upsell for the pet deodorizer. Wish it was listed as an option on the website or when I called for an estimate.

I am VERY happy with the deep cleaning job performed by Fuzzy Wuzzy!! I have a dog care business, so my house was absolutely filthy and full of dog hair. After the job was completed, I felt like a had a new house....the floors and tile were gleaming and the dog smell disappeared! Would definitely use FW in the future. THANK YOU :-)

This company is reliable, and the cleaning is excellent. A few of my rugs had tassels and they were very well maintained and cleaned. In addition the company picks up and delivers, which is quite a bonus.

Fuzzy Wuzzy picked up and cleaned my 9X12 wool Oriental carpet, and then delivered back it to me. Their prices are reasonable and their service was excellent. Lenzo, from Fuzzy Wuzzy carpet & upholstery cleaning, bravely came to clean my badly stained, poorly maintained, 32 yrs old carpeting & chairs yesterday. He was amazing, & although I was certain I would need to replace my carpet in & a couple of chairs, he did such an amazing job that I can actually get through the holidays & wait until next year, at least, before dealing with them. I'm stunned, grateful, & extremely pleased❣️👏😄

Arrived on time to pick up rugs and called before that pickup. Mike was very professional, did measurements and gave me the cost for my 3 large area rugs. Rugs were returned 1 week later wrapped for storage which was my request. Mike called to let me know he was on his way for the return as well. Cordial professional. I will use them again for this and other services offered.

I asked a friend for recommendations for someone to clean heavy pet staining from our area rug. She recommended Fuzzy Wuzzy. I'd heard of them, but never needed their help before. When I called, they promptly answered their phone. After explaining my situation they offered to come pick up my rug at my convenience. They had a current special on rug cleaning. They also have a process whereby they can soak the entire rug for a few days in a special solution to remove pet stains and odors. This was extra, but worth it. The rug was returned in one week, as promised, on the date I requested. All smells and stains were gone, and the blue colors returned to vibrancy. The technician even used the dual-sided tape I had to secure the rug from sliding around on my slippery wood floors. The technician was polite and helpful. It was very easy to pay too as among the many options was a website accessible through a link in my emailed invoice. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

Eric and Sean came by our place. After a quick assessment, got right to work and were thorough and fast. Our couch looks brand new. Highly recommend for the job they do, how friendly they are and the price!
