I contacted Olson Energy Service on a very cold Friday in Seattle when the furnace had stopped working at one of our rental houses. Yuriy came out within 30 minutes of my call (other companies that I had called told me that they wouldn't be able to look at the furnace until Monday or Tuesday the following week). Yuriy was professional, thorough, found the problem and fixed it efficiently and all at a reasonable price. I will definitely call Olson again!

Great, quick response for a furnace replacement in a cold February. Chris was the sales contact, Tom and Larry did the installation. Great experience all around. There were some complications with the existing plumbing / ventilation, but Olson came back the day after installation to troubleshoot and make sure everything was up and running. Strong recommendation: Everyone involved was responsive, cheerful, and stood behind the work.

Olson Energy is one of the best in the business! They have the best technicians who know and understand everything about heatpumps ! Yuriy, their excellent technician, arrived on time and serviced the three heatpumps I have on my property . He did a great job and didn't spare an effort to check everything thoroughly ! Called due to leaking water heater while I was out of town and my pregnant wife was home. The technician (Yuri) criticized my wife for not having replaced the heaters sooner and then left without doing the most basic mitigations, leaving the tank to flood my services room.

I called Olson and spoke with a man (Chris?) explaining the situation (i.e. this being an emergency). He told me that he would call me back in a few minutes but he never did and when I tried to call back they did not answer the phone.

I ended up having to research what to do (thanks Google!) and coach my wife to turn off the water and gas valves to the water heater tank. Why Yuri didn't do this basic mitigation step is hard to comprehend. It has been 3 days and I still have not received a call from Olson.

As a result we found Best Plumbing who were fast, professional and fixed everything the same day that we spoke with them. I will be using Best Plumbing from now on.

Olson's was very responsive to calls and replies -- highly satisfactory.

The actual visit was scheduled 6-8 weeks out, which seemed long. It wasn't a problem, just unexpected. The reason for the wait was that we had heat: they presumably respond immediately to urgent requests. Further, Autumn-Winter is the busy season! -- quite satisfactory.

The service person arrived exactly on time and the visit was very quick. They knew their stuff, diagnosed the issue, and requested the office to order the part(s). -- highly satisfactory

The office called within the hour to confirm the order -- again highly satisfactory.

I will definitely recommend them and will call them again.

Olson installed my gas furnace years ago and have done the annual maintenance since. After replacing a faulty blower fan within the first few months under warrantee (i.e. no added expense to me) there have been no problems. Nice.

We are very happy with the service that Olson has given us, a couple of years ago they help us switch to a heat pump and are really satisfied with them. They will respond to any inquiry that you make. I have highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to upgrade their heating/cooling equipment. Plus they are local and not part of a chain.

Call for service brought your technician out quickly. He located the furnace issue and ordered new pressure switch parts. So far so good - i'm waiting for the parts. Furnace is working at this time. Parts arrived and were installed today. Furnace now works find. Thanks!

Olson were wonderful to work with. Tom and Steve were very skilled and detailed and were able to install a new HVAC neatly and minimizing ugly vents running across the basement. They were always on time and worked hard to deliver on a challenging project. Chris and Karla in the office are highly responsive and worked well to scheduled in difficult timings. Highly recommend!! Olson Energy Service (and Chris) always do such a good job for us. Everything is left clean and in working order. We have always had their maintenance plan which has come in handy on evenings and weekends!

It was a very complicated HVAC system, so we had our ups and downs getting it to work properly. A lot of it wasn't Olson's fault because the building contractor was in violation of codes with the original furnace plan. In fact, Olson's came to the rescue because we had to ditch the contactor's choice for the HVAC subcontractor who'd skipped town. That required a sudden redesign from scratch, but with the partly completed structure limiting our options. There was the condensate pump that didn't work from the start which almost created a water disaster, a leaking flue pipe that damaged the drywall and paneling, paper filters that were incredibly loud, an AC that didn't work when we turned it on for the first time during a heat wave and a completely wacky computer system that almost made us go absolutely stir crazy. One tech was here for an entire full day just fiddling with that fancy programmable thermostat thing. (All we wanted was to be able to turn the furnace on and off manually, and that the thermostat worked, nothing else!) In the end, Olson followed through for a full year to make sure everything was fixed and it worked as it should, always with a friendly smile. And the system is nice and very efficient!
