Progressive Comfort Solutions was definitely one of the better companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with. We replaced a 17 yr old gas furnace and a/c unit with a Mitsubishi all electric heat pump. Suraj is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with, as is his entire team. The entire process was incredibly easy and they delivered an amazing new HVAC system. I can’t recommend them enough!

We had a great experience with Progressive’s installation of our mini-split system so far. Suraj was willing to work with me as we went through a couple iterations of the install plan and in the end we found a simpler solution that was more cost effective. It is a 5-zone system, so not simple. The guys were here for 3 days doing the install and were professional the entire time. Not a spec of dirt left behind, even. They were a pleasure to have around.

We were in the market for a new mini-split system to replace a failing system in our townhouse. I did a lot (probably too much) research and got quotes from at least 8 companies. Progressive was by far the best at communicating during the pre-sales process. I had lots of questions which Grace and Suraj expertly addressed. We had a few complications with how our install needed to be done, but the Progressive team did the best job at convincing me they were right for the job. Grace is SUPER thorough with her responses and genuinely shines in her research and communication abilities.

Fast forward to the install and they knocked it out of the park. Suraj, Dave, and Alex were extremely professional, respectful to take off shoes and clean up after each day, and genuinely seemed to be in good spirits. I also overheard at least a few safety discussions which I thought was awesome. I really got the vibe that we hired a truly professional team who would do the job right. I think they ran into a few complications with the removal of our existing system, and they worked for 13 hours in a single day! Crazy.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any friend, family member, or coworker. I’m pretty sure it’s a local company too so it feels good to support them and hope to see them continue to succeed.

We recently had a heatpump installed by Suraj and his team, and we couldn’t be happier! We got quotes from three companies and I could immediately tell that Progressive would be the clear choice. Suraj was attuned to our needs and very knowledgeable. We also really appreciated that we didn’t feel rushed or pressured by their team while we took our time to get other quotes and our things in order. However, once we did make the final decision to start our heatpump project with Progressive, they made the project easy and seamless for us. I really appreciated that they were super considerate of quiet times and wearing shoe covers within our home. Their team worked quickly and efficiently; we were impressed with how much they were able to achieve in such a short amount of time! However, what impressed us the most was how they handled an issue during installation. At the end of the last installation day, we realized that one of the mini splits was just a little too low on the wall, and our door was slightly hitting it. We were immediately assured that the issue would be fixed. Grace promptly helped us reschedule an extra installation block of time to have them slightly raise the unit so that we wouldn’t run into any issues. Once they came back to raise the unit, the installation was perfect! If we did it over again, I would absolutely pick Progressive Comfort Solutions again and recommend them to anyone in the Seattle area. Their team is fantastic – clean, careful job, and very respectful of our space.

I had Progressive Comfort Solutions installation 4 mini split heating and cooling units in our 3 story townhouse. The quote pricing was fair, and communication has always been clear and timely. The technicians and installers all seemed knowledgeable and courteous. They had the installation completed in 2 days. Would recommend!

Highly recommend Progressive Comfort! I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to making it as smooth a comfortable of a process as possible. They communicate really well, are some of the most friendly folks that I’ve had work on my house, and put a lot of effort into a great install. They worked with my neighbors to minimize impact and always had time to talk to me and answer questions. They are so detail oriented that they even set the clock on the unit correctly. Highly recommended as they do a great install and the extra piece of mind that comes with it is priceless.

This AC Install company is the best! I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, great communication, thorough in every aspect from start to finish. The install technicians were so professional- very respectful amongst each other, clean- always cleaned their area when they were done, got down to business and never wasted time. Suraj was top notch with how he treated his employees, with how hard he worked along side his technicians and so kind. Grace, the office person that took care of the scheduling and billing and anything else I had questions with she was always quick to respond and very thorough. I have worked with plenty of contractors and Progressive Comfort Solutions was the best of the best. Top notch service and top notch equipment.

We loved working with Progressive Comfort Solutions for our Minisplit install on our townhouse. We heard about them from our neighbor, who had an excellent experience with their team. Suraj explained every choice in an easy-to-understand manner and gave experienced answers to every question we had.

Everyone on the team was professional, easy to communicate with, and tidy. They dealt with all the permits and inspection coordination and even fit us in earlier on the schedule than expected. We love our new air conditioning system, it is perfect for our needs and looks beautiful outside. I will be recommending them to any friends who want to get air conditioning installed.

Working with Kevin is always a pleasure. He takes the guesswork out of the job and is very responsive. Their crew does a great job and often complete work ahead of schedule.

Hands down the best company out there for your heating and cooling services. I have been using Prostaff for 7 years and own a private schools in Lynnwood with 3 buildings, and there team has always looked out for the safety of the kids. Coming quarterly to do maintenance and change filters, same day service if a unit stops working, and letting us know safely concerns they have. When we needed a completely new roof heater (Prostaff didnt have the staff at the time to preform the job, Covid times) and we had to use another company to do the work. Jeff Hughes from Prostaff let us know during one of their quarterly visit that the new heater was completely not to code and wrote us in in-depth letter about their concern. We were able to use that to take back to the manager of other company who agreed with Prostaff's finding and they would fix it. I am truly grateful for always going above and beyond.

Had one of the techs out to my commercial job site, Kurt was able to quickly determine what work needed to be done and what materials would be needed. Kurt said most likely he wouldn't be able to complete the job for 4 days but he was able to complete everything in 2 days. They were ahead of schedule, polite and professional.
