I’ve really appreciated their service and customer relations! They cleaned two really nice Oriental rugs for me, and they did a lovely job! Plus, I appreciate the representative giving me all the information on how to care for the cleaned and scotch-guarded rugs. Special bonus points for being honest with me on what I need and don’t need for my rug and flooring. Not being sold more than I need really instills trust in them, and how they care for their customers.
I will keep using their service!!

Start to finish, an excellent experience. From scheduling to pick up and drop off, every person was super polite and knowledgeable. Shout out to Diane - she scheduled my appointment, answered questions and made everything flow smoothly.
My Karastan rug came out beautifully. I appreciated the easy pick up and drop off and felt the rates were reasonable. Highly recommend!

We almost got rid of our rug but I'm glad we didn't. It had pet stains and was made of a hard to clean material. Another company said they couldn't clean it. Fuzzy Wuzzy came out and picked it up and returned it looking new within a week. The price was reasonable and each person we interacted with from scheduling to pickup was personable.

Truly a great service!! We have a flokati rug, which is really difficult to clean, and Fuzzy Wuzzy made the experience effortless! I I highly suggest for any rug in a high use area.

I can’t recommend fuzzy wuzzy enough! They are professional, polite, and gave a great price. I asked the tech if he could just take a small stain out of a different room that wasn’t paid for and he was nice enough to go the extra mile and remove it. I will DEFINITELY be using fuzzy wuzzy again.

I just had a large thick ivory-field hand-knotted 10x14 Moroccan rug cleaned with Fuzzy Wuzzy. A dog had urinated on it, and it also had a noticeable buildup of dirt from traffic on one side. It came back to me with NO trace of the urine (including zero odor), and the traffic area 100% clean! Very very happy with the job! Communication and customer service was likewise excellent. Highly recommend Fuzzy Wuzzy!

I am SO impressed. I sent in a rug that was smelly and dusty from pet dander and it came back smelling and looking GREAT! I will definitely use Fuzzy Wuzzy in the future. Accurate quotes (they honor what they say).

Convenient pickup and delivery at no extra charge and super communicative, you won’t sit around waiting on them and they do a really thorough cleaning!

Service was great. They were on time; great with communication. The sheepskin rugs were 4 years old & had never been cleaned before. They look close to new with minimal wear following their cleaning. I would definitely use the service again.

I’ve tried for WEEKS to get a refund for a rug not cleaned. I cannot get a call back from owner or Diane. I turned the rug back in for cleaning. Not sure if it’s done yet. Really poor service and the worse customer care. The account if under N Fabbiani.

There was no urine on my rug…this is how I know you have no clue nor have even looked at my rug.
It was never cleaned the first time, still hair and feathers from a pillow. No urine. The owner picked it up, opened it, saw it was exactly the same, rolled it back up, I picked it up from them, brought to you, now you supposedly cleaned it and won’t credit me $100 of the $200 I spent. It’s an $80 rug. I regret getting you involved and not just offering to buy them a new one.

SERIOUSLY. I’ve called Diane twice and you’ve not once called me back.

If owner doesn’t pick up today, I will do it tomorrow. But, please give me a 1/2 or whole credit and look at what happened. No urine.

Updating my review after using Fuzzy Wuzzy for a third time. They’re obviously my go-to and with good reason. Once again they were prompt and communicative. This time the rug was the victim of cat pee which we all know is difficult to remove. True to character Fuzzy Wuzzy paid attention to the quality of their service, and when one wash and treatment didn’t completely remove the smell they put it through the process twice more to ensure the job was done right. They didn’t up-charge, they just cared and it’s so refreshing to work with an honorable business these days. I can confidently recommend their services, they’re extremely professional, reliable, and I feel they are priced very fairly. Thank you!

This is my second time using Fuzzy Wuzzy and I’d highly recommend them! They are super kind and the rug cleaning is so easy with the included pickup and delivery. They are also knowledgeable on what is, and is not needed so they never oversell. Solid company, great results :)

Satisfactory experience. Got a quote using the chat option on their website. The tech arrived on time, he was polite and courteous, finished all the work with minimal disruption. Carpets were left much cleaner after his work. There was no post-inspection walkthrough as mentioned in their website. That’s the only quibble I would have, otherwise quite happy with them

Someone call the Vatican because Eric is a miracle worker. He came to our home, where he kindly and efficiently got some pet stains from a pastel pink couch. Most other cleaners we contacted wanted us to bring our couch cushions to them and then put the super tight covers back on ourselves, but Eric got it all the stains out without us needing to rent a truck to lug everything back and forth. He also came earlier in the arrival timeframe to help accommodate my shifting schedule that day. We’d happily work with them again!

We had another great experience with Fuzzy Wuzzy for drapery cleaning. We have 9 foot tall by 15 feet wide linen, black out lined drapes that are very tricky. Troy, our technician showed up on time and gave a very reasonable estimate which we accepted.

Their wonderful scheduling technicians also add to the excellent customer service (shout out to you, Tiffany) with prompt scheduling and excellent reminders. Even when we had to reschedule our installation, didn’t blink an eye.

Very timely, professional, detail-oriented, and friendly, a perfect combination for a great customer service experience.

The cleaning was great and our drapes never looked better.

Super responsive, efficient, and friendly. My rug turned out perfect and I appreciated the suggestions on how to keep it clean going forward with our latest canine addition to the family. Most of all, their communication and timeliness was greatly appreciated for someone who has a very busy schedule and not a lot of time during the day.

They did a great job cleaning my white wool rug. I didn’t think the coffee stains could be removed, but they got them all out. And what a bonus that they picked up my rug and dropped it off after it was cleaned. I could never had handled a 9x12 by myself. Staff was very responsive, courteous , & friendly! I have had Fuzzy Wuzzy clean several rugs and they always do an excellent job. The customer service is outstanding. Communication is prompt and helpful. The people who come to take the rugs for cleaning and return them are courteous and on time.

Our rugs were very dirty and the technician really worked to get all the spots out. Communicated well through throughout the appointment process, showed up on time and did a terrific job very efficiently and at a fair price. I would recommend and use them again!

On time . Our rugs and carpets were cleaned quite thoroughly and look almost brand new again. I highly recommend them .

Fuzzy Wuzzy was easy, fast, and professional! I had two rugs picked up from one home and cleaned while I was moving into a new home, and the rugs were ready so much faster than the estimate they provided that I had to make them wait to redeliver to the new address. They easily accommodated the complexity of that. They were great with reminder and confirmation texts. The rugs looked great, including a very bad resistant stain that was substantially lessened, and Mike helped us place and position the rug liner and the rug in our new space. Bonus!

This is an excellent service and I was very pleased with how it was so easy to use. Last month I had a 9x12 area rug cleaned. I am extremely satisfied with the cleaning job and really liked the way the rug was returned all wrapped up like it was new, after cleaning was completed. Most importantly I was impressed with how easy everything was. All communication was completed over text message and I was kept updated the entire way. Additionally, my work schedule is pretty hectic and I am rarely home during work hours, however, this was no issue and they even dropped it off with my neighbor. I already plan to use this service again.
