My wife and I are in the midst of renovating our home that once belonged to my grandparents. A big priority has been upgrading the furnace and air conditioning. We contacted Chris at the recommendation of family and friends. Of all the contractors we've had in our home in recent months, he is the one I've trusted the most. He spent a lot of time working up an accurate bid for us that was competitive with what we asked for. He had no cost overruns and the final bill matched the bid. His work was timely, efficient, and with great attention paid to detail. HVAC work is difficult, in that, a technician needs to know how to deal with many different types of work including electrical, gas, perhaps some plumbing and carpentry, not to mention the technical aspects of the furnaces and air conditioners themselves. Watching Chris work, it is evident that he is a master of his trade and his years of experience translate to a finished product that can be trusted. Other contractors coming through have commented on how good his installation looks. We would recommend Chris' work to anyone that might need service or new equipment and we will be trusting him with any service we may need in the future.

Had a problem with our hvac system and called Garry Heating & Air Service. I left a message and Tom called back within an hour and showed up the same day. He solved our problem, cleaned up his mess and charged us a fair price.I will highly recommend.

The repair tech was friendly and courteous but misdiagnosed the problem. Told me the board in the furnace needed replacement (2-3k cost). Suggested getting a new furnace instead. Subsequently, another company was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem without replacing the board.

I was glad to have this company service my Air Conditioner again after we used them long time ago and really had a great experience. The excellent service they had given us before is what made us look for them again. It is great to see that they still maintaining their great services and wonderful employees. They installed our new AC and we were pleased. Never hesitate having them for your AC services.

At first glance they look great with their reviews and the initial call to their customer service to make an appointment. They quickly set everything up so that a technician would come out a few hours later within a 3 hour window. However, no one showed up. They have you sign up and pay $99 for their service through Premium Home Service. Due to this I worry about it just being a scam, as no one has you pay upfront without service. But I desperately needed my heater fixed as we are in the wet and cold season. I called their customer service and spoke with someone that sounded like they were stoned and couldn't answer any questions and started just not talking... probably because they had no clue of how to do customer service. I told her thank you after she couldn't patch me through to anyone else or to a manager. I called back and someone else picked up (Third party company) and they were able to answer my questions. I had them give me a refund as they wanted to schedule a week out and didn't try to retain my business.

Do not use this company as it sounds like a third party company that has no communication with the technicians. No one called, texted, emailed, or messaged me through the app they made me sign up for. I would give them a ZERO if I could. Also, I will find out in a few business days if I get my money back. So be cautious as their business might be a scam.

The worst customer service experience since moving to Edmonds in 2016. Called for HVAC service on a Sunday, technician needed to FaceTime a colleague on how to troubleshoot my brand new unit that I purchased from them in March of 2023. After 2.5 hours determined it was a faulty sensor. Great let’s replace it. Not that easy, my furnace to currently taken apart, it’s been 3 days and zero communication on status of my repair, my part order. I’ve called daily, outsourced customer service tells me the technician will call me for update. Never does. I call back, customer service says Manager is aware and will call me never does. 3 days later I have a new appointment for repair to wrap up, I take the day off work and No Call No Show. Here I am back at square 1 trying to get some help. Save your money and more importantly, save your time and frustration, go somewhere else.

Double Bond heating did a fantastic job installing my AC unit. They were on time, worked quickly and diligently and stayed on quite (no hidden costs)! They were already 25% less then the next best quote I received. Great experience and a company I highly recommend.

I hired "Double Bond Heating and Air" to fix my AC unit. I think that Gabriel is the best AC technician in Washington, very professional and honest. He was able to figure out what the problem was and fix it right away (less than one hour). This company saved me hundreds (maybe thousandth of dollars). Other company, Aqualine, charged me more than $500 for Freon gas and it didn't fix the problem, they wanted to charge me even more to "discover" and "fix" the issue, they lied and told me that it was a leaking issue (very unprofessional).

If you have a problem with your Air Conditioner, don't waist your time and your money, hire intermediately "Double Bond Heating and Air"

I had a great experience working with Chase and he made the process go smoothly. The crew was nice and respectful and did a clean and efficient job.

Tried to use blue flame since they advertise 24 hr emergency service. I called due to an electrical emergency, spoke with a dispatcher who said she was getting a tech out to me. 90 mins later I hadn't heard from anyone so I called back and spoke to a different dispatcher who said she would get someone to me. Then I get a text from a different person saying there isn't a 24hr electrician. So I called the main line back and they had no idea what was going on and couldn't confirm if they actually knew if there was anyone coming. Not a company to count on in an emergency.
