509 Ductless provided the best service of any home repair company I have ever used. I was in the process of getting quotes to replace my HVAC system and my wife found them on Facebook. I called them up and the same day Javier showed up. He’s very personable and not a “salesman”. I was provided a quote and given advice on how to obtain the maximum amount of tax credits and rebates.

They showed up when they said they would and provided the service they said they were going to. I am very happy with the system they installed. I would highly recommend them if you need HVAC
a work.

I love these guys!!! They were professional, clean and very patient with my dog Marlee. They put plastic on the carpets so they wouldn't track dirt in the house, they vacuumed up after each day was done and they left the whole house and grounds very clean. They explained how the system works and offered help with several other things around here. The electricians were great to work with and made sure everything was in good order. I'm sitting here in my office feeling very comfortable instead of cold like I have been. Everyone needs this service!!!

I purchased a split heat/air conditioner and needed someone to put it in and saw these guys on google. The same day I was Driving to Yakima when I saw 509 ductless I decided to stop in. The girl in the front was very friendly and forwarded my request to Javier who called an hour or so later to set up estimate. They did a great job putting it in and now I’m not dreading the hot summer days. I have a few more projects in the future and I will definitely use 509 Ductless.

I recently upgraded the original electric heating system to a heat pump. In speaking and obtaining quotes from other larger companies it felt like a sales transaction. When I contacted 509 Ductless the owner answered and came out the same day to look at the system. He recommended a system that would work best for my house instead of offering a package like other companies. This was the driving factor with going with 509Ductless and I'm really happy with the with the system. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do anything HVAC related.

Called 509 for a quote to heat and cool a shop we will be moving our business into. From the first call I knew I had called the right guys. Javier and crew were on time, professional and affordable. Units have been installed for 2 days now and are heating the bays perfectly.

I bought a heat pump system from them a year ago. I was very pleased at first and gave a great review. About a week later the system began short cycling constantly. I called and instead of just replacing it, the owner had me turn on the emergency heat (which was propane fuel) and ordered a part to repair it. It took a month in the middle of winter to get it fixed. During this time, my heat bill was about five hundred dollars and because of the short cycling my electric bill went up forty bucks. When I talked to the owner, Javier, he promised to give me 100 cash to help offset costs. He never showed up with it. When I contacted him again, he said he was sending a check. Never saw a check so I tried contacting again and he just never replied. They were great until they got about 14 thousand dollars. Better hope you don't have any issues because service after the sale sucks!!

I am so glad I found 509 Ductless for my home. They did a fantastic job installing a 4-head heat pump with 4 mini split units. My home is now cool throughout and I'm looking forward to it being warm throughout when fall and winter comes. The team was awesome, following through with the few problems I encountered and made sure everything was up and running correctly. I highly recommend this business for your air conditioning and heating needs.

My "Most Excellent" experience started in their showroom. Javier ( company owner) proved to be very knowledgeable. We arranged an in home estimate. Again Javier showed us his recommendations. He measured and gave us an estimate before he left. We fully understood what was in the estimate. After getting other bids (none of which included the service provided by Javier) we decided to have 509 Ductless do the work. We scheduled and made a 50% deposit. Right on time the crew arrived. Javier was with them to lay them out as to how his proposal was. The crew was professional during all aspects of the job. When finished Javier showed us the operation of the Mitsubishi system we had chosen. 509 Ductless preformed beyond what we have come to expect of contractors. 509 Ductless had no competition that came close to their performance. They have set a new standard

Just had 509 Ductless install three units in our cabin and Easton cannot express how happy I am with the whole process. They came out when they said they were going to did a bid to install heating in our home, gave us a quote that was more than fair.. Did the installation when they said they would do it very clean and efficient. The electrical company came out and hooked everything up when they said they were going to do. It did an amazing job. Then they came out and gave us a quick run through of how our system worked. More than happy with everything from start to finish would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a ductless system.

It was a pleasure to work with 509 Ductless, and it is awesome to enjoy a cool home in this summer heat! Though winter seems a long way off, I'm looking forward to the heating part of the mini splits as well. Javier and his whole team did a great job! Everything was explained in detail before they started. The job was completed in the time frame that they said it would be, and they were all very knowledgeable, personable, and considerate. Just had a single head Mitsubishi system installed by 509 Ductless here in upper Kittitas county. The install was done quickly and efficiently. Javier did a great job explaining how these systems work and in helping me select the best system for my place. If you need a mini split install I definitely recommend this company.

Working with Javier and his crew was an absolute pleasure. Due to the fact that the original unit was 50 yo and the unit was installed in a difficult area to access made for a difficult installation of the new unit. As we expected some issues came up and they were quickly and professionally resolved. It was clear to me that him and his crew know what they are doing.
