Puget Sound Solar was great- responsive, answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns at length. They were speedy and thorough for the installation, and they even squeezed us in to an earlier installation spot so we got our solar about 6 weeks earlier than expected. We will be recommending them to anyone else who wants solar installed!

Puget Sound Solar was a wonderful group to work with. We primarily worked with Jason, Erica and our install team (Jake T., Max, Shawn, Jack, Alec, Will, and Jeremy) and couldn't have asked for a better sales and installation process. It was also very easy to do the financing through Puget Sound Cooperative Credit Union! We're very happy with our new solar system.

We've been customers of Puget Sound Solar for more than 20 years. They installed solar panels and an EV charger at our previous home, and when we moved recently we had them install solar and a charger again, as well as a new electrical panel to accommodate all of that. All the folks we worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful, and much of the work was done ahead of schedule. (The part that wasn't was delayed by heavy rain and then an ice storm, so can't fault them for that...) Highly recommend!

While the proposals for our solar project were fairly similar, Puget Sound Solar showed advantages from the start. Our site is not ideal due to tree shading, but they came out to get onsite readings with their tools and were willing to back their projections of a viable project with those readings. Once I decided on Puget Sound, all steps were laid out in a clear, easy process that continued through installation. The personnel, from project managers to installation crew, were professional and efficient. The installation was so quick and unintrusive as to be no significant disruption. The panels have been in place for less than a week, but I feel confident that I have made a good choice in having them installed. The easy-to-follow monitoring software and projections provided in their proposal will allow me to evaluate the production with minimal effort.

Puget Sound Solar was great to work with. They were very fast to come out to my home and do an in person consult to talk about the project and answer any questions about the solar process I had. They provided several different options for the project that I could choose from and were very helpful in providing me with enough info to make the right choice for my energy usage. Communication with them was always very easy and they were very quick to get back to me whenever I had questions. The installation process went smoothly. I have been very satisfied with the solar panels so far. An overall great experience. I would highly recommend Puget Sound Solar!

First time dealing with Puget Sound Solar and they were great. Fixed the issues I had with my solar system and Hugo was great at educating me on the system and the issues that I was having. Puget Sound Solar has installed two solar systems for me. 10 years ago they installed one that I replaced with a newer one when I had to replace my roof last year. Every estimate they made on both systems was spot-on. If anything they seem to estimate a little less than what you will get just to make sure they don't overstate it. I can't wait to add to my system.

Had a great experience working with Puget Sound Solar for our home rooftop solar project. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everyone I interacted with was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, patient (special shout-out to Jason and Ryan, who were our primary POCs throughout the process). In then end, we have a system that we're very happy with.

We did reach out to several local installers initially but chose Puget Sound Solar because 1) they've been around a while and seem highly reputable (recommended by some of the roofers we talked to), 2) pricing was good, and 3) it seemed they were the most invested in designing a system tailored to our specific needs (they were also happy to compare different configurations, including those proposed by other installers, and very responsive to my questions).

We truly cannot say enough good things or fully express our gratitude for the team at Puget Sound Solar (PSS). We have a somewhat complex electrical setup at our house, and Jason Askew (residential sales and design consultant with PSS) went above and beyond in his communication before we got into contract, checking on permitting so we could avoid any 'surprises' and also making sure everyone (including the city) felt good about the plan moving forward. Once all was in place, the seamless process continued; we worked with Ryan (project manager), Nazif (permitting) and Allie (Ops manager) to get things ready, and then Sam (electrician), Agi and Alec for install. They were even able to fit our project in early on a cancellation! If you are considering going with solar (which i highly recommend), we recommend PSS without hesitation. Thank you, team!

We are very happy with Puget Sound Solar. Their sales guy Jason is super knowledgeable about pros and cons and always up-to-date on the latest technology and tax rebates. He worked with our electricians during our months of remodeling to streamline efforts and prepare our interior electrical panels and conduits for solar. When our install date arrived, project lead Ryan's team put up all frames and brackets in one day (using safety gear on our high roof) and all 20 panels in another day; inspection went seamlessly the following morning. They provided great communication at all times, both proactively and responding to questions. We're confident we got some of the most reliable and efficient panels on the market, and we appreciate Puget Sound Solar's 10-year performance and equipment guarantees and 25-year installation guarantee. It's gratifying to run our household on clean energy from the sun, with whatever we don't use going to the grid (and paying us back).

We had a great experience with Puget Sound Solar for all the steps in the completion of our residential solar project. They answered our many questions during the proposal and design phase, including evaluating different panel layouts that we requested. We were able to follow their design methodology and projection of electrical energy saved. The system installation went very smoothly. The crew of 3, with two installing panels on the roof and one connecting the electrical side worked well together. They worked efficiently and safely on our steep roof and in the rain. The work was done in 3 days, right before Thanksgiving. And to finish strong they connected our system to the Enlighten App so we can see the performance of our system in real time. All-in-all we highly recommend Puget Sound Solar for your Solar Energy Project.

I had a fantastic experience working with Puget Sound Solar on my recent solar installation. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

I initially worked with Jake on the system design. He maintained clear and consistent communication throughout the process and worked with me through multiple design iterations to make sure the system met my needs. He also took the time to thoroughly explain how net metering works and walked me through the available solar incentives, which helped me make an informed decision.

Once the project moved forward, Ryan (Project Manager) and Anthony (Electrician and Team Lead) took over. They were both professional and ensured a smooth and timely installation. Anthony did a great job explaining the install process, worked hard to minimize any disruption to our power, and the final installation was seamless and tidy.

Even after the system was up and running, the service team at Puget Sound Solar went above and beyond—proactively identifying and resolving an issue with the Enphase gateway.

Overall, I’m incredibly happy with the outcome and the entire experience. I would definitely work with Puget Sound Solar again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone considering solar.

After contacting at least 10 solar installers, I went with Puget Sound Solar. Jason was hugely helpful during quoting and answered any questions I had. He was straight forward, and didn't pressure me at all. Ryan was great to work with on the delivery side and team ended up installing the entire system while I was out of the country. They reached out as necessary and everything came out exactly as expected.

PSS did an incredible job building out my home solar installation. During our initial research, Jason provided the most knowledge sales pitch of our options - for example, instead of just quoting the maximum number of panels that could physically fit on our roof, he used a drone to examine our house and then quoted us several different options based on potential tradeoffs/complications. Afterwards, Ryan came over as project manager and took the time to go over all of the details of our choice. Our subsequent installation crew was super friendly and professional; it really felt like they took pride in their work. Although there were initial hiccups with the cabling, the team immediately came back the next week to fix the issue.

All in all, we're very happy with our new solar array and have even gotten compliments from the neighbors about it!

I had an excellent experience working w/PSS. After they installed my home solar system, including an EV charger, I contacted them regarding an issue w/ the installed EV charger. Alisha Turpin on their staff worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. Unusual to have such competent and responsive attention post installation.
