Installed our HVAC system. Nothing better than refrigerated air conditioning

I called everyday for 5 days straight and gave my information. I still haven't received a call back even with a daily guarantee that I would.

Very good company for air conditioning and heating especially for remodels and new buildings staff is good deal owners they're very respectful and they know what they're doing I rate him very nicely

I wanted to support a local company, but was a eh experience. First they never showed up at my first appointment no call to let me know they needed to reschedule. I had to call there dispatcher to do that, and still could not make it and they had to call there on call techs. Which was understandable. When the tech arrived on Saturday they adjusted my vents couldn't figure my thermostat. A capacitor needed replaced and low on Freon. Cool too easy. Nope the tech overfilled the unit, and almost broke my condenser. Said that it will probably need to be replaced. hmmm. Might as well buy a new AC unit then. They came back the following day and did not bleed the extra Freon. They checked to see if it was covered under warranty (it wasn't not there fault) and get me a quote for a new condenser.. I work with a builder, and decide to use my guy. I didn't use him before, because he was to busy. He checked the pressure and it was 3 times over filled!! He bled the line in about 30 min I had a cool house. 100 dollars compared to 800 plus bill. was not happy and ended up with no cool air with 2 young kids for about 4 to 5 days in 98 plus degree weather. Coulda been and easy fix... Don't know if it was a lack of experience or just a bad day, but hey they took off 36 dollars off my bill lmao . Never again felt like I was getting scammed

Got the job done but was definitely a little shady on the pricing. Charged a service fee in addition to a very expensive (250$) hourly rate plus a one hour min. Woulda been fine with the minimum but they double screw you with the 100$ service fee. Not cheap.

I wanted to support a local contractor but Cassidy Heating did not show up for there scheduled appt after making me pre-pay to book the appt. When asked why they showed up they didn’t even service my heating/cooling system brand.

Called and was surprised they were able to schedule me for a same day appt. It was for 1-4pm. Waited for them and when no one showed up by 4, I called and they told me the technician was running late and would be there by 7. I called at 7 and they had the same story - technician couldn’t make it so he would be there first thing the next morning at 8am. No one showed and when I called at 10:30am, the reception folks told me that they couldn’t get ahold of a technician and no one could come for at least a week.

The lack of communication between the reception and their techs is disappointing. Even worse, when I initially scheduled, they sold me on a “premium membership” where I paid upfront so that a tech would come that day.

The folks at Cassidy really need to get their act together. Don’t use these folks unless you want to spend your day waiting for a technician who will never show up.

Ryan was out today and did a great job. He he was very polite and professional and took the time to explain what he was going to do. I've been using Cassidy Heating And Air Conditioning for a couple of years now and have been very satisfied with the level of service.

Terrible service. Would not recommend. Called in on a Friday I specifically told them I had a oil furnace that needed a regular service done to it and they confirmed they can do that and scheduled me for Monday at 0800am… nobody showed up or called until I called at 0100pm. Just so they could tell me they don’t work on oil furnace’s…….. communication is terrible. I have a wife and 2 yr old at home with no heat. Now will have to call a different company and wait another week or two until I can get this service done.

I called them to get a quote on a new furnace installation. They were very friendly and professional. They gave me a quote over the phone, and they even sent over someone to do an on-site estimate! I love that they offered to come out on such short notice! I will definitely use them again in the future!
