I’m not sure what is going on with this company but I am very dissatisfied. The technician named “Jake” comes out to my house in an unmarked minivan, unmarked clothing, and sandals on his feet. He had zero equipment, only a drill and a wand with some bristles on the end. He asked to borrow my flashlight, a vacuum to clean up his mess, and then a trash bag to clean underneath the house in the crawl space. The price started at $100 for an inspection, then $300 for a deep clean, then $400 to go in the crawl space, then he did 20 minutes more labor to “open up the line” and then quoted me $800. For payment he asked to “follow me to a bank so I would not have to pay for taxes”. There was no price catalog, when I got the receipt in my email it was not itemized, it didn’t show me at all how we got to the final price, and it was under a different company name. I called the manager, the manager said maybe I shouldn’t trust my technicians when I talked about how he said he would follow me to the bank, and then we settled at a price for $500? I shouldn’t have to bargain for my final price are you kidding me? After the work was done there were no pictures of the clean vents after his work. I have to call another company to inspect the line so I can make sure the work was done. This is a scam and you should not fall for it. Stick with a reputable company folks.

I called Elite yesterday, and they were able to come out the next day. On time and great work from start to finish. Dave was our guy and we will have him out again.

The customer service quoted a very low price and sent a technician to give an actual quote. The technician quoted more than triple the price for duct cleaning. For dryer vent he quoted a high price assuming that the vent was on the roof. The vent was actually on the side and he did not even clear the vent from outside. Charged the same price. Do not understand why there are so many good reviews for this company

Elite Air Duct Cleaning did a great job! They cleared out a bad odor in our ductwork and cleaned our entire system, including the dryer vent. They were efficient and easy to work with.

Alex did a great job today on our dryer vents. Everything is working great and he was very friendly and fast. I was impressed with the speed of the service. I called and it was done the next day!

Alex and Daniel came to my home to do a estimate and my dryer vent is off my roof it's a little more complicated and they have a rate of $99.00 and they come and do an estimate and was quoted $450! So there's no way I'm paying that because I was quoted $150 max from a different company and I have only owned my home for 2 1/2 years so I know the build up couldn't be too bad..and my dryer has been taking a little longer than normal so it was a toss between the vent or my heating elment going out.so they eventually agreed to $150. CASH

DO NOT USE THEM. They contract out cheap labor that don’t know what they’re doing. Alex came to our house to clean our air ducts and absolutely DESTROYED our house. After he left we realized everything near a vent was covered in a layer of dirt and grime.
Talked to the company owner the following day and he said Alex “forgot to use the plastic covers” on the vents so as he was cleaning them the crap just blew everywhere. Completely unacceptable. It took hours to clean and was just horrifying. Every surface or item was filthy like he’d dumped a vacuum bag everywhere.
Giving them two stars because we did get most of our money back, but they should really have given us a 100% refund and paid for a cleaner after destroying our house.
Also, as Alex was leaving he tried to charge my husband $100 more than he had quoted us when he arrived. When he asked why it went up he just mumbled he’d take the $100 off. Alex’s company name on Venmo was also “airflow cleaning and safety” because they’re a cheap subcontractor. The whole company is a scam and money grab. Save your mental health and steer clear.
It says they’re “google guaranteed” but we filed a claim with Google which they denied for no reason. Also a scam.

From the moment I contacted them for my mother’s house, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable.

He worked efficiently but didn’t cut corners, then even took the time to explain what he found in the ducts, showed before-and-after photos so we could see the difference and gave helpful maintenance tips moving forward. I booked him for my own house too !

I had my air ducts cleaned by Elite and they did an awesome job! The guys were super friendly, showed up on time, and explained everything they were doing. They even showed me photos of the before and after — I couldn’t believe how dirty they were! No upselling or hidden fees, just solid, honest work. This company is the worst /unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The advertised that Duct plus Dryer cleaning plus A/C diagnostic is for for $199.00. A technician who came to my house said the the Dryer cleaning is not covered and I have to pay additional $199.0 for dryer cleaning. I agreed and I since I was busy with an international phone call, I didn't watch what he was doing. After 45 minutes the technician whose English was very poor told me the job is done. I paid him $411. 93. Next day when I was going to use the dryer, I got an error message that the vent needs to be cleaned. I call a friend who is knowlegrable about the dryer. He came to my house and after ermining the dryer, he told me the dryer has not been cleaned . I called the company on January 26 th to send a new technician to fix the problem and I have not heard from then in the past 4 days. Please don't use this company's services. They are not honest/professional people. The do false advertisement .
