We had a good experience with this company.Their technician responded quickly and patiently answered all the questions I had. He was punctual for the appointment. We were very impressed with his professionalism and honesty.Will highly recommend.

I am extremely pleased with the service call performed by Fredrick. He quickly identified the problem of no cool air circulating to our 2nd and 3rd floor and expeditiously cleaned the units. He was professional and thorough. I would recommend them and will be using their services again!!

I called because I am desperate to find a part for an older model home AC and all they said was "Sorry, we aren't selling individual parts." and hung up as I was trying to ask if they could give me a referral to anyone who might. I work in the service industry and would have at least finished listening and tried to assist given that I know my industry far better than anyone who would be calling for help.

Their technician failed to show up during the appointment window. I had to call two times to get someone to reschedule to the next morning. The tech failed AGAIN to show up during the window. We had no communication from Phase about their tech being late or not being able to come. Completely unprofessional service from Phase; look elsewhere for AC service.

The team at here have been great. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. They've helped me with a variety of problems and issues over the years, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for AC & Furnace Repair services.

Fredrick came out yesterday to check out my A/C which had some minor issues and explained everything. He gave me a full service and good advice on routine maintenance of my AC system. I can’t speak more highly of East Hill. Doug has helped us over the last few years limp along with our old heater. It finally died over winter and he replaced it quickly with high quality, professional service at a very reasonable price. I won’t go anywhere else but here.

A family-owned business. Doug has been performing the yearly maintenance of my furnace & ac units for years. He is skilled, reliable, & reasonably priced. Most of all, he is honest! There were times he found other solutions that saved me from unnecessary expense. His wife Kristie runs the office & is the nicest person. She takes care of scheduling & even calls & lets me know when Doug is on his way. When my furnace & ac units are due to be replaced, I would entrust them to Doug!
