Phone conversations were honest and informative. The repair tech came on the first workday after the long weekend and in fifteen minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem with our furnace, for a reasonable price. Happy customer!

I had the Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Unit installed by Don, Tom Gil, and their super Electrician! They truly are HVAC trained and know what they are doing! They are a unit themselves and top of the line in HVAC knowledge, expertise, customer care and most importantly they are gentleman and respectful. They explained and answered all my questions regarding the operation of the new system! It truly is wonderful, and they did all of this in 95 degree temperature!

I used Olson to install our furnace 20 years ago. The experience was out standing from estimate to installation. The workmanship and professionalism was the best .
That furnace died a few weeks ago so my first call was to Olson.

Worked with Chris and chose and purchased a new Carrier.
They were able to schedule an install date just a few days later.
The same installer who had done such quality work 20 years ago stepped out of the truck. Huge sigh of relief.
The installers Dan and Tom removed the old furnace and installed the new with all the care, attention to detail, and professionalism you could ask for. Answered all my questions and made sure everything was working properly.
We couldn't ask for more.

Olson Energy Service has always provided complete, efficient service. "Yuri" is the Tech employee that has serviced me for a number of years and I love that guy, plus he is the nicest Tech and always does the most complete work...with a smile. Please don't let him retire yet.

Olson installed our heat pump a few years ago. Great price. On time. Very professional. No problems whatsoever and the heat pump has worked magnificently. Definitely recommend. We were especially happy that they didn't try to upsell us and that when we call we are able to reach someone directly rather than going thru a phone service. They have provided two service calls for us. One for a checkup on the heat pump (everything great!) and one to help us with a filter system that had gone awry (not installed by them). Servicemen are professional and knowledgeable.

Olson Energy never fails us. The service tech guy (I can't ever remember his name, has a foreign accent) is quiet and no-nonsense, but the furnace always works well after his annual servicing. He is great. Chris at Olson Energy, sold us the furnace several years ago and he is always prompt with his replies to any questions.

We have been working with Olson for over 12 years when we first purchased our furnace and water heater. Each year we have them come out and do an annual inspection, cleaning and maintenance. A great company to work with, and when we eventually need to replace our furnace, we will call them back to do the job. We highly recommend them.

I requested service when our furnace stopped working, and Olson responded with an appointment the next morning. The technician was professional, resolved the issue (bad ignitor) quickly, performed additional maintenance, and provided recommendations on options to pursue when my old furnace eventually wears out. Overall, great service and value.

Olson has successfully completed many complex projects, as well as projects that are relatively simple. The latest was a service call for my sisters house on a 29 degree day. Olson had the hvac up and running within a couple hours.

I recently had my Older Heat Pump and Gas Furnace replaced with a new High Efficiency Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating system. From the estimate process to installation - it was seamless. There was no high pressure sales. The installation team was fabulous and swapped out the entire system in 1 working day. The installers also gave detailed instructions on how to operate the new system. Having had a few days to operate the heating of the system - I found that the heat coming out of the registers with this high efficiency system is so much warmer than the previous system (heat pump or gas furnace). The variable speed fan makes it whisper quiet. All in all it was a good upgrade for my home here in Magnolia. Thank you to EVERYONE AT Olson Energy Systems for a FABULOUS job. ~richard Swymeler

Our old furnace died suddenly and after getting a few estimates we found Olson to be both competitive and able to do the installation within a week. They even reached out to bump us up a day when another customer cancelled. The two techs who came to do the install were very professional, friendly and communicative. There were no surprise add ons or upselling and they completed their work in about four hours. It’s only been a few days but so far the new unit is humming along nicely and keeping us warm. I’m very happy with Olson’s service.

Chris was the best, professional, experienced, he gave me plenty of good tips on what to watch for, and what not to worry about. He was very patient, answering all my questions. Another example of the excellent service from Olson Energy on the heat pump they installed. And may I say their installation crew is the absolute best at what they do. It was done in one day by a very experienced crew who knew what they were doing. I could not believe how much it cut my electric bill. And I will ask for Chris for my annual service next year.

Excellent service and reasonable price. Yury came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and got it fixed. He also gave me helpful information on changing the filter in my adjacent Honeywell air filter. I bought my furnace from Olson's back in 2011. I've learned that the original owners retired and the business has changed hands, but I'm very happy that I called Olson's and I'll turn to them again for any furnace needs in the future!

Olson Energy removed my old oil burning furnace and replaced it with a Mitsubishi heat pump. The crew did an outstanding job, and I will recommend them to anyone needing to replace their old HVAC system. The workers were polite, quick and efficient, and there were no surprises; the job was completed as per the bid created by Chris.
