Vlad S. is a polite and highly skilled technician who kept the work area clean and was careful nothing was damaged as he disassembled the refrigerator. He found two problems quickly and offered great advice on how to avoid problems with my fridges (I’m a landlord with multiple refers). No one likes to pay for repairs but I feel I got excellent value and information from Vlad. I will call for him again when issues arise.

Highly Recommend. I had a problem with my Samsung Dryer. Professional service from beginning to end. Scheduling was simple. The technician came during the scheduled window, and I received a call when they were en route. The technician, Ihor, was friendly, thorough, and fixed the problem. And the price was reasonable and fair for the service. What more could you ask for?

Artem is a pro. Diagnosed the issue on Wednesday and fixed the oven on Friday. A previous company fixed a symptom, which then broke. Artem diagnosed the root cause and fixed it. Would recommend.

Great attention to detail! Ihor came in to inspect our washer and he found a leak we didn’t know was there. The leak was discovered Friday afternoon and Ihor came back on Monday with a replacement gasket. Would recommend.
