Despite facing a complicated electrical run, their team handled the challenge with expertise and professionalism. The technicians were courteous throughout the process, and our installation easily passed city inspection. Had a fantastic experience getting ductless heating/cooling installed through PCS! The installation team was extremely thorough and handled absolutely every part of the process, including:

- Routing refrigerant and power lines on the walls and through the crawl space
- Mounting and installing the in-room AC units
- Finding a perfect spot outside for the heat pump and installing an outdoor outlet nearby, for future maintenance
- Hauling away our now-unused gas furnace

The process genuinely could not have been smoother. The team was incredibly friendly and adaptable, and was even able to work around our pets and WFH meeting schedule. Strongly recommended for anyone in the Seattle area.

We had a great experience with Progressive Comfort Solutions. Suraj was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining various options and refining their proposal based on our questions and concerns. He worked with us to find an appropriate unit based on our preferred location for it, whereas some other companies tried to talk us into placing it in a more inconvenient location or offered opinions without fully researching our property. The entire crew was friendly, respectful, and considerate about noise and disruption while I was working from home. They finished when they said they would and we are very pleased with the results.

Update: We recently encountered an issue with one unit, about a year after install. Suraj and team came out the next day and resolved the issue immediately. So reliable and courteous, great customer service. Units are all working great now. Very glad we chose Progressive!

The folks at Progressive Comfort Solutions were fantastic when it came to installing our mini-split air conditioning units! We've forked with Suraj and team twice now, and definitely would do so again. They seem so much smarter and more creative than other AC companies we've talked to: while others seemed intimidated by weird angles or tricky installs - sometimes refusing to even give us an estimate - Progressive was always like "we'll figure it out" and then made it happen. They also understand that aesthetics matter, which seems truly rare in the industry! Professional, well priced, and do an amazing job. Can't recommend them enough.

I've worked with Suraj at Progressive on two homes, and the quality of service is exceptional. They most recently worked with me to update a home that was previously on oil heat, sizing a mini-split system to keep the home cozy in heat and cooling. The crew that came was knowledgable and top-notch in installing all of the cable-work and components. Everything came up well on first test and easily passed inspection.

Our heat pump installation was extremely smooth and the crew was exceptionally thoughtful. They sent a pre-install form asking if we had pets or things to work around and I really appreciated the care and consideration they put into it. During the actual install, the crew was SO nice and mindful of any noise or mess they made. They noticed that my front door tended to slam shut on its own so they quietly closed it every single time. They always double checked that they didn't let my cats out when moving in and out of the house. When they took down a curtain to accommodate the new heat pump, they taped all the hardware and screws that they removed together so I wouldn't lose anything. Plus they were happy to answer all my questions and explain our new system. I really recommend working with Suraj and his crew, they don't rush and do great work!

Was really happy with how everything turned out. The mini splits in our townhouse are great of course, but I also was very happy with the installation experience. Suraj is an extremely friendly guy and working with him was a pleasure. His team were also all very nice, really good at explaining everything, and quick at getting everything up and running. I'm not sure what else we would need in the future heating wise but I can pretty much guarantee if we need work done we'll reach out to Suraj again

After getting bids from about four different companies, we settled on Progressive Comfort Solutions for a new Mitsubishi heat pump to replace our old gas furnace. We were overall very happy with the quality of the work and the care that Suraj and his team put in. I was able to geek out with Suraj in discussing options and solutions for the replacement. Support from the office was also excellent. When there was a scheduling issue, they stepped up in being proactive to communicate and offering extra service warranty time as a means of compensation for the delay.
We are now 1.5 years in and the system is working well and better than expected. Comfort in day-light basement is much better than before the heat pump was installed.
I have no hesitation in recommended Progressive Comfort.
