We had some electrical outlets that were not working. Zachary was our electrician. He was able to figure out just what to do. He was very courteous and professional. He did a great job! Thank you so much.

We have had a terrible experience so far with their technicians. They came home for a regular tune-up. And after drilling three holes at different places on the furnace wall, I was told that the CO levels are ominous (387 ppm) etc.

The next thing the technician did was to turn off the furnace, pull off a tube that attaches the gas to the furnace, shut off the thermostat and take off. I insisted on a second opinion from another technician from the firm. That person agreed with the first.

I had one more HVAC company come over to confirm or refute the findings. They absolutely, completely disagreed with Blue Flame’s findings. I was shown the numbers. It was ZERO CO emission at different vents in the house, ZERO CO EMISSION from the hole your guy had drilled. And 55 ppm emission from flu pipe which is normal and acceptable. The Blue Flame’s agenda was to sell additional services like buy a brand new system.

I spent some serious money during this whole process.

I am horrified and disgusted with the unprofessionalism and lack of conscience on the part of their people. I signed up for the annual maintenance contract with the firm but I will never use this firm again.

Please discontinue the contract. And hopefully they will have a talk with their staff that they should STOP SCAMMING people.

I may be forced to bring this up to BBB’s attention as well.
