Jesse from Burkes came out and gave me an estimate and was very nice, professional and a good value. Campbell and Company tried to charge 4x the amount for the same thing.

They are very capable tradesmen. I have questions about the final billing and the refuse to answer my letter of inquiry. Now threatening phone calls when all I want is a letter of explanation. I can not recommend and will no longer seek their service. A simple letter of response would clear this up immediately.

Scheduled for someone to come look at our shower. The day came and no one showed up at 3pm so called, they were still coming they were at someone else’s house. 5pm came and went…no call…no text..nothing. Someone stayed home an entire day for nothing because of these clowns. Poorest customer service. They do not show up and waste your time. Would not recommend.

I had them come out for an emergency pipe repair... they came out and "fixed" the pipe that had came apart... I have original poly pipes so they changed out some of the piping to the new dated pex but then used a incorrect fitting to the poly pipe which then put a Crack in the poly pipping.. didn't know it was leaking again till a week later when I had water leaking through my walls again, had them come out again on an emergency visit to fix what they didn't put in correctly the first time, so when they came out the 2nd time they put the right fitting on and still charged me full price saying it's due to old pipping.. but the first fitting they put on was for new pipes and not poly so

Steve came out on a Saturday evening within 30 min of being called to fix a burst pipe. He worked very quickly and quickly diagnosed the problems. I would highly recommend Burke plumbing for any issues you have!

I've been using Burke's Plumbing for years at my place of employment and at my home. I have always found them to be fair and professional. I will admit my favorite is the owner, as he is the most personable. but his grandson did a good job also.

Absolutely fantastic service. SO FAST. Out to rural county so quickly. Brandon was friendly, thorough, helpful and fixed our problem very quickly. He was great and for that I'd call Burke any day.

Burke's replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently, allowing us to continue our quarantine in peace after a brief installation process. Wes and Chase did great work and were super friendly!

We were under time restraints....guest house had many broken pipes from winter. They were on top if it....came up a day after called....on a holiday weekend! They rock!! Came up did extensive repair...boom it was done! If I had more than 2 thumbs They would be up.....THANKS GUYS!!

Of course my bathtub was clogged and no amount of anything I tried could fix it. I went to a Facebook group to see who was recommended, and they were mentioned the most. They were able to come out and unclog my tub. Dang hair! If this happens again, I will definitely be using their services again.

I called burks plumbing this morning to come and unclog my bathroom sink, they was here same day, they done excellent job and made sure the lines was unclogged before they finished, And stuck around a few minutes long to make sure everything was ok.. they were excellent, I recommend them to anyone and I will be calling them if I ever need help with anymore plumbing issues.

They do not warranty their work, even if it's the same problem within the week. They do not tell you the work isn't warranted until you pay them, then it's just written on the receipt. You have to check their work before they leave, because if you don't and the problem persists they'll charge you again. But, they don't tell you you'll be charged again, until they get to your house. Then they'll blame you because, you "barked" at them for not doing the job completely the first time lol! Also, when they add a new water spicket, their measurements are so off, they'll put 2 holes in your home instead of 1 and tell you to just paint it.... 10 of 10 would not recommend. When you call to let them know how you feel about their poor practices, they put the new girl on the line who has no idea how to handle the situation and then manager never calls you back.

They made it out on Christmas Eve to replace a well head pipe that had cracked after freezing. Casey at the office was great even though she was buried in emergency calls, the tech who came out was very efficient and got us all put back together in short order. Very grateful to the whole crew. Crisis averted, repair done properly, Christmas was saved. Couldn't be happier.

Ran into a guy at Home Depot getting out of a burkes truck. He helped me find the supplies I needed to fix a leaky sink. Thanks again Chance! I know who I’ll be calling when I screw this up to come do it the right way!!

We called Burke’s after finding out that we had a broken water line outside. From the very first moment until the project was completed, I have nothing but positive things to say. To the gal who answered my phone call - Thank you for getting someone out so quickly. And to Cisco and the crew - wow. Super professional and always stopped to answer a random question. I highly recommend!!!

Poor quality work, over charged. Cost me $225 for an emergency call in my upstairs bathroom a water leak for 1 hour labor last Saturday and they came on Monday to fix the problem and charged me another $600 to fix the problem between parts and labor and still have a water leak and son I have had to gut my downstairs laundry room because of the water damage and mold. DO Not Hire This company!
