Very professional, prompt and honest company to do business with. Guys were easy going and they did an amazing job with the installation of Mitsubishi mini split system. We live in Seattle and was a challenge to find a right company because of HUGE competition. Everyone is trying to sell as high as possible and we did not want to be deceived. Really appreciate Seattle HVAC team that they provided the best affordable price and reliable equipment. Definitely will use Seattle Heating and Cooling in the future.

Excellent and friendly service. During in-person visit Serge answered every single question I had and was so patient and polite to me. Viktor and Oleg did an excellent job with installing Mitsubishi split system for my house. Seattle Heating and Cooling is a company I trust.

I got 7 quotes for the same Mitsubishi Hyper heat setup. They were more friendly and affordable than the rest of the contractors! Installed everything in one day! Now I got them to install my new fireplace. Saved about $4800 )

From start to end everything went smooth and responsible. Purchased new Heat Pump installation for our house. Price was affordable for us compared to other companies. Oleg and Daniel were very friendly and positive during all heat pump installation process. Definitely recommend Seattle Heating and Cooling.

Seattle Heating and Cooling installed a ductless system for me in a Seattle condo. From the beginning, their estimate was very detailed and allow me to change and customize the project to what I wanted. The estimate including everything from installation, equipment, spackling and painting after the job was done and inspections. They were always available to answer questions and very fast in scheduling the project. They kept the appointments schedule and work around my availability. Highly recommend this company for this type of project. Great price, flexible and able to do the work quickly.

I had an old HVAC system at my townhouse and Serge replaced it with a new efficient system. Customer service 10/10, installation 10/10. If you haven’t had great experiences with other vac companies in Seattle you have to contact Seattle Heating and Cooling and you won’t be disappointed.

We would like to sincerely thank your team for the excellent installation of our new gas stove. The craftsmen arrived on time, did everything neatly, quickly and professionally. I especially liked that they explained in detail how to use the stove and what to look for in its maintenance. You can feel the responsibility and quality approach to work.

Our estimate and actual mini split installation visits with Seattle HVAC went smoothly. The office representative was a pleasure to talk with while I explained everything. Installers were friendly and polite. Worked fast and and left the house clean. Was some language barrier, but Serge came right  after the installation and explained everything and provided instructions on how to use the new system. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of service.

The Manager arrived and took a look, asked some questions and figured out what we needed gave me an estimate and arranged for the install. It took about 10 minutes. They arranged an appointment to install. Predicted
One day. Installers showed up were friendly and capable. Finished and left our business clean.

Great customer service fast and friendly affordable prices I called Seattle heating and cooling on Friday because our furnace died and I was looking for furnace replacement as soon as possible Julie provided a detailed quote remotely and was able to schedule furnace replacement at the same day and by 6:00 p.m. we had a new furnace installed an hour house amazing work guys.

I have and old furnace and it stopped working. I was trying to find someone who can come and fix it instead of urgent replacement, because of my budget. Each second company told me that they can’t help me with a repair and only can provide a furnace replacement. When I called Seattle Heating and Cooling and explained my situation Steve was able to schedule a service call at the same day. Oleg and Daniel found an issue an fixed that right away. So now my furnace is working again. If I decide to replace it I will go only with this company, because of the HONESTY. 5 - Star.

I called Seattle Heating and Cooling cause our furnace stopped functioning. Julia rep, thank you - technician were at my house in about 3 hours !same day! Technician Oleg was very knowledgeable and solved an issue with my furnace, also gave us a great advice like how to maintain it and restored functionality that a service rep from another company could not fix. I appreciate the professionalism and timeliness of your rep. Happy overall.

every other HVAC I had called had given unreasonable estimate, and I had almost given up, but decided to try Seattle Heating and Cooling. Not only did they give a much better quote, they also gave free vent cleaning and gave a 3-Ton heat pump when others were giving 2-Ton with i guarantee of fixing any holes they'd have to drill

The crew was very professional and so was their work.

We haven't had any issues and they also guarantee one year of free service (labor) for anything related to the heat pump.

I don't write reviews as often, but this team deserves more business. The other franchise like companies are just trying to fill some quarterly quotas.

Good job, good price, good speed. They did damage my brick, which I told Serge up front was my number one concern about getting a mini split, but they did their best to caulk the brick shards back into place so the damage is less noticable. They hauled away my old window AC unit for free, which was nice. The tiny yard is a bit trampled and grass is destroyed but that was likely not avoidable as it was a tight space. Processing the second half of the payment was a bit annoying as even though the invoice they sent me said payment was due in two weeks they would not stop calling and texting me till I paid it. Overall I would recommend.

Best experience!! Needed our 1 year old heat pump serviced and found original installers did poor job installing and it was leaning. They put secure brackets on and filled the Freon and I have air coming out of vents I didn’t know I had. Better than when it was new! Won’t use anyone else. Ever!!!

We really loved working with Seattle Heating & Cooling. They came out right away for an estimate to install a split system for my home. The price was very good and they completed the install far faster than I expected.
I would recommend them to anyone and I would surely use them again if I'm ever in need!
