why you have to give any stars I don't get but they got my money and after the 2 year warranty and it was only used 3 months of the first year as I had new floors put in and a kitchen and bathroom remodel so it was May and spring and I did not get air conditioning so after 1 year of use and a partial 2nd the collector box as Greenwood Heating called it FAILED and was full of water when I called Burien Natural Gas he probably the owner said sadly that it would only cover parts and I never heard from them again and I have to call and beg

Erick came out to my house and spent a great amount of time with me explaining the nuances in installing the different types of furnaces in my older home. I plan on using Eric to install my furnace when it finally dies

I couldn't be more disappointed with the quality of work done and being abandoned after they thought the work was complete. The owner Eric is a liar and John won't answer his cell phone. My review last year was deleted on here somehow ?

We had John come over to fix our fireplace and he was a very capable guy to fix it. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he is a great guy. Would highly recommend this company.

They service four out of seven houses on my street; both a/c and furnaces. They handle a wide variety of models, and are very good at explaining any problems, as well as doing necessary repairs.

the gas heater installed by Burien Natural Gas started to produce a smaller flame. i called BNG to fix. they sent a guy to fix it. i was not at home.he left. i rcvd a bill. it was exactly the same when i came home from work. i notified BNG, but they did nothing. i suffered with a smaller flame for abt a year. then it stopped altogether. i called Ballard Gas. they came out and found a spider in the gas line. removed it. life is good again.

Great local company always looking out for their clients. Communication is the key with any home improvement project. We clearly communicated from the beginning and our job went seamlessly. Thank you guys! Will recommend and use again if the need arises.

This outfit installed a tankless water heater 8 years ago. Which was a flaming disaster performed by an literal crackhead named Brave. We decided to have the unit serviced by another outfit based on the utter incompetence of BNG. WES told us the unit was installed improperly and BNG left out an important item which is necessary for servicing the product! This company should be out of business! They don’t have a ducking clue !

We are selling our home in Burien and the buyers inspection showed a gas leak at furnace, we paid Burien Natural Gas for an inspection and service to include fixing gas leak. New owner and his agent did a walk through and smelled gas by furnace. They called Puget Sound Energy gas leak hot line and they sent someone out who found leak and fixed it. Pretty disappointed in Burien Natural Gas. The service cost $190.00.

I've had three furnaces installed in three separate homes of mine over the years. I just pulled up their website to reach out and ask a question regarding the possibility of installing a Nest thermostat at my current home. I was surprised to see previous reviews. I've had three successful installations with good communications and no problems. I'd use them again on any future installations.

As a Seattle Realtor I am often asked for tradespeople reccomendations. Having been in the building trades, I always appreciate the quiet confident and no B/S approach of someone that knows what they are doing. I will never have natural gas in my home (that's for another day) but Erick knows his minisplit (electric) heat pumps. Mine isn't the most common brand and I was quoted a high price by one of the larger, well-known companies, just to diagnose the issue. For the same price I was quoted by the company with the dog in the commericals, Erick came up to my North Seattle home to diagnosis, later order a motherboard and he returned to replace it.
I couldn't be happier with his service, knowledge and communication. I knew I was in good hands and will certainly use his company again!

The Best! I interviewed three furnace installation companies. What inspired me most was their communication and honesty. Erick listened to me and educated me on the process. No big sales pitches like the other guys. The pricing was excellent. Dennis installed the furnace quickly. He was great to have around. My cat adores Dennis. We're waiting on permits from the city to plumb the natural gas. Gina at the front desk is very helpful and nice. USE THESE FOLKS!
