Lucinda of Spirit Garden Design has the most amazing ability to transform drab yards into beautiful living spaces for homeowners. Whether a small pocket garden or a larger expanse, she has such a gift for seeing the end product and helping clients achieve their goals when it comes to landscaping. I'm especially impressed by one of her recent projects that helped create a natural backyard playground within a wooded expanse for a family with young children. What a perfect idea to get kids engaged in their true environments. I highly recommend Spirit Garden Design!

Shortly after moving in to our new home, my husband and I engaged Lucinda O’Halloran at Spirit Garden Design. We had lots of ideas (wants and needs) but really did not know how to put it all together. Lucinda sat down with us, listened to our ideas, and asked questions. She took the time to get to know us and our style. The result was a comprehensive plan, which included a new front patio, an arbor, vegetable beds, paths, and storage areas. I recommend Spirit Garden Design for your landscaping project.

A few months ago we had Lucinda design our front yard and it is probably one of the best investments I've made on our house to date. I have been curating the plants and hardscape for this for several months now (DIY) and I continue to be impressed with how she designed everything and the selection of plants she chose. In regards to plant choices she gave us unique selections based on color, plant placement, and the varieties of each plant are amazing - she took great care to incorporate the best varieties of each plant so as to pick easy to grow types with disease resistance. I have had multiple nursery leads tell me the list Lucinda put together is nothing short of amazing. She has also been great when we have last minute questions as we go through the build of our projects.

Unique and reasonable pottery for indoor and outdoor gardens. Huge selection, very friendly staff and great prices. If you’re looking for a LARGE Pot this is the place.

Ragen does wholesale landscaping work, but sells pottery retail. Both traditional terra cotta and more contemporary and classic glazes of a dizzying range of sizes.

They have a much bigger selection than City Peoples, a great local nursery with lots of (more expensive) pottery in Madison Valley.

A little tricky to find and parking is somewhat tough, that’s Cap Hill, but worth the effort. M-F only.

I went in to browse pots, and didn’t think I’d find anything but boy was I wrong !
They have a large selection of pots and a wide range in prices !
Not only was I able to find a pot for a really good price but the worker (Scott) was so kind helping me pick one out to fit my plant !
He even helped me repot it while giving me good conversation and helpful tips.
I will be returning the next time I’m shopping for a pot/or a plant.

Have to edit my review. Unfortunately they’ve cancelled on me 6 weeks in a row. I get it they are busy but I can’t leave a 5 star review up anymore.

Ronald is great! Quality work, extremely fair pricing, and he has worked around a few difficulties (roofers had things scattered around the yard and he was able to still get the job done without issue).

We're in the Greater Seattle area and have had an overall very positive experience using LawnStarter for just about a year now. I love that the lawn service can be ordered and managed though their app or website - it's like Postmates for your lawn care! LawnStarter was also ~50% cheaper to do a basic mow + edging job than other crews in our area.

From reading other reviews, it seems that the quality of service is hit-or-miss based on the crew assigned to your home. We were fortunate to have Coben assigned to our house, as he and his team have been communicative and on time, and they go the extra mile to ensure not only our lawn, but also our patio and deck are clear of leaves and clippings.

Highly recommend trying out LawnStarter based on the positive experience we've had.

Signed up for services and they cancelled my subscription because the demand for lawn care services in my area is high and they can’t find a crew to fit my needs. A day later, I received a text from them and they said a crew will be in my area within the next few days and to follow the link to book it. I responded informing them of the prior email I received and wanted to know if this booking was a guarantee and no response. Waste of time.

I was so excited to use LawStarter because of the great reviews and easy booking process. However, I scheduled service this past weekend for Tuesday or Wednesday and just now found out that my service was cancelled due to there not being crews in the area. I've turned down other yard help because I was expecting someone to show up either yesterday or today. Additionally, I got a text from LawnService yesterday saying that there was a crew in my area and they could cut my lawn for $20 as a new customer. I replied that I would love that to happen but never received a text back. So I don't understand why my service was cancelled last minute when I was specifically told via text that "one of your best crews" was in my area. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated by this company's communication, last minute cancellation, and mixed messaging.

Great service and value! Was satisfied with my lawn mowing and maintenance

They no showed **3 times** the first visit they confirmed would be on Thursday or Friday, didn’t show up and didn’t notify us they weren’t coming. They did it again the following week after confirming via email they would be there a Thursday or Friday. I had to call their 800 number and leave a message, they responded via email, they were sending a different crew out. The crew was supposed to be here yesterday and no showed. It’s now 12:30 and they still have no showed up. Do not use this company they will not show up and they will give you runaround answers and can’t manage to confirm a specific day they will be there. You would think after no showing for 2 weeks that they would probably bump up the priority to get your lawn taken care of, nope. They don’t care at all. Do not waste your time or money dealing with this clown show.

Disrespectful crew. The crew left my yard gate wide open the last two times they were here! I have a dog that could've gotten out of the yard! Also, they notified me that service was completed two days ago when no one ever came! When I messaged the pro, he first replied as if he didn't even know he was scheduled. His following messages mentioned "inclement weather" (the weather has been clear for days, and if it was too hot he didn’t elaborate) and then rudely commented about my dog's droppings. I want to note that I do acknowledge and apologize about the dog droppings, however this situation and the last couple of mowings make me uncomfortable doing business with this company. I am sorry to have to write this review but hopefully it warns folks or improves service for future customers.

I think the idea of Lawn starter is great, but the application does not work. I was to have my first service on 5/23. They never showed up. I finally message the crew and gave me a window of time on 5/26. Never showed up. I spoke texted with Brian F. Through the app. He assured me his crew would be there on 5/31 between 8-9. Never showed. Looked on the app to fine the job was given/taken by another crew. Texted Owen of the crew. He initially was very unprofessional. He did say he would be here on Wednesday. I went to contact him through the app to get a time frame. I saw my service was cancelled. I am unable to contact him through the app. All I want is to get my lawn mowed. I canceled the service and will find someone else. Follow through and communication is terrible to non existent.

I signed up for lawn care. After the second day of no show, I called them and was told they were still looking for a provider. When asked why I wasn’t contacted about the delay, I was told they would send an email once they found a provider. Checked the app this morning and it says services have been cancelled. After reading reviews from other clients, it sounds like I dodged a bullet here. Saved me the trouble of cancelling myself. Don’t use this company, they are just middle men and have horrible customer service.

After scheduling with lawnstarter the first week we were stood up by a certain crew. I called to let them know they're understanding and rescheduled me for the following week. When Daniel came out to do our yard he was completely understanding spoke with my husband for a little bit. I like how he communicates with his customers and let's us know before he shows up. Sense we have two dogs it's very nice to know when we have to keep them inside.

Leaving this here for future users. Scheduled 2 different appointments 4 days apart to start my service. With no warning until the day of or before I received an email saying they didn’t have the people to work even though they told me they were available. I don’t recommend using these people and would recommend saving yourself the headache and just do it yourself.

Definitely not clear that there’s a minimum number of services when you sign up. I specifically look for that stuff and didn’t see it. Several mowing dates got rescheduled. Poor customer service.

I used the service on recently. I will not use it again and would not recommend it.

1, They subcontracted the job to other companies, and communication was bad
2, They overpriced my yard size and did work on common areas which should not be done. This was due to that they never talked to me when they came and even I was at home the whole time
3, When I complained to the company, they did not address my points and just gave me the standard narrative. Basically, I am sorry, but I am not sorry stuff.
