It’s been three weeks since we had Integrity Energy Systems replace our 15 year old A/C unit with a new Bosch heat pump, and we could not be happier with our entire experience. The heat pump is outperforming our A/C unit. From the first phone call to the installation to the clean up, Taylor went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and was a real pleasure to work with. He was professional, responsive, and always on time. This company definitely lives up to its name. I would highly recommend this company!

Integrity Energy Systems was a delight to work with! I used them for a regular mini split maintenance as well as an annual fire place maintenance. Scheduling was super easy and the office was great about giving me an accurate price quote. Not to mention everyone I interacted with was super friendly and knowledgeable! Day of I got a reminder text and email when the technician (Kyle) was on his way. Kyle was FANTASTIC! Really friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to walk me through the systems he was servicing (I am a first time home owner). He also left the work areas spotless and gave me a detailed review of the invoice and work involved. I will definitely use integrity Energy Systems going forward for all of my home system servicing needs!

My gas fireplace is 23 years old and working great because of yearly cleaning service from Integrity. The fireplace was recently serviced by Vadzim and he did a great job. Their technicians remain professional, task-oriented, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he addressed my concerns with pilot light and didn't try to oversell with unnecessary work. This is why I continue to recommend Integrity Energy to my neighbors. Thank you.

I have been using Integrity now for a couple of years. Originally I had them install a tankless water system in my detached cottage. I recently had them service my boiler system and install a new air conditioner. I can't emphasize enough how professional and customer focused they are. Every team member I have worked with have been amazing. Most recently I wanted to mention Arron, Billy, and Joe. Arron and Billy replaced my AC unit and Joe did an amazing job on my boiler system. I've worked with many different contractors and I can without any reservation recommend these guys. Honest, professional, with attention to detail.

Update 9/27/23. I recently had my boiler system go down (no hot water and no radiant heat). I called Integrity and they prioritized my situation. A new boiler system was installed up and running within 3 days and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The installation team (Erin and Roman) did a great job. They were very respectful of our property and we are very satisfied with the service. As I stated previously, I am very impressed with how responsive this company is and will continue to refer business to them. Great team!

We've been using Integrity for years and have had no complaints. They were especially helpful helping us get our heat pump working again over a cold January weekend when a brief power interruption left our thermostat and heat pump unable to talk to each other.

Marcus was good: he knew how to diagnose the problem with our in floor heating system and figured out what the problem was.

Today’s technician Marcus was on time, listens to issues I described, root causes them and made what adjustments he could today. All quick, courteous and well explained.

Called Integrity to change a 24volt power supply on a furnace for our rental house. We live 2 1/2 hours away and figured this would be quick and easy. The tech changed the transformer. The problem were;
1) Tech left the cover off the electrical which leaves exposed wiring which creates a hazard when changing the filter.
2) Tech taped down the safety switch
3) Tech called us after the job was done to give us the price.
4) My system is considered a Combo heater (Very simple heater in a 700 sq. ft. house) . Tech invoiced as a boiler which increased the price.
prices were;
Diag-Boiler $329
Replace Transformer $280
Total $672

Transformer is a $35 part and takes 20 minutes to install.

I did drive over the next day and noticed the issues. Including that there was a relay sticking and causing the heater to not shut off. I ended up fixing the problems myself and disputing $329 of the bill with my credit card company.

I did contact Integrity and they said they had to research this with there team. Then no responses for a while. Then members were out sick and would get back to me. Never heard another word.

My wife and I had Integrity Energy Systems install a new furnace, AC and a new indoor fireplace back in the fall of 2017 during a major home remodel. These installations were all done very professionally, and have all worked well over the last 7 years. Integrity has performed the yearly maintenance on all this equipment, so, last year (2024), we decided to ask Integrity to replace our 18 year old Tankless water heater with a new Navien Tankless water heater. We were so happy with their work on that project, we decided to ask if Integrity could update our old 100 amp electrical service panel to a new 200 amp service panel and also install a new Electric Car charger. While we have been impressed with each of the technicians from Integrity, their Lead Electrician, Joel, was especially exceptional. The very experienced Seattle City Light Inspector reviewing Joel's work, commented to me that this was one of the best 200 amp electrical installations he has ever seen. All the people who have installed and maintained our equipment have done excellent work. They come when they say they will, they communicate well (Thank you Kelly!), they are friendly and we feel we’ve had consistent high quality service over the years. We are happy to recommend Integrity Energy Systems to anyone looking to add a new major update to their home. Special thank you to Joel, Adam, Akimi, Joe, Kelly, Jason and Taylor.

Several years ago Integrity Energy installed a new heat pump system and reworked some ductwork during a remodeling project. Last week Billy came out to service the system. I have to say he was very thorough, professional & polite! Not that I’m an expert on servicing heat pumps he certainly seemed to give it a detailed examination 🧐. While he was here I found out he can service our gas fireplaces and replace our water heater when needed. We’ll definitely keep Integrity Energy on our speed dial for all of our heating and cooling!

I want to add that given that we have an open concept 3 story townhouse it is rather impressive how quickly we can heat or cool our home. Having an extra filter system as part of the package is adding to our air quality.

2025 Update:

Well a year later and Billy came through again !! This time he serviced our heat pump and two gas fireplaces. So efficient, professional and polite. Warm and toasty at our house!! JZ

Marcus was on-time and knew exactly how to fix the issue with my gas line. Very nice person to work with!

Long story short, Robert was terrific. He totally understand my complicated heating system and readily agreed to orient me to the system as he performed his service. His service was efficient and comprehensive. He also installed a surge protector which, as he explained it, was a no brainer. We moved on to the maintenance agreement with its numerous benefits. He clearly loves his work and the company he works for. An altogether positive experience. I look forward to a lifetime relationship with Integrity Energy Systems. Thank you Robert and Integrity.

We’ve been using integrity for quite a few years now and the service is always excellent. They’re honest straightforward. It’s pretty rare.

Thanks to Joel and Adam for the great job of installing my Franklin back-up battery and AGateX control system! They were so courteous and helpful and took time to explain how the system works and how to use and control it!

I have worked with Integrity Energy Systems for several years and have found them very professional and keen on providing rapid and appropriate service. I have a Rinnai tankless water heater/hydronic air handler plus an AC unit that it runs as well. I have a contract for IES to service the units annually. They arrange convenient times to do that and have always shown up when expected. When I have had an emergency service need (like no heat in frigid weather) they worked out a way of getting me quick help. Office staff are extremely responsive and service techs great to work with. Tech Marcus knows my system because he is assigned each year to maintain it. He recently provided service to my tankless water heater doing the flushing process, the hydronic air handler including changing the filter and my gas fireplace relighting the pilot and testing all aspects of it including cleaning the log set up and the glass shield. He is very knowledgable and interested in being sure everything is working as it should be and that any questions I have are addressed. He always goes above and beyond.

Great experience with this company. Impressed with confidence and knowledge of site evaluation and eventual install. Shout out to Marcus, the service/install tech. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

Marcus did a great job diagnosing and repairing several plumbing issues. We’d use Integrity again in the future.
