Shon did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. He arrived on time, he was polite, quick and explained everything he was gong to do.
I really appreciated his hard work and professionalism.

Very good service at a reasonable price. My issue was particularly difficult and required working in a very small physical space. Sean and his team were willing to do what was needed to get the issue resolved quickly and well.

I reached out to Alex at the beginning of August when I was planning a full home renovation, he advised me to hold off on the duct cleaning until the remodel was done.That was the best advice anyone has given me!!! He reached out multiple times to see if I was done and understood the delays. When I was ready he was very patient polite and quick to respond! I searched Google and they had really good reviews and I scheduled an appointment.

Technician called me a couple hours before my appointment stating that he had a work injury and had to reschedule for the next day, which was no problem. I really admire what these professionals do and I hope he is OK.

However, the next day, my appointment window was from 9 AM to 11 AM and no one showed up. I called their dispatch around 11:30 And they were helpful, however missing a rescheduled appointment Without any communication just shows me I’m not valued and I guess I’ll look for another company.

Working with Alex was easy he was kind and professional he explained everything from A-Z.

After a disaster of another company coming out and taking advantage of me and not doing what they were paid to do; i called last night the lady on phone was so kind set up an appt for this am. The gentleman came out cleaned my dryer duct and was the kindest soul I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming to my home and doing work. He was not only kind but efficient and fixed everything and showed me what he removed which other company was in and out in 7 mins with nothing to show me this gentleman took his time and did what he was paid to do and went an extra mile for me to hook and secure dyer back up.

Alex was awesome!!! He came on an emergency call even that it was 8 pm and got our cat out of the vent. He was so fast and polite we will use them 100% next year to do the cleaning thanks!

I really like these guys. When I called them an actual human answered, which was great. She immediately gave me an appointment for the same day. Told me when they would show up. A couple hours later the technician called me. Dave told me exactly when he would be arriving. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. And now I can dry my clothes again. I would highly recommend these guys.

I had a such a hard time finding a company that I’m pleased with, every other company felt like a hassle, over charging or just not really willing to help with my situation. That until I found these guys! They were really pleasant, knowledgable and on time. I’m just really really happy with Dave and Alex, they helped me remove rodent infestation in my ducts which was awful and they came with various solutions to match my budget and needs.

Daniel did a great job cleaning our ducts, chimney and dryer vent. He showed up right on time and was very efficient. We're moving into this home and wanted the ducts cleaned before settling in, and the results were excellent.

Seattle Heating & Air Conditioning exceeded expectations with quick repair.

They clearly laid out all the warranty options and maintenance plans without any pressure. I felt completely informed and in control of my decision.

The customer service person was nice on the phone, however, the experience was bad. This company charges a lot to come evaluate a water heater replacement. They then quoted equipment based on what they have on hand and not necessarily what they could get. Note that almost all other companies will come evaluate and provide a quote of work for free and are competitive or better in price and have quality work.
