Great affordable company! I worked with Ben and Sean, and I have to say their customer service, knowledge, and experience are above average. I had an emergency with my furnace smelling like gas, so PSE (Puget Sound Energy) did an inspection and said my furnace needed repairs ASAP, unfortunately since this is the busiest time of year for HVAC companies I wasn't able to find any companies to come out same day and start repairs. Seattle Air Superior was able to come out the same day and finish repairs very quickly and efficiently and explained so much to me as this isn't an issue I've ever dealt with before. I will definitely work with the company in the future for my rental properties as well.

I had my chimney and fireplace replaced, but the experience was disappointing. While one of the crew, Sean, was hardworking and they were overall punctual, the overall service felt profit-driven and untrustworthy rather than customer-focused. After installation, Nathan blamed us when the pilot broke and earlier Ben charged far more than others for a faulty valve replacement. I chose them for convenience, despite a high quote, which I now regret. A later visit from a professional fireplace technician highlighted the difference in quality—these guys felt more like handymen who likely cut corners.
Would have given 1 star but adding one for the roof work and that crew - Hope that was done properly and stands the warranty they gave.

I have a rental house with an AC started flooding the floor. The floor water pump was working properly, the drain line from the water pump to outdoor worked fine. I suspected the drain line from the AC to the pump was plugged. I did not want to mess with the drain line and called these guys to come fix it, with very detailed explanation of the flooding problem, hoping they would clear the drain line leading to the pump. But these “Pros” kept on saying the outdoor condenser was too dirty causing the water flood. Charged me $440 to rinse off the outdoor condenser and kept on saying it would fix the problem. I asked them twice “don’t you think it was the drain line that got plugged?”. They ignored me and never open the unit to take a look. Of course the AC stated flooding the floor again. I had to go back, open the unit the clean up the drain line myself. $440 to raise off an outdoor unit yet not fix the problem after my repetitive suggestion and questioning. Yikes!

Had a great experience working with Sean, Ben, and Dan. They were super easy to work with, reasonably priced, and were able to get to us on a short notice. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times. Special shout out to Sean who actually did the final repair - he went above and beyond for us. Definitely support these guys is you need some AC repairs or anything else that falls under their scope.
