Reliable did a great job on our heat pump. They were responsive, high quality work, and really listened to our specific needs with our existing ducting system in an old house. They were able to problem solve and come up with solutions that other providers had declared 'impossible', and we really appreciate the good work that Gene, Nick, and team did. Now we have AC for the increasingly hot Seattle summers as well as a more affordable heating the rest of the year. We highly recommend!

Everything about this company is phenomenal, the customer service, sales , and technicians. Before going to Reliable Heating and Cooling I called two other places about getting my furnace replaced. One never called me back and the other one wanted 200 dollars just to come out and give me a quote. Reliable Heating and Cooling came out and gave me multiple free estimates for various units. There was no pressure on which option to choose. They were able to come back two days later to replace my furnace. I would highly recommend this company.

Have used Zip for a variety of commercial work for everything from maintenance, motor replacement, refrigeration refresh, and full AC installation. Great service, good prices, no extra surprises. For example, had a 3-door refer not cooling. Other companies wouldn't nitrogen test to see if system integrity was compromised and only would quote full compressor replacement at over $3K. Zip tested, recharged system with refrigerant, and refer running great at a bit over $400. Highly recommended even though this will likely affect their future availability!

Great experience overall at a reasonable price for a ductless heat pump installation. I was originally referred to them by my realtor, and Hoa arrived within days of my reaching out for an on-site quote (as a point of comparison, other companies I contacted were booked out months ahead for the quote alone). Ultimately Zip had the most competitive bid for my configuration, so I went with them. There was a bit of a wait for some of the parts to be available, but that's due to nationwide supply chain issues and not a fault of Zip. Once install was scheduled, they arrived on-time and finished the work in 1 day, cleaning up after themselves. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

Great company! I had an old oil furnace that was very inefficient and half the time didn’t work. It was a nice and easy experience getting scheduled with the office. The sales technician that came out was very informative, i didn’t feel pressured into taking the job. He went over all the options available to me and which were best for my set up. The job itself went very smoothly. The installation looks nice, they kept the area very clean, and they did the job as promised and to my expectation. Thank you!!

I recently had a furnace and heat pump installed at my house. It replaced my very old furnace. My experience with ZIP Reliable was excellent! Gene and his staff Answered all my questions, and did a fantastic job with the installation! Everything looks and works great! I had five estimates, and they were by far the most reasonable. Zip Reliable Heating and Cooling came through for me in a timely manner. We didn't need to replace our forced air furnace but it was about 15 years old as my wife and I were planning to relocate after living in our beachfront home for many years. We had planned to sell our house and wanted to update to a more efficient furnace for the new owner as we had already remodeled and updated our house. I called several Heating and Cooling companies but decided to go with Zip after speaking with their sales manager, Gene Jackson. He came over to assess the condition and age of the furnace. He gave me quotes on several models and gave a recommendation on a certain furnace because of its reliability and warrantee. Zip also had the best quotes on the complete project. They were also close and was able to work me into their busy schedule. The technicians were professional, efficient and did great work in removing the old furnace and installing the new one and they also left the area as clean and neat as it was prior to the work. I actually underpaid them but they left and didn't debate or argue about the payment. Gene called me later that day and we went over the payment so I went down to their office and paid the rest as it was due to my error. I met the technicians there and also met most of the people that works for Zip Reliable Heating and Cooling. I can attest that they are super nice people as I spoke for quite a while with each of them. They made me feel welcomed and what a group of wonderful and happy people. I wish them all the best and hope that their business continues to grow. I also met the owner and he's a great person, very personable. I'm sorry for the people that had negative experiences with them and I believe that if you speak with the owner, he will make things right.

I have used Zip Mechanical to install my AC and had a great experience. Recently, I had them do maintenance on both my furnace and AC and they found out that I need to replace my capacitors sooner rather than later and showed me what the reading was. They were able to get me in right away and get them replaced. The prices are reasonable and customer service was good compared to other bigger local HVAC companies that seem to overcharge.

I had to purchase a commercial freezer for my home during Covid because there were none other available. It had a refrigerant leak that caused the temperature to increase. I couldn’t find anybody to come out and help me. thuan Le, Some Russian company, And a freelance guy all came out and charged me almost $1000 apiece to cause more problems for my machine, including breaking the compressor. Franco from Melrose grill sent me to Zip. They are conscientious of pricing, Excellent in the work that they do, Quick to arrive and respond, and nice people. I am so thankful to have found them. They have saved my machine, my food and my sanity.

I set an appointment, waited and and no one showed. Only after I called I was notified they were running an hour plus late. Poor service!

Dan is very knowledgeable and does great work. He makes sure you get what you need and gets you covered in all weather.

I have called Advanced Energy Savers for a heat pump install on a new building. I have called repeatedly (4 occasions), and have never received a call back to get scheduled for an estimate. I find the lack of response puzzling and an indicator of extremely poor service. I am sure they do good work but if they cannot deliver on an initial request, they are worthless as far as I am concerned.

Dan is the MAN! HVAC Expert- It is a small business so Trust the Care is excellent- He is pretty flexible try to add you in in next couple days for urgent issues, however be patient as he drive Eastside and Seattle area - I am always happy when he comes, if he can work me in his very packed schedule. We have had purchased a house with 20 year older furnace and Heat pump, he assisted several times over last decade to keep it working wonders. We are so glad to not have to be forced to replace them. I saw few low ball reviews that never seen him so anyone trying to get expert just like surgery, do you want a student surgeon or surgeon completed 1000 surgeries? - I am happy to wait when ever he can make it.
