I was not happy with Burke Plumbing. They charge 150.00 to simply come to your home and give an estimate. They didn’t have the correct equipment to find the leak and didn’t tell me that on the phone. They came to our home, stood on the front step, and told us since they couldn’t find the leak, we should spend $8000-$9000 and replace the whole pipe going from the meter to the house. They charged a total of $173 to tell us that. They even charged us $10.00 for materials on that visit when there were no materials. He simply looked at our front yard and talked with our son.
Roto Rooter came and gave a free estimate, fixed the leak, and charged us under $500.00

Please make sure which Burkes plumbing you use.
Do not use this one.
Installed an old used part. The manufacturer brand of that part older than 2021( when it was installed).
Had to pay another $500 again for this to be replaced.

Was able to locate my sewer line and show me the condition A+ Cisco

Cisco came out on short notice before Thanksgiving, which was terrific! He did a nice job and he gave us some preventative information for any future issues. It was very helpful and appreciated. Thank you!

Our company has been using Burke's as a Subcontractor for all our plumbing needs. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their plumbers have done great work and their billing is fair!

I live in grant county. I ran into a few guys from Burkes at a mini mart in Quincy. . The name of the gentleman I talked to was Jeff. I had stopped him to ask about the plumbing company they were working for. He was super knowledgeable and very kind. We are so limited in this county for quality plumbing and when I saw this new company I got excited that maybe they were a new local company. I did however refer them to my sister who lives in Selah! If all your crew members are as helpful and sincere as Jeff was, then you're definately a company that has earned my business and I will keep you in mind for all of our companies future needs! Thanks Jeff!!!

Thank you to Katie for taking my call and getting Cisco out here so quickly! I had called a couple other plumbers who couldn't have someone out until tomorrow and with my house drain completely stopped up that was an issue. Cisco was not only extremely friendly, he dove right into the issue and was able to provide me with some tips to prevent root growth into the pipe until I can repair it. He explained my options for repair as well. The price was very reasonable for the work Cisco did. I will certainly call you guys if I run into any more issues!!! Thank you so much!

I am so happy with Burke’s. Through the years they have been so kind and professional. Today was no exception. Weston arrived on time, diagnosed the situation. Provided two options. He showed respect and consideration. Fixed the problem efficiently and effectively. Even cleaned up and left the flooring spotless. We are very pleased with the install on our water heater. Aaron was careful to remove the old one, so the basement would not be flooded. He was knowledgeable and very professional.

I noticed a small dripping under house ,after inspection Don determined it was a faulty connection on water heater line. He replaced connector and another one under house that was showing signs of failure. Don was very thorough and professional in his inspection and work. Repairs were made in a timely manner and charges were very reasonable. I will definitely call Burkes if any future repairs are needed. Very pleased with Don

so i had a plumber come out and fix a leak instead on brasing the copper together he fixed it with a shark slapped a expensive price tag called it good. dont have the plumber aran morse come out rude to customers too.

Jorge Nunez came to our home and repaired a water shutoff valve to our toilet and the toilet flush valve. He also took the time to repair frost-free faucet on our exterior wall that had leaked for some time. He was prompt, worked quickly, and was polite. Definitely would use Burkes Plumbing and Jorge again should a need arise.

Been using Burkes for Over 20 years and never a problem.

Came out to my in-laws 7 times and the $15,000 unit still doesn't work right! They have tried and tried to get the company to respond back and have been avoided. Professional at first, now they're left in the lurch. You need to come through, step up and take ownership of the lemon you gave them. No elderly couple should have to suffer through hot summers and freezing winters, ESPECIALLY in a place like selah. Do better!

Javier and his team are professionals. Very efficient and effective work! They installed my system in one day and the AC was on by 5pm! If you are looking for a local guy with years of experience and professionalism, see these guys!

Fulfilled their end of the outlined installation of a Mini-Split. They showed up on time, protected the furniture with plastic, did an excellent job. Cleaned their way out. Recommend them to everyone.

Javier's team did a great job on installing our ductless system. They found a way to get all the mini splits into the rafters and ceiling, when other companies told us it wasn't possible, allowing us to completely transform our basement and remove all the low hanging ducting from the old system. The new ductless system works great!

Javier and the whole family are wonderful people. David, Javier's Son did my install and his attention to detail was very much appreciated. Him and I were on the same page, quality over quantity!!

Was referred to 509 ductless by many selah locals. My AC went out and they came out next day and fixed it that day. Very informative and nice people. We will be using them again!
