Great experience with Seattle Heating and Cooling! I was looking to add AC to my house and I shopped around for various options (central vs mini splits) and from a number of different places. Serge offered a Mitsubishi heat pump at the lowest price by many thousands of dollars compared to anyone else or any other solution. My wife was 39 weeks pregnant when we decided to buy and we were able to go from agreeing to buy to fully installed in 3 business days so our AC could get in before the baby got here. Really appreciated the flexibility.

There was a snag because Mitsubishi overhauled their app the day of the install. So one installer even came back the next day to make sure that the WiFi connection and app worked well.

Seattle Heating & cooling-Installed my new air conditioning unit the team was great, Clean and on time. Helpful with the information needed to care for the unit that they installed. I recommend them they do a great job.

Had a great experience with this company. They put ductless split system for my house. Estimator provided to me 2 quotes: one is for Mitsubishi, another one is LG. I decided to choose Mitsubishi. Two days after the quote approval technicians came to do the installation. Arrived on time as expected and were able to complete work by 5:40PM. Work was done very fast, clean and professionally.

Seattle Heating and Cooling assessed the problem and came back the next day to fix it. This crew is honest and does the best thing for you, not for them. Hard to find with an HVAC company these days.

I got a new HVAC unit from Seattle Heating and Cooling last week. The overall process was great and their support with scheduling worked well. They were thorough with the job and within a day replaced the full unit inside and outside. They repaired a few broken vents and cleaned all of them with no additional cost. They left the house mostly in good condition except for minor dust while removing some drywall.
So far we have not had any issues with the new equipment; heating and cooling both work well in the house.

Heating and Cooling helped us finally beat the heat with a new HVAC system - air conditioning and all. They did some heat pump maintenance for us and a rooftop unit replacement. And we’ll be toasty this upcoming winter. Aaron was awesome!

Seattle Heating & Cooling just completed an outstanding job installing a state of the arts and highly efficient Mitsubishi outdoor heat pump and a matching Air Handler for our home. It all began with a very informative consultation visit by Serge, followed promptly by a very competitive and affordable bid on the same day. That set the pace for a highly experienced and professional installation team who arrived within our tight timeframe. All work was proficiently completed within two days. A very thorough whole house air vent cleaning was also included and a great job that we did not expect.
I have used a large number of HVAC vendors personally and for my professional work over the past 30 years and found Seattle Heating and Cooling to be the best, in terms of product and work quality and cost reasonableness.

I contacted Seattle Heating & Cooling to get an estimate for replacing my gas furnace with a heat pump. Serge came out soon after and with his expert advice and pricing I chose to go with them. The installation crew were outstanding - Oleh in particular! Very professional, respectful and highly skilled! I am very happy with my new heat pump and recommend this company 100%.

Terrible communication and follow through. They repeatedly made promises to be in better contact, but have repeatedly failed to return phone calls and emails about delays in permitting. Have repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments. Called the office today to ask why they had not shown up for an appointment and was told that the manager rescheduled the appointment today because the parts had not arrived. The appointment had been confirmed the day prior, so you would think they were prepared....but no. And when they apparently knew they would not be coming, they did not reach out to inform me or try to reschedule. So I stayed home from work only to be stood up....again. Highly unprofessional and I cannot recommend their services (or lack their of).

Working with Seattle Heating and Cooling was a godsend. They did a same day repair for a furnace repair. This team went above and beyond, even dealing with helping us at an odd hour. They’re coming back in a few days to do whole house duct cleaning after showing us some very concerning photos - fire hazard avoided!!! Great team.

Our heat pump completely failed this summer and Seattle Heating and Cooling saved the day just in time for the hot summer months. Heat pump installation went perfect and they were very mindful of our summer gardening. The last few weeks have literally been a breeze in the dead of heat. We’ll be using them again to update our mini splits once things cool down. Thank you to Julia for thinking ahead on what type of pump we needed in preparation for our mini split upgrade this fall!

Want to share my experience with Seattle Heating and Cooling. Very impressed with the work that they did. Everyone has been great to work with and made the process  of getting 5-zone ductless mini split installation easy. Arrived on time and worked until the job was complete which was after 7PM. Highly recommend.

Serge and his team did a great job installing our mini split system. They are polite, and professional. The installation was completed on a prompt timeline, and the quality of their work was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality HVAC work and dependable service!

Having a gas furnace seems to be rarer in this area and finding a contractor that does the work and does it well is a challenge. Seattle Heating and Cooling are competent, skilled, and provide wonderful customer service. Sergey’s team is the best! We needed a complete furnace replacement - their installation team did a perfect job. We’re so happy we don’t have ti worry about this for probably decades to come.

Daniil from Seattle Heating and Cooling came and did a tune up of our Carrier hybrid heat pump system (it's two different units, one the outdoor heat pump and the other is an electric furnace that kicks in when the heat pump can't handle the cold, which also contains the blower which distributes heat through the ventilation ducts throughout the house). The system cost more than $11,000 so it's a sensitive thing to make sure it's handled correctly. Daniil did among the most thorough inspections of the system I've seen, including pointing out some flaws in the way the electric furnace had been installed by the Carrier dealer back in 2021 and some recommendations on cleaning the system that I could do myself. All wrapped up in a thorough inspection report and done at a very competitive price. Thanks Daniil and Seattle Heating & Cooling!

Never showed up to my set appointment and didn’t bother to call me and let me know they couldn’t make it out for the set appointment. Very unprofessional I had to call them to find out where they were and if they were still coming to look at my ac not working properly. Don’t waste your time with a company who doesn’t even show up or call customers to reschedule.
