The arrival window was 2hrs much better than a 8am-5pm window sometimes companies give. Professional tech. We will definitely use Zip again for all properties.

Xcellent Mechanical gave us a 2 hour window that they would show up and they showed up within the first hour. Our technician was Sean and he was very professional. He explained in detail what was wrong and the steps needed to fix the problem. They had the best prices around and I would definitely recommend them.

The technician came out to the location but he was on the phone for long time before check the issue , and my cooler still not work he charge me $600 and then I have to call back the next day and still don’t work. I have to call my regular cooling company and it cost me $356 (from out of town) they fixed with in 1 hrs. I won’t recommend this zip company to anyone.

I’ve worked with many hvac contractors in the past but this has by far been the best. Nick showed up to my house on time for our furnace repair. He had no issues with me overlooking him as he was trying to figure out what was wrong. After the diagnosis he searched around very hard for the part because I told him about the kids in my home. Knowing that, he called his office right away and asked if there was a way for them to move the schedule around because the part is in town and he was able to get it right away. Able to fix the furnace on the same day already is a 5 star to me. Going out his way and taking considerations for my family I just don’t have enough words to describe what a great hvac company this is. Thank you Nick and the Reliable team!

I was referred to Reliable Heating and Cooling through HomeAdvisor for replacing my natural gas furnace with a heat pump. While the installation was good and the heat pump mostly works as advertised, the contractor did not set up the heat pump properly to adequately heat my house during cold weather, despite the heat pump being rated to produce compressor heat down to -5 degrees outside temperature and their assurances that my house will stay adequately heated. I have repeatedly attempted to reach out to the contractor to get this issue resolved. The contractor has either ignored my communication, or the one service call that was finally scheduled was cancelled and not adequately followed up on to reschedule. Attempting to raise this issue to HomeAdvisor has also proven to be quite an ordeal. I strongly recommend to look elsewhere for HVAC work, as both the contractor and HomeAdvisor have demonstrated a serious deficiency in their ability to address issues properly.

HVAC new Installation
It has been months after the new Furnace and AC were installed for my new home. I am now quite confident that it's not only a good product and also the great service worths my time for the review. After a detailed explanation by Nick, I took his recommendaiton to install a new set of high efficient Furnace with AC. It has been running for 4 months and prooved as a great system, providing heating and cooling in a very quiet and comfortable way with VFD fan on all the time. The technicians worked hard but sometimes they missed something. Nick always responses immediately and rectifies all the issues. I am also an professional technician and always picky in lot of things such as the works done by them. Finally I'd like to say they did a good job and met my requirement. I will definetely recommend them to my friends. One more tip, talk to Nick and ask for more details before your decision.
