I worked with Kevin to replace a broken heat pump and its associated air handler. Kevin and his crew did a good job to remove the old one and install the new one. They are professional and got the job done well. Kevin answered my questions and provided an excellent customer service. I am happy with my interaction with him and his company.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately, I’ve had the worst customer service experience with this business. I first reached out last Friday by phone and was told to text over photos and details—which I did. I never received a response.

I followed up again on Sunday and Monday, and my texts were left on read both times with no reply. On Tuesday, I reached out once more and I finally received a message saying they were behind but would have an answer for me that day. That answer never came.

I reached out again on Wednesday and saw that my message was read, but once again—no response. It’s now Thursday, and I’ve spent nearly a week trying to give this business a fair chance. No update, no apology—just silence.

I completely understand being busy, but this level of disregard is not just unprofessional, it's downright disrespectful.

I made an appointment with them and they told me they were going to come to my house around 1-4 pm but they didn't show up and they didn't notify me at all. When I called and ask them why they didn't show up or give me a call they said they were sorry. I don't care about your sorry I was the one who sat at the house with no AC. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Joe was the technician who came for our annual AC check up.He is very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and was done very quickly.He did his work with a lot of passion.Would definitely recommend him.

We scheduled an appointment with Chandler Heating and Cooling to come on 9/30 no one called to say they were running behind or that they could not come, after multiple calls in they had to reschedule till 10/01. They told us on 10/01 it would be between 10-1 again no show no call. I would not recommend using them, poor customer service.

Couldn't fix the problem. Only positive thing done was top bend back the tips of the fan blades which were vent. Sand he'd check with the manujfacturer and get back to me but didn't. Didn't seem to understand the system. Charged me anyway for his time most of which was spent scratching his head. Had another company out and they replaced a circuit board which had burned out. System now working fine. Waste of $250

I made an appointment for a service call on a ductless heat pump system. They gave me a 3-hour window in which the technician was supposed to call me within 30 minutes of arriving I waited for over 3 hours before calling to check and see. It turns out that this company uses some not local scheduling service and they just farm out the work to somebody else it is impossible to speak to a local person. Needless to say nobody showed up and I can't get a hold of anyone total waste of time

Chandler Heating and Cooling has been our go to company for all of our Air Conditioning needs for many years. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and they stand behind their work and products.They are very honest and their charges are very reasonable. would definitely recommend them.

It appears calls go to a foreign call center. I spent the $300 on annual subscription and got AC repair and plumbing repair on the schedule. They canceled the plumbing because they no longer offered the service. Then they canceled the AC repair at the end of the window for which they were scheduled to arrive. Absolute joke and based on the experience, this could be a scam company. Look at all the glowing reviews here, probably fake.

Awesome and quick service. I called after 5 pm on a Friday, and they had someone out by 6:30! Tech was very knowledgeable and worked to get the problem fixed quickly. He provided me with recommendations on how to make my system run better. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely outstanding work. The repairman was on time and did a good job. It was a lot of work, but he stayed until the job was done. They were easy to schedule appointments with. He was able to come out the next day to look at the problem. He ordered the part I needed right away. I didn't have to wait forever for my issue to get fixed.

We recently had a new HVAC system installed in our dwelling. Before buying,we researched the company and their reviews were tremendous. Their assurance was the big selling point for us. Very pleased with the fitting and quality. We would proudly recommend them!!

FRAUD COMPANY, DO NOT USE. This review will be long but worth your read if you want to save 15,000.00 dollars.

TL;DR AC broke. Chandler contracts with Premium Home Services, a contractor who uses contractors. They were just salesmen trying to sell me a 15,000.00 system when I didn't need it because another tech came out and fixed it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or Premium Home Services.

Our AC wasn't working while running. We were looking for an HVAC company that could help as we are relatively new to the area and used Google Reviews to find someone. Chandler Heating and Cooling has excellent reviews, so we called. They offered a membership that could pay for any other HVAC-related issue for the next year for 179.00. Having someone come and look at our problem would cost half that, so I agreed.

This is where it is evident deceit and fraud are going on here. Chandler uses a contract with a company called Premium Home Services. Premium Home Services then contract with HVAC companies in the area to service customers. So we are talking contractors within contractors, which makes this whole thing very messy.

Ok, Nick, the HVAC tech, comes out to see us. Nick is a nice guy. He uses old-school tools to look at things and finds that I need to change my air filter because I changed it two months ago, and it was a little bit dirty. I regularly changed it every three months and was sure this was not the cause of my issues. Nick changed it using my filter, said we were ready and left. He didn't even try to diagnose anything else.

The next day when it was 90 degrees, the AC didn't work, and the house got hotter, and AC was cranking away, burning through electricity. I called Nick back and asked him to come and take a look. He came back the next night, pulled out the same old-school tools, and told me that there wasn't enough freon and that we had an "air restriction," the only way they could fix the problem correctly was to have us spend 15k on a new system. I am not dumb; frankly, I get even more angry being taken advantage of. I called around to get a second opinion because I would rather spend 500 dollars getting a couple of different opinions than spending 15k to replace the whole thing if it didn't need to.

I found an HVAC tech (this one was a real HVAC tech and not a salesman), and he came out the next night with modern tools and told me that I had a freon leak and that he found it and recharged our freon in our house should be good to go. He charged me 200.00, but I gave him 300.00 because I was so grateful he was honest and had the knowledge necessary to do his job.

My wife noticed other reviews seemed very fake for this company. I should have seen it, but I needed to pay more attention. I didn't and had a terrible experience, and it was important to me to take the time to write this so others didn't have this same experience. I also hope this business fails because they are just dishonest.

Needed a water heater installed, swap one for the other. I called many different places, although I thought the cost was on the high side, after calling a few more places it seemed it was reasonable. They were available within 3 hours of when I called to make the installation happen. They took out and hauled away the old including the packaging that came with the new, did the draining of the tank, cleanup and were extremely efficient, done in well less than an hour after arriving. I highly recommend Chandler Heating and Cooling.

Joe was extremely professional and very detailed in his service this morning. He taught us a lot about our heating system and went through our thermostat settings with us to be sure everything was set precisely. Excellent job. Keep up the good work. From a satisfied happy customer!!!
