They shipped me a part wrong. Charged me $600 in freight for the part. Would not reimburse me the $600. Then tried to charge me a restocking fee for the wrong part. After months of complaining they finally took off the restocking fee.... but I was still out the freight .

Jared was very honest about the parts that were needed to be replaced on our heating system. He took his time to repair the existing fan motor of the heating system, instead of replacing it.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend him.

My family has been contracting Adams Heating & Air Conditioning for many years! They are always competent, considerate and efficient. Jared helped us out recently and evidently these are specialists traits. Thank you Adams Heating & Air Conditioning for your exceptional service always.

Absolutely the most unreliable service dept. I’ve EVER experienced.
For the past 5 years it’s been like pulling teeth just to get someone respond to an email or simply pick up the phone.

Being that they’re the exclusive Reps for LG VRF systems, this is completely unacceptable.
The parts dept and fluid tek have always been solid but service is an absolute JOKE.

Awesome Jared. Very professional and polite. Identified the problem, completed the work, provided before and after pictures. Our previous HVAC specialist couldn't figure out the problem, but he knew right away what was the issue, showed it to us and fixed it. Love his friendliness. Kudos!

They’re not open at 7 FYI they have the doors locked and nobody is at the front desk, which is why nobody answers their phone. First customer there at 7 am and left with my part at 7:47 on will call. For a place that has 2 front desk it’s a shocker nobody is there

I’m writing this review as I’ve been on hold for more than 15 minutes because I just need the address for the Seattle store so I can get a part for my client. I called a 206 number but apparently their service sends callers to a national center that is grossly understaffed. Overall I think Lennox makes a decent product but their service and support is absolutely terrible :(

Good service, quick and effective. The guy was courteous and listened carefully, went through the furnace thoroughly and recommended suggestions for the parts. He came back in an hour with the equipment and set it up.

I had an new heat pump replaced at my business. Seattle Heating and Cooling did a great job and very quickly. Serge is very responsive and communicative. I would not hesitate to hire them. Highly recommend.
