Oct. 2025 ***First visit- Bogie (plumbing) did an amazing job with our hot water replacement. Am sure a 27 plus year old heater and its plumbing wasn't easy or a quick task but he met the challenge and went above and beyond my expectations. Can't thank him enough for the work he did today.

Jan. 2026 ***Second visit- Quoting; we did a second round with eco they had both Cody (hvac) and Edwin (electrical) come out and tag team my home's system. They were both amazing and helpful and knowlegable, explaining everything as they went. They worked together and separately on our wants and needs for updating all our 1906 homes quirks from the mixture of 1960ish, and 1980' electrical (tube and knob, grounded) and replacing our aging 14 plus year old forced air furnace unit into heat and a/c.

They have us booked for the work rather quickly less than a week and we will have the work both hvac and electrical done done in two days as they work side by side to complete the tasks at hand. Update to come with the install process.

Feb. 2026 They did the work rather quickly and well between the two jobs, I was rather surprised at the efficiency of the crews and how if one job ends they will pile in to help their teams complete the next job. I had 8-10 guys and four vans at my residence to focus on each room/task.

However given the price i paid between the two jobs and what I had asked for (getting rid of old knobs and tube) and granted I know I have an older home and I expected issues to arise. I wish it had been built in to the quote as a whole home replacement instead of the two known spaces within my home. Turns out whoever replaced the newer electric in the 80' built/split off the old knob and tube which wasn't known in the prior inspection. Thus more money/repair.

Also we were quoted the there would be a 6 month interest free via the green sky loan and when first bill arrived, there was interest. This hopefully has been resolved via eco.

I was pleased with the work. The water flow to our shower doubled after Levi did the diagnostic work. No major surgery was required. I will use Eco again, and I thought Levi was excellent. Cleaned up after his work and it all looks good.

Sam from Eco electric and plumbing replaced my main water line between the meter and my home. A three day job which required coordination across various groups to accomplish. Sam did a great job orchestrating all the moving parts to ensure a successful project. He kept me informed, walked me through the progress, and delivered great quality and workmanship. This is my third project with Eco and they are my first call when I need help.

Great experience with Eco Electric today! Zachary called ahead to let me know when he'd arrive, assested my situation and my issue was resolved immediately. He checked out my condo for any electric problems and gave me recommendations for improvement. I highly recommend Eco Electric and Zachary!!

Samuel did a thorough job of checking my house for a leak which it turns out is in the yard. He was professional and personable and took time to explain the repair options and costs to me. I look forward to working with him on the repair.

Gabor was very professional and knowledgeable about my HVAC system. The company offered a free service to look at my HVAC system to make sure it was working correctly. I will definitely use them again in the future. The technician, Gabor, went above and beyond to make sure my system was running as efficiently as possible.

I hired Eco to do an evaluation of my furnace before we sell our home in hopes that it would state that is was working well at this time, yet almost 30 years old. Instead, with the fan motor leaking oil, they recommend a replacement, so in hindsight, knowing it was old, I should have just gotten bids for a replacement. That's my bad. The guys doing the work were great, it just was not beneficial for my circumstances.

We've worked with Eco Electric & Plumbing several times (for both electrical and plumbing issues), and every time has been an excellent experience. Eco has outstanding customer service and highly skilled, professional technicians that never make us feel oversold/overcharged. Most recently we had an issue with our water heater. Within an hour of calling Eco, Cesar was at our front door. Cesar who was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also personable, conscientious, and fair. He even took the time to educate us on ways to prevent future issues with our water heater. I will definitely be working with Cesar for any future plumbing issues and will continue to call Eco for future service needs.

We called Eco for some electrical issues and they send a Ryan Cunningham to diagnose . Ryan was a real pro in his profession he gave us some quotes. And we agreed to the one we needed even if it was pricey. He finished in over an hour or so and did a really great job. I would absolutely recommend him . And Ryan thanks again 👍

Bogie was extremely professional, skilled, and friendly, and he went far beyond expectations in making sure that our new tankless water heater wouldn't cause us any issues down the road -- in addition to replacing the unit itself, he replaced several dozen feet of copper piping even though we only expected a small section of pipe would be repaired, checked our crawl space for pipe corrosion, inspected many other plumbing fixtures around the house, and recorded a video teaching us how to maintain the equipment. Plus, his quote included a newer and higher capacity model of water heater than our existing one, at a lower price than the other four quotes we received for the job. All around, we couldn't be happier with Bogie's work!

Casarr was great he explained things as the job progressed. He was always polite he worked well with his partners. He made sure the job got done right paying attention to the small things. Kyle his partner was friendly. He worked hard and was polite. Elizabeth in the office did her work efficiently and .went over what was expected to give good customer service. She did her best to solve the issue or find someone who could.my experience with eco was great.

Levi was great. On time, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and kept me posted through the entire process of servicing and flushing our tankless water heater. Highly recommend him and Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air. Cheers!

He was extremely kind, friendly, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions with care and honesty. His professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the inspection. I really appreciate his excellent service.

Dylan and his partner did a great job at the Safeer project by removing hot water heater and the hvac unit so we could mitigate the back drywall they were fast and efficient great dudes

We had a problem with the outlets in our kitchen. We called Eco Electric and they were very responsive. We were able to get next day service. Our electrician, Kyle, was very pleasant and professional. After diagnosing the issue, he offered a range of possible solutions. He completed the work in an efficient and timely manner. I'm happy to recommend their services.

We worked with Matt at Eco and we had an awesome experience. Matt was so helpful and friendly. He really cares about making sure we understood the different choices as we remodeled our bathroom. He also provided great recommendations for which products to consider. He took a lot of time and really appreciate everything he did! Will absolutely be calling Eco any time we need something!

No complaints! James was prompt, professional, and clear. He was able to complete the work the same day that he came out for the estimate and stayed the full day to make sure all work was done properly. He explained when our 1950s house had less-than-optimal fixtures and gave several solutions. Highly recommend!

Bogart Pieper came to fix a leak in my shower. The task was not so easy because of getting past tile and the way a previous plumber had put things together. Bogart stuck with it and got the job done. Everything is great. I would definitely recommend him/Eco.

Edwin was very friendly and professional! He was very thorough and even found some other issues he informed us of including a gas leak from our water heater! He provided multiple options for different levels of service. Highly recommend

First of all, kudos to Eco Electric Plumbing Heating and Air. IT JUST TOOK TWO DAYS! TWO DAYS FOR YOU TO FEEL COMFORTABLE AT YOUR OWN HOME (it took one more day as we arranged it to have two separate days to move our excess stuff from downstairs to upstairs and vice versa).

They did the most impossible part of helping out fix our electric system at home (including all of the outlets and exhaust fans for bathrooms) and the heating and cooling system that we didn’t knew why we’ve been struggling to feel heat and cool for years! It’s normal for homeowners to not know much about those stuff. Eco Electric Plumbing Heating and Air delivered the best results and excellent satisfaction for us in our home.

I would like to thank the customer representative who answered our call (she has a nice voice that I thought I was hearing a voice over on a car advertisement (for real) and to Nate, who went to our house Day one to inspect what needs to be done and explained to us things we didn’t knew homeowners should know some stuff especially on the electrical part. We have been struggling spike and been tripping often when we use appliances at home or just plugging it in. It has been a rough summer this year as the cooling unit we’ve had for years wasn’t working. To think we’ve been using electric furnace that has 60 amps but is not working efficiently in a household (regulated electric in household with the city). I would like to thank The Electric Team Dylan and Vincent, (I apologize I forgot their name) they really did the most impossible part of changing all outlets in the home (we had a lot of stuff that it seemed impossible to get through those ports; they were kind to help us out with those) and they also changed the exhaust in our two bathrooms which seemed impossible at first, they also made sure to check the electricity on their device if it’s safe in every outlet (imagine that; can your usual electrician guy do that for you and have patience with accessing those outlets). They also fixed the breaker panel as we have had loose switches too and other technical stuff.

I would like to thank too the Heating and Cooling guys: Russel, Michael, Josh (I hope I spelled it right). They did invasive attachment to the exterior of our home (it seemed like it was part of the house design/layout;you wouldn’t notice much). We’ve had issues with our cooling and heating with our electric furnace and hvac unit. It takes hours to feel the cold and heat that it doesn’t work efficiently (the issue was the power being regulated to the house is not enough and so it’s not efficiently working). With the new mini split aircon placed (3 aircon and one outdoor unit (Hisense Multi; we’re a Duplex and it really cools the entire home). The best part? It’s quiet. It doesn’t make noise and the outdoor unit is made of copper. They explained everything to us in a way we understand (it was surreal)

All the stuff done was made sure that it’ll last and won’t cause problems in the long run (especially on saving electrical bills). Man I can’t thank them enough. They are great at what they do! Never hesitate to call them and they will help make you feel your house, a home. On behalf of the whole team who worked on the project (and those I haven’t mentioned) we are grateful for the exceptional work you do.
