I'm just going to leave an honest experience here. My experience with Suraj was mediocre. I reached out to them to get a quote for replacement of Ductless heating and AC unit, Suraj was not very responsive and after doing a video site walk I never did receive a formal quote from him.

We wanted a heat pump and ductless minisplit for our ADU. Progressive Comfort Solutions were professional, responsive, and collaborative with the architect to ensure the best equipment spec's, mounting location, and performance. I would recommend their team!

From start to finish getting our mini split heat system installed was a breeze. The pricing was transparent and all the employees I interacted with were professional and nice. When I brought up a small issue after install they made time to return and fix it immediately. Would return for other projects!

If there is a better run business out there I’ve not found it. Fantastic communication and personal service. Suraj came out for the estimate and was here for the installation. Grace kept me informed at every step. The other members of the installation team were wonderful as well. The heat pump is working perfectly. I could not be happier. We had a great experience with Progressive Comfort Solutions. We wanted to replace our gas furnace with a heat pump for our 1960's house. Suraj and his team were a delight to work with. From the very beginning, they gave us confidence in their expertise. They were one of three companies that we received quotes from. The first said they would not recommend a heat pump for our house since the ducts were not large enough for a heat pump to be effective. The second contractor proposed a combination of a heat pump and a new gas furnace. Progressive Comfort Solutions proposed a ductless unit for our lower rec room and an air-mover using the existing ducts for the rest of the house. Suraj assured us it was possible to heat and cool our entire house with a single Mitsubishi heat pump. Even though their price was higher than what our second contractor's estimate was, we decided to go with Progressive Comfort Solutions because of their expertise and Mitsubishi's reputation as the number one rated heat pump manufacturer.

Suraj and his team completed the installation in two days but then ran into some problems due to a manufacturing defect in one of the components. It took several trips for them and several calls to Mitsubishi Support Team to isolate the defective component and come up with a solution. During this whole ordeal we felt they were not taking any short cuts but was putting in the effort needed to fix the problem. Our confidence in their expertise and work ethics only grew with this experience. It has been almost 2 months since the installation was completed and we are coming to the end of the Seattle summer. The system has worked perfectly in keeping our home cooled to the temperature we have set. I plan to update this review about the systems performance with the winter heating. But at this time, we would highly recommend Progressive Comfort Solutions for the installation of heat pumps.

Progressive Comfort Solutions did an excellent job installing and setting up our heat pump. Suraj was very knowledgeable about his product offerings, helping us sort thru options. The work crew showed up on time, worked quickly and quietly for full days, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They did a good job of blocking off work areas with plastic sheeting to keep dust contained and minimize cleaning required outside the work area.

The equipment was installed cleanly with exterior routing of refrigerant lines minimized and done with good aesthetics. Interior routing thru attic spaces was consolidated and kept to upper corners to minimize impact to attic storage. They coordinated electrical and permitting work with no effort required by us.

Overall, we’re very very happy with their work and have already recommended them to friends.

Suraj and his team did an excellent job installing a system that works well and provides adequate heating/ cooling without compromising the character or appearance of our older home. We have an older 1940’s house that was in need of updated heating and cooling. As I searched for recommendations, Progressive Comfort Solutions was recommended by other people in our neighborhood for their quality work, great customer service and fair pricing. Doing such a big project on our home was a little worrisome but after our initial consult we were left feeling confident and comfortable with our decision. They were knowledgeable about the products and how our house would be affected and really helped us making decisions with our interests in mind and never felt like they were doing things just to do them or to benefit their business. It was always about what was right for us. The installation process went smooth. They were always communicative, punctual, clean and did amazing work especially with difficult lath and plaster walls. Upon final product everything met our expectations and we definitely choose them again in the future for any needs.

We recently had Progressive remove our old oil furnace and install a heat pump system. I can't say enough good things about Suraj and his team! We planned for a 2 day install but they got it all done in one day. His team were very polite and friendly. We asked that they place the new furnace as deep into the old space as possible and they did it so well! They left our house and install areas cleaner than when they started! People have said we would miss the feel of the heat from our oil furnace but this system is doing a great job and our house is warmer than it has ever been.

Suraj was great to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, his team was competent and professional, and communication was good. The system fits in our tight spaces, is easy to use, quiet, and our house is so much warmer. Looking forward to having a cool house this summer.

We recently had Progressive Comfort Solutions install several ceiling mini-splits at our home. Suraj and his team were wonderful and took great care of our home the entire time of the install.

What I really appreciated was how detailed Suraj was in the installation process to make sure that all the tubing, wiring, the "guts" of the mini-split were hidden well and getting things to look discreet. They also kept our home super clean throughout the install!

I would like to recommend Progressive Comfort Solutions for installation of a heat pump in an older home. We talked with three companies about installation of a heat pump, and by far, Progressive Comfort Solutions was the most knowledgeable, both in terms of equipment options and installation options. The team worked very quickly and was very unobtrusive. Once the installation was complete, they made sure that we knew how to operate the system. When we had questions in the next few days after installation, they were very responsive. We are very happy with our new system and with the experience. Progressive was quick and efficient, they quoted a 2 day project for our two mini splits, but were done in 1 day! They cleaned up extremely well and were mindful of our cats too.

One of the mini splits ended up being slightly off the wall and progressive promptly got their guys to fix it up in no time. Really appreciate the integrity and hard work!
