The whole team from the project managers to the on site installers at Olson are excellent to work with. They did a great job installing two energy efficient heat pumps and a new hot water heater in my home. We had some issues after the initial install that they quickly and directly addressed. Very knowledgeable, fair, and did very clean work. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.

We have continued to use Olson for our heating needs and we have never been disappointed by their work.
The service technicians from Olson Energy Service kept our old furnace functioning far longer than probably was initially possible. We had them come every year, clean and service the old beast, and keep it going. Twice we have had new thermostats installed. All work is timely, professional, and reasonable. I highly recommend. We hired them to install a heat pump recently. The service was excellent, fast, and thorough. Small company. Very responsive.

My furnace died during extreme cold (by Seattle standards). I am so grateful that Olson was able to have someone come the day I called. The technician quickly determined the problem and fixed it. I am a happy customer and have been since Olson installed the furnace about 2004.

Olson Energy Service installed a heat pump. The service technicians were efficient and explained how to use the digital thermostat. They removed my oil furnace and installed the heat pump within 4 hours. I researched Olson Energy Service on Better Business Bureau before I chose them to do the work. They were rated high. I am glad they did the work. It feels wonderful to have a cool home when it is hot outside!

Olson Energy Service did a great job on my transition from oil furnace to heat pump! (I can hardly wait for next summer, when I'll finally have AC as well!) High quality work, they arrived when they said they would (actually 4 minutes early), were diligent in their work, totally professional, and completely cleaned up when they finished the installation. I recommend you speak with Olson Energy Service if you are considering the transition from oil to electric.

Chris was super fast in re- programing my thermostat. So nice to be warm again. Won't let any one TOUCH thermostat EVER ..Maintenance done on furnace fast also. Good service....

After 30 years we needed to replace our furnace and air cleaner - it was an easy choice to stay with Olson Energy G.A.S. who had done our original installation in the 90's. The price was right, the service top notch, the replacement installation was quick (less than half a day) and the guys left our home as clean as the way they found it. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Olson to all of our friends and to you too!

We called Olson Energy Service as our air conditioning unit was not working as effectively as it had previously done so and we knew we were long overdue for a service.

We were able to get an appointment for later the same week - which was very convenient. Chris arrived during the allotted time window and he got straight to work. Chris was able to quickly diagnose, explain and fix the problem - a dual capacitor and fuse failure - and now the ac is working great.

We are very happy with both the speed and quality of the work performed and plan to call Olson for our next service.

Great service. We had a repair done on our gas furnace last year with Olson Energy, which was reasonably priced and worked well. We decided to replace the furnace this year given it was 25 years old. We used Olson again. The estimate and scheduling process was easy and the installers were very nice and efficient. The furnace works great. Would definitely call Olson Energy for future needs, although hope not to need to.

Superb experience! Very competitive price, no pressure sales call, quick response on questions. They replaced our old Carrier furnace with a new one. Very happy to have two seasoned installers show up, I'm sure they've seen it all. Great job start to finish.

They came when they said they would, they checked out my furnace and replaced a leaky valve. Very professional and good service. They also changed my filter, after offering that I could do it myself and save a little money.
