I highly recommend Integrity Energy Systems and will use them again. Robert, my service technician, resolved my issue and was prompt, thorough, efficient, friendly, and extremely competent.

After purchasing a condo and turning on the mini split unit's AC function for the first time since the closing inspection, the AC worked fine until the mini split started leaking water down the wall and onto the floor about 12 hours later. Good thing I caught it when I did. I called Integrity Energy Systems on the recommendation of my HOA president. It was a good recommendation!

Integrity was able to schedule a diagnostic for the same week. My service technician was Robert, and he quickly identified the root cause - a faulty water pump motor caused by dust/grime buildup due to the lack of filter cleanings or full unit servicing. My condo is a loft, and the mini split is mounted about 11 feet up a wall, so Robert happily used my ladder to reach and work on the unit.

After my consent, Robert completed a dismantle and deep clean of the unit to get it back into pristine condition and recommended (without being an overbearing salesman) several part upgrades for both the roof unit and the condo mini split, including the water pump motor replacement, to improve efficiency, prolong the lifespan of the system, and avoid catastrophe. I was able to schedule a return visit days later to get the new parts installed, and the unit is working great.

I happily signed up for Integrity's yearly maintenance program, and I'll try to be better than the last owner when it comes to cleaning the filters regularly.

We have been a customer w Integ. Energy Sys and have a Service Contract w them for yrs too. We had an unfortunate situation of having our boiler go down, thus loosing out hot water and heat, all w a family member that recently had surgery. IES came to our rescue! Vad showed up same day in the afternoon, diagnosed the problem, came back w the parts the next afternoon. All was fixed in leas than 36 hrs. All of the staff, from all those managing the calls to Vad were kind, attentive to our needs, professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be more satisfied. THAKS EVERYONE. We HIGHLY recommend IES!

Aaron showed up on time and did the work. He way courteous and explained what he was doing. I am glad I chose Integrity. This was to replace plumbing from the water heater to the kitchen.

Marcus was knowledgeable about the required maintenance for our mini split system with three Daikin head units. Diagnosed the problem on one of the units of a clogged drain tube. Previous company said it was a cracked drain pan and then didn’t get the part because they were only Mitsubishi dealers.
Didn’t know there was more maintenance required than vacuuming the air filter which you can do yourself if you can climb a ladder. There’s flushing the drain system also.
Installing company didn’t mention additional maintenance.

The team helped us a lot in a very timely manner. We had a pressure valve break in a water heater, so it was heavily leaking. All that happened on the New Year’s day on they were literally only ones who responded and fixed the problem. Shout out for them and their professionalism and dedication!

Just had another fantastic experience with Integrity! Marcus was amazing. We've had Integrity install A/C, new furnace, and water heater over the last few years. Marcus was here for annual maintenance and was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Lilli's customer service with scheduling was fantastic. I highly recommend Integrity!

Marcus from Integrity came by to do a maintenance on my furnace and my tankless hot water heater. He did a great job described everything in details and was very knowledgeable about the yearly maintenance program.

Excellent Company! We had Integrity energy services install our water heater & mini split for the garage. They now come and do our maintenance every year. The service people are professional, timely, and experienced. We highly recommend them!

I am very thankful I found Integrity Energy Systems. I had mistaken hired a disingenuous company to install my solar array with batter back up and that previous company destroyed one of my inverters and failed to even run wire in the conduit to hook up the systems along with a myriad of other installation errors that had to be corrected. Enter Integrity Energy Systems who came to the rescue. They went over they entire system with a fine tooth comb and found all the errors and got my system up and running after an absolute nightmare experience with the previous company (don't hire Universal Electric for anything!). I wish I would have started with Integrity Energy Systems and the technicians that I had the joy of meeting on my project. Joel and Josh and all of their additional assistants were top notch and passionate about their work and passionate about the customer having a positive experience. I especially appreciated their attention to detail, organization, knowledge of the products, and their dedication to get the project up and running at peak capabilities.

Don't mess around, and learn from my mistake. Just hire Integrity Energy systems out of the gate for all of your solar and electrical needs and get it done right the first time!

Alex was at the door at 0800 on the dot! Then pleasantly introduced himself and proceeded to locate the furnace, thermostat and heater pump to be serviced.

The lead technician, Hakimi, did a masterful job in assessing all the issues to fire off and get operating a Mitsubishi split system a now out-of-business contractor partially install several years ago. Hakimi's team was tasked with completing the installation of two new interior wall mounted units and one recessed cassette unit. His team synced up the new interior unit with the existing roof older model compressor unit and installed a remote operating thermostat system which provides me a lot of convenience with my iPhone. His crew was punctual, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and operating concerns. They didn't rush showing me how to operate the system and app. They were clean and orderly.
Overall, a five-star experience!!

We had an emergency replacement of a boiler in my elderly mother-in-law’s home, during a particularly cold stretch. The team did everything to make the replacement happen right away. They were kind, hardworking, and professional. We felt the cost was fair, the work was extensive and complicated, replacing a system that was over 60 years old. We felt like a priority, the office staff made communication easy and understandable for folks who know nothing about replacing a boiler. We appreciate the entire staff / team.

Integrity technician Marcus was professional, knowledgeable and cost conscious. He was able to provide affordable thermostat options another Furnace repair company did not offer. He also reassured me that although our furnace is getting old, it is functioning safely and properly whereas another Furnace repair company said it needed to be replaced right away. I highly recommend Integrity!

Integrity Energy Systems is a class act. We recently completed heat pump installations for both our main house and our mother-in-law. We worked closely with Taylor to develop a plan within our budget. He was attentive, highly knowledgable, and professional. The crews that did the work were top notch. Ronnie and Roman, who did the installation work, electricians Joel and Josh, and Aaron who de-commissioned our old heating system were all amazing - highly skilled and personable. Also a shout out to Joolie who helped coordinate the schedule and payments. A+ all around.

Vadim diagnosed a leak in our fireplace and repaired it the same day. He was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently and cleanly. He clearly explained the issue and ensured everything was properly fixed. We highly recommend his services.

Hakimi, Ronnie and Roman did an amazing install. They are very professional, communicated very well, accommodated my requests and completed the work quickly. The inspector even commented about how well the install was done and asked who did it. Also, Taylor was exceptional from the beginning, helping determine the system needs, why I needed and what I didn’t need (he didn’t try to oversell me more of a system that I actually needed). Found ourselves with a broken motor in our furnace. Marcus took the time to show us the exact cause with the motor in our 13-year old furnace. During a massive cold stretch, we thought we’d have to go a night with no heat. Thankfully Marcus was able to replace the motor and we’re back in action. Good news it was not a full furnace replacement.

We have Integrity out 2x per year to service our heating and cooling. Would not work with anyone else.

We had to replace our furnace/heat pump recently and are very pleased we used Integrity Energy Systems! Gregg did a fantastic job recommending the appropriate system for our home and fixing the flaws with our previous install/system. Hakimi and Roman meticulously performed the installation to make sure everything was done properly. We are very happy with our new system and highly recommend using Integrity!

Integrity installed our new heat pump a few months back and were very professional. Recently, we had an issue with our faulty thermostat on a Friday evening in the winter. Integrity was here within the hour and had our heat restored in no time. Very helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended.
