Aaron Barrie, Aaron Lyons, Joel Hyde and Liam Henderson were the technicians that installed my heat pump, tankless water heater and furnace. They were extremely helpful and details. Walked me through the whole process and making sure that everything was good before they closed out the job.
Joolie has been extremely supportive from beginning to end. Scheduling, coordinating, explaining the payment methods… excellent communication and customer service skills.
My furnace later found malfunction and I contacted IES, they immediately sent out their technician Marcus Meredith to come inspect and analyze the issue. He was quick to find out issue and ordered me a replacement part right away. They also schedule the repair date asap even though it’s a holiday season…. Super grateful with this company. Price is very reasonable, one of the very best company I have dealt with. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for reliable, trusting service. 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you!

Alvaro has done an amazing job at problem solving issues with my Hvac and fixing them quickly!

Terry put the original Reznor ceiling heater in my garage studio many years ago.So when the heater needed its air intake and exhaust pipe rerouted on the bldg exterior,
Alvaro (owner of Accurate Mechanical) and Terry were my go to team for this project.
The reroute was due to neighbors planting bamboo along the property line, otherwise the age-old original install itself was great.

Accurate Mechanical provides 5-star customer service, problem solving and actual install/repair work. My Reznor is a gas system, but this company also is experienced with AC/heat pumps.

Phone calls are responded to in a prompt manner resulting in timely appointments.

Really nice guys, respectful of work area, keeps owner informed during all phases of the project.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing truly exceptional service from accurate mechanical, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this was the best service experience I’ve had with someone coming into my home to ensure that my furnish continues to operate throughout the winter. Very professional, polite, and honest.

Alvaro came this morning right on time and went to work looking at my heating and AC system made a few minor repairs and very patiently explained some other options to optimize my system but didn't try to sell me anything. Pretty much everything I could have wanted in service person. I would recommend him without any reservations.

Alvaro helped hunt down an issue with some funky thermometer wiring that had another HVAC crew baffled and quoting me a $1K repair charge on my furnace. When he started his own business, I happily followed him, and he and Terry replaced my furnace a couple years later when it was finally time. Alvaro is timely and responsive, very knowledgeable and clever in his craft, and willing to take the time to teach me what everything does. It’s a good old fashioned worker-owned small town business in an age where that’s becoming a rarity for HVAC.

My experience with Accurate Mechanical has been excellent. They installed my Bosch air conditioning system and it was worked beautifully since then. I'm really impressed by their high level of customer service compared to others. Terry and Alvaro and the broader team have been stellar. I highly recommend Accurate Mechanical if you're looking for consistent, high quality, and knowledgable service.

6 months ago, Alvaro came out to address an issue on my nearly 50 year old gas heater. He fixed it and put in a thermostat that circulates air (no air conditioning yet). I trust this company and appreciate that they've kept this heater going at least 10 years longer than I expected. Alvaro is trustworthy and approaches his job with great customer service

Greg has been the owner for years. He was our oil man for 30 + years. Always kind and friendly.

I have had nothing but a good experiences with Five Star, they have always been able to fill my tank the day of and payment has been easy.

They Sell Heating oil. and do not work on heating systems. Greg the owner delivered over a thousand gallons to my mountain home on time at a competitive Price.

These guys were amazing. I sheduled a fuel refill and totally forgot they didnt accept card. Instead of leaving me luterally in the cold, they worked with me and extended the honor system that I would drop off payment. I honestly didnt believe there was trust left in business at all. I was and am SO grateful!!!

I get such excellent service from these folks, I'd give them 10 stars if I could. But since they are "Five Star Heating Oil Company" I guess 5 stars will have to do. Reasonable prices, very quick delivery, sometimes same day! I can't recommend them enough.

Called these guys to have my oil filled at a Rental property they have apparently filled in the past. He was extremely unprofessional when trying to work out how much oil I would need and when I couldn't give him an exact gallon amount for a tank I know nothing about he hung up on me. Definitely don't recommend.

I've had service with this company for three months and have already decided to change companies. They promised they would show up to deliver the first week of every month (never an exact day/date), and have been late every month since. Our first month of service, the gentleman showed up a couple days late (blaming it on our landlord, who is not on our account), so we were not prepared with payment, but he thankfully allowed us to deliver payment to him later that day when my husband cashed his check. The second month, again, he was late, but was kind enough to accept a payment arrengement from my mother as she wanted to pay for our oil as a Christmas gift...which, because of the delivery's lateness, we were out of oil. THIS month, he was TWO WEEKS LATE. when I called him, he blamed it on my mother, who had told him we would see what we were doing for this month (January). Instead of calling me or my husband (the account holders) to find out what we needed or how to handle the situation, he decided not to show up. I have a 3 month old and have been out of heat because of his decision not to show up. My electric bill is going to be astronomical because we've been running space heaters to keep our house warm. Had he shown up on time, this wouldn't have had an issue. I would not recommend this company, since he hung me and my family out to dry.

Saved the Day! Another oil company let my oil tank run dry! Of course it is the weekend. My HVAC guy recommended Greg. Greg came out and immediately filled the tank. The other company never "filled" the tank, which is why I ran out. Now they are out and I am dedicated to Five Star... great service, great guy... and locally owned and operated, instead of a National Company where you cannot talk with anyone!

Seattle Heating and Air Conditioning delivered outstanding service when we needed assistance with our HVAC system. Their team was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous, diagnosing and fixing the issue efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they provided valuable recommendations for ongoing maintenance. We were impressed by their professionalism and expertise.
