We had the best team for the install of our mini split and removal of our old oil furnace. Great customer service and friendly team. Special shout out to Tom who is very hard working, detail oriented, knowledgeable and took his time to make sure everything was properly installed. I also appreciate the time he took to make sure everything worked properly and explained everything as he went along.

Tech that came out to was fine but customer service sucks.We spent 13 thousand on a new heating and cooling system the never worked the way it was supposed to and they don’t seem to care. They just want to charge us a thousand to fix it with no guarantee!

I was putting in a new concrete pad under my heat pump so I needed to have a disconnect and reconnect. Glendale was the only quote where they gave me their hourly rate. Everybody else just quoted a price and they were all $1k more given the number of hours it would take. My service tech was Max Ligon and he was also great. Happy to have me peak over his shoulder and answer my questions.

Brian and Zeke were efficient,personable,and great communicators. They were neat in their work areas. I have never before worked with a vendor with such excellent communication,starting with the first sales visit. I will be enjoying my mini- splits.

Everyone at Glendale that I dealt with was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and willing to take the time to fully answer my questions, thoroughly explain things, and work through the details with me to ensure the system met or exceeded my goals. I got estimates from two other recommended companies and Glendale compared favorably in all aspects. Their price was great, they scheduled the work promptly, and they completed the work on time and on budget. I highly recommend Glendale for HVAC work!

Waaayyyyyyy too expensive. First time they came out cost me over 1k when it was all said and done between them and their referral. Second time was over $200 to bleed air out of a line. Never had to pay anyone more than $150 EVER to come do the things that they’ve done ok my furnace. Unfortunately that guy retired so I’ve been stuck with these jokers. If you plan on hiring them, plan on spending a small fortune for whatever needs done. Service charge alone is $186.

Glendale installed a heat pump and back up gas furnace for me. Very professional shop with competitive price, debra and Sarah that helped me with quotes and scheduling are very prompt as well as knowledgeable. I was debating between two equal quotes and went with Glendale. Happy with my decision one year later. They promptly dispatched someone to troubleshoot first thing in the morning when I emailed them about a possible issue the night before. I would definitely recommend them!

Sergei is the man. Took care of everything we needed. Recommended some extra service but not pushy at all, communicated the need professionally and described the benefits of service clearly, was able to get the extra job done same day. This is why we only deal with Glendale, they have been working on our system for almost 30 years!

Greg identified the probable cause of our difiulty and did a filter and nozzle replacement service call. Very satisfied. Have scheduled recurring annual service.

Glendale is fabulous! They are always there to help and the technicians do great quality work. Max was out to fix my heat pump today after the flood. He problem solved the issue and did preventative measures so a flood won’t impact the pump again. Thank you Max and Glendale Heating!

Arrived on time, polite, professional, good communicator, provided useful information on my Mitsubishi unit, and clearly explained options for dealing with the unit's fairly complicated touch pad. Thoroughly checked out roof unit and inside unit. Replaced air filter. Gave report on condition of unit. Also discussed pros and cons of service plan.

We purchased our home in Kent back in 2019 and really wanted to have AC installed after the large heat waves that hit Washington the last few summers. We got 3 quotes and Glendale was priced right in the middle of their competitors and seemed very knowledgeable when giving the quote. They were also the company listed on my furnace, and that has been running like a champ for 23 years so figure they do good work! And since they were already doing the AC, I asked them to replace the furnace anyways just since it was getting old and they were already here. I was not disappointed. Riley and Ray did great clean work on the two day job. They communicated every step of the way and asked questions on my preferences. They were by the books, pulling needed permits, etc to do the job right. I highly recommend Glendale heating!

Glendale is very dependable and does excellent work. They installed my system years ago, and when they come for routine maintenance and cleaning, they document every aspect of their inspection results. They’ve been around forever for a reason.

The technician, Salvador, was prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all of my questions. Most importantly, he gave me an honest evaluation of my heating system. We will definitely be using Glendale for all of our future maintence.

I called Glendale, they pickup and schedule the appointment for the same week. Their guy Max was great. Not only he fixed and maintaining our system but also educating me as an owner as well. Very great session.
