Completely "forgot" an appointment days earlier... then called an hour late for next appointment to say "tied up with another job" This was not Walid but a Spanish accented man. I gave up

Walid was great. He was great at communications (it was raining heavily that day and the traffic was bad, but Walid kept me updated on his arrival time). He was patient and fixed the issue with my wall heater. Kudos Walid!! Would definitely call him again when i need electrical work done at my home

Abu was on time , he even drove to Kirkland from Bothell to get a part under warranty to save me on costs. He was responsive pre appointment , called ahead as he was running busy and addressed all my questions. It was 95+ in the attic and he made sure that all my questions were addressed professionally. He quoted me a price which seemed fair considering the amount of effort and time he had to put in so I didnt even ask for any discount.

Walid is excellent! My house was built in 1925 and I had flooding in my house and needed advice on possible water damage and repairing some very old duct work. He gave me solid advice on the water damage as well as repairing my old duct work. He also did a yearly "tune-up" on my furnace. I found him to be through. He showed up at my house to advise and then was able to fix everything the same day. His rates are very reasonable and I will definitely use him for all of my furnace needs
