Eco truly came through for our studio today, moving a lighting fixture 14 feet high— and these guys absolutely crushed it. From start to finish, it was white glove service all the way.

Ryan’s attention to detail was next-level, Dylan was on a mission to make everything perfect and Scott’s quick thinking and knowledge had us convinced he could probably rewire the Death Star if needed.

They were absolute professionals and super easy to work with. They also get extra bonus points for leaving the area spotless when they were done. We can’t say enough good things about these humans. We highly recommend Eco and will definitely be calling them again for future projects.

I'm a first-time homeowner, and within a month of moving in, I've worked with all three branches of Eco's business. With every appointment, these folks have proven that the customer experience is the most important part of what they do - and if you're reading this review, you probably know how rare that is. Eco reps have all been lovely, respectful people, and have gone above and beyond my expectations each time; obviously the work they're doing is top quality, but they've also taken care of me in ways I didn't expect - like educating me on my new house (and I have a LOT to learn). Vince the HVAC guy taught me how to clean my filters, and then cleaned my mini split and heat pump for me without charge. Samuel the plumber took the time to explain *why* my crawlspace pipes had a leak, so I would feel more comfortable replumbing the entire place - which I now understand is necessary, and therefore the cost doesn't hurt as much. He didn't want me to make piecemeal repairs that would be riskier AND cost me more in the long run. (Plus he said I'll never have to worry about a burst pipe afterwards! That's a huge relief.) I called in Zachary the electrician to clone a light switch and add an outlet, and he went to the extra effort to check and clean my circuit breaker panel for free - and explained that I didn't have a whole house surge protector, so all my fancy new appliances could be fried (and not covered by homeowner's!) if there's a power company surge. I thought everything was fine because the inspection report on the house was clean. But now I'm safer and better protected because Eco reps put the customer needs ahead of the letter of the job. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed or like they were hurrying to get to the next appointment - they all genuinely took their time to make sure I was truly taken care of. And nothing they've suggested has been frivolous! It's all directly in line with keeping me and my property safe. Stuff like that makes you feel good to support a company, even when the plumbing estimate is 15k. 😜 All that, plus they have a really nice appointment notification setup, where you get texted a photo and short bio of the person who's showing up that day, and they've all been super communicative about traffic delays and general ETAs.

I managed the support department at a tech company for over a decade - I *know* what good customer service is. I'm extremely pleased with Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air. I'm grateful to have them to rely on, and I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you to everyone at Eco!

Contacted ECO after searching on line for ‘furnace repair near me’ and finding a ‘Service Special’ promotion on their home page. Our 10-year old gas furnace was blowing cold air- something that has happened before; we figured it was either the temp/flame sensor or blocked burners. Cory- a very personable technician- arrived as scheduled, provided a tune up and inspection, and had us up and running in less than an hour- AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE!! As the furnace is 10 yrs old, our conversation naturally evolved into a discussion of equipment life cycle, replacement, and current options. Cory is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in that regard, providing essential info after inspecting our HVAC setup (A/C, air movement capabilities, electrical considerations, etc). He then provided an estimate “for when you are ready”- understanding we were not yet in the market for new equipment; no pressure, just good info that we needed in order to make an informed decision. All-in-all a great experience; Thanks Cory and staff!

Had a water leak some were outside my house. Bogie from Eco Plumbing located the leak quickly and started the repair of leak with in the first hour he was there. He was very nice and professional. Everything was repaired in good time. I was very happy with the service and I will recommend Eco to others.

Incredible experience; Kyle was very friendly and able to clearly communicate for a lay-person to understand. He provided several reasonably priced service options to choose from and did not try to pressure us for additional service.

Very professional scheduling and communication habits; at no point did I feel forgotten about. The service itself was quick and thorough, and they took the time to explain how everything works once the installation was complete.

I had an electrical problem in my home in Everett , Washington. I called ECO and Jordan Carlson came the next day. Jordan was very friendly, very knowledgable, and thorough. He did a safety inspection of the electrical system in my house. Explained to me his findings and recommended solutions. I’m so glad that he was able to fix the problem and restored power to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom which are the reasons I contacted ECO. Awesome job Jordan Carlson and ECO. I would definitely recommend Jordan to be your Electrician/ technician if you need one!!!! KUDOS!

Probably one of the best experiences I've ever had working with an electrician. Kyle was thorough, thoughtful, and very considerate - he even went as far as to bring in a heavy package off my porch, which I thought especially considerate - and Jordan was knowledgable and kind. They both took the time to explain what they were working on and any changes I'd expect with our new bathroom fan. As a customer service manager myself, I know what my standards are for a job well done, and these guys exceeded even my expectations. If every experience with them is like this one, Eco Electric has won a customer for life.

Edwin from Eco Electric arrived on time to prepare an estimate for the electrical panel upgrade at my home.
He was professional, friendly and informative. He clarified the job to be done, thoroughly studied the existing inside panel wiring and breakers by removing the panel cover, explained his discoveries and reviewed safety precautions with grounding wiring. After checking the outside electrical boxes, meter, and potential sites for EV plug, he made placement recommendations.
He wrote up and shared the estimates, explaining each one clearly and concisely.

They did an amazing job upgrading our lighting in our office. From start to finish the work was done efficiently and there was great communication. Everything was completed on time and the new lighting makes a huge difference in our workspace. We will definitely use them again!

We are extremely pleased with Eco. We had a new furnace and air conditioning unit, plus the electrical components needed to run these installed. Vince was our electrician. Our furnace and air conditioner install team were Matt, Jorge, and Kyle. One of Eco’s plumbers, PJ, had to be called in to replace some pipes because of a hidden leak that Matt identified above the old furnace. All of them were reliable, professional, extremely knowledgeable, hard-working and considerate. Bravo for a job well done!!

Website nice and easy to navigate. Dispatch was fantastic and professional. I got texts from the tech, Bogart, coming out prior with a 30 minute window arrival time and a picture so I know who was going to knock on my door. Job was to replace a garbage disposal, fix a hot water line that was barely working, and snake a few drains. I had a quote right away with various options. Prices reasonable. Everything works great now and done in a couple of hours. I run a small business myself, the attention to detail on both the process and the work is top notch and impressive. Would definitely refer and recommend based on my experience.

It was a pleasure working with Gabor from Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air to get a heat pump and backup furnace installed. From the first visit, Gabor patiently walked us through our alternatives and explained every technical detail I asked about, including the different types of refrigerant. Eco was able to work with us on a variety of configurations; I ended up choosing a full furnace replacement and heat pump installation for a lower cost than some of the quotes I had received for just adding A/C to my existing, aging unit. We also opted to install an EV charger at the same time, since they needed to perform electrical panel work for the heat pump anyway.

Gabor made sure on the day of the job that all the parts and equipment delivered were the correct items per our contract. The techs who handled the installation were very nice and respectful of the space, ensuring they cleaned up everything as they went, especially since the project took two days due to the tight quarters they were navigating. Before the installation team left, they noted that our fresh air intake was not wired up correctly and required a specialist. Gabor arranged to return with the senior HVAC tech to ensure that everything was configured properly.

I would recommend Eco for any HVAC projects in the future.

Vince C, Gabor J, and Erika M were exceptional technicians. They were very polite, professional and friendly. They were very thorough, carrying out a tuning and service of my Furnace. Without getting into details, it turns out that due to the age of my furnace and other circumstances a NEW furnace was the correct path to take.
The reason i only gave 4 stars was that we were very close to moving forward with a new install except for the fact of a minor (in my opinion) ask that The Manager of the company could not meet.
I want to stress that the Technicians earned a FIVE star rating ALONE.

I’ve hired Eco Electrical & Plumbing for multiple electrical and HVAC projects. While some of the earlier electrical work went well, my overall experience has been negative and I will not be hiring them again.

One issue is that they do not provide itemized quotes. In hindsight, I should have insisted on that. Their HVAC quotes were quite high, yet the work often felt like it was being figured out on the job. For example, they initially promised significant performance gains by modifying the plenum for the heat pump, but later said the change could not be done due to structural compatibility. At that point they proposed a new, higher quote instead.

During a refrigerant refill, they reported a pressure sensor error and told me the sensor would need to be replaced. When I spoke with Josh, he said I would normally have to pay labor for retrieving and installing the new sensor, but that they would “waive it” for me. That explanation did not sit well with me because the issue appeared during work related to the refrigerant service. In my view, if a problem arises while servicing the system, the responsibility should be on the contractor.

Interestingly, another Eco technician later resolved the issue without replacing any parts and fixed it in a couple of hours.

I also requested documentation of the repairs performed and the key system metrics collected during service for my records. Despite several follow-ups, I still have not received this information and it has been more than 30 days.

Finally, although I was satisfied with some of their earlier electrical work, an HVAC technician later pointed out mismatched labeling in the electrical panel, which is not code compliant.

Because of these experiences, I will not be using Eco again.

Elijah and Connor were tasked with a near full re-wire and service upgrade and they did not disappoint. With help from Kyle and Shane, they were all very efficient and professional with every step. Additionally, they installed and/or replaced many outlets, switches, and light fixtures all of which have made a huge difference in the day to day. I am very happy with the work and couldn't have hoped for a better group. They were very patient and insightful with us and our many questions and offered great ideas and solutions. Eco Electric is the way to go!

Such a pleasure working with Eco Electric, and especially with my technician, Brandon! Great customer service! He was obviously doing work that he enjoyed! Didn't rush me, pressure me into services I didn't need. He spent time thoroughly explaining the reasons for the installations and exactly what he would be doing. His work was assisted by Kyle who did an amazing job as well. Gritchel gave updates on when our technician was arriving providing another great element of professional communication. We had an awesome experience working with Gabor. He was incredibly meticulous in his analysis of our HVAC system, catching things others might miss. Not only is he an expert at what he does, but he’s also a fantastic communicator who made the whole process easy to understand. Five-star diagnostics visit!

Nate spent a long time thoroughly assessing my electrical system and recommending and prioritizing the work that should be done. I appreciated his attention to detail and putting up with my constant barrage of questions.

Update after work was performed:
Functionally excellent work replacing my panel and adding 3 new outlets. The 110v outlets look great. And the 220v outlet looks way better then expected. I’m not sure what I should have expected when it comes to the appearance of the new panel. Compared to everything else they did, the panel installation is cosmetically challenged. Functionally excellent though.

Eco Electric replaced the panel and wired a new circuit for my sister, who is terminally ill. Zack was the technician who did the work, and I cannot compliment him enough. He was thorough, proficient and professional. Additionally, his patience and compassion made a difficult situation much easier to bear. I would definitely recommend this company, and absolutely advise any potential clients to ask for Zack.
