509 ductless was fantastic. I love the family atmosphere that they have. Moved here from Florida and bought a log cabin with no HVAC. We needed a whole house system. They made it so easy and lived up to my high expectations. I was worried that the noise and look of the units would compromise our beautiful home. Javier listened to my concerns and had wonderful creative solutions.
I am beyond satisfied with my choice. I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. I totally recommend their services

Outstanding service! They are by far and away the best in The Yakima Valley! When my Mom called other HVAC companies, they did not have the answers and still charged her. I called Javier and his team and they knew right away! I would Highly recommend 509 Ductless to anyone who wants the best service and knowledge in the industry! Javier came out and gave us a bid to upgrade one of our mini ductless systems I had installed 6 yrs ago and quite frankly have never been that impressed with. 509 Ductless replaced it with a new and improved outside unit and 3 new inside units (heads), his crew was great and very fast and professional, I believe the entire replacement install took about 6-7 hours. So far very happy with it and look forward to years of use. I absolutely would recommend 509 Ductless to anyone who is in the market for a split system. As a side note Javier's quote was almost $9000 less then their compention ( who basically wanted to re wire everything that had just been upgraded 6 yrs ago).

My wife was the decision maker for this project and after doing her research, chose 509 Ductless. Their high-end rating with Mitsubishi allowed them to install units with 12 year warranties, so we went forward.

The crew was very friendly and polite, got the unit installed despite the cabinet not being big enough to hold the air handler. The heat-pump dropped about $300/month off of our heating bill in the winter.

Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, and we notice the unit can't keep the house cool. 509 immediately sent a tech out and they determined it was a bad sensor, and had Mitsubishi pay for the part and labor. Even a premier company like Mitsubishi can still use components that fail prematurely, but 509 made the warranty service work very easy. Thank you Javier and crew!

509 Ductless installed four mini-splits in our home. We originally wanted them for A/C but it's a nice bonus to get heat out of the units too. Javier and his team were wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. They were prompt and professional too. I would highly recommend 509 Ductless!

Recently I hired 509 Ductless to install a new heating system in our home. They were so wonderful to work with. I was always able to connect with them throughout the process which made the project run smoothly. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and available. Their work was at the highest professionalism of any company I have worked with. The installers were friendly hardworking professionals that got in, did the work , and cleaned up when they were done. The new furnace is working above expectations, heating each room evenly and is very easy to operate. I highly recommend 509 Ductless.

I reached out to a friend who has a contact for everything and he said "Call Javier at 509 Ductless". I ended up having 3 other businesses coming out to give estimates as well. I went with Javier because he spent the time, attention and effort to give me a thorough explanation and estimate. I didn't feel pressured or "up sold" on additional products and services. I admit I was "sticker shocked" by how much it cost. However, even before he had my business, Javier helped me by starting a financing application through Pacific Power. My system was installed in one day by his professional crew. They did a great job. I'm now so happy to have my house at a livable, comfortable temperature !! Thanks 509 Ductless! PS One of the "schmoozers" I had give me an estimate said watch out for places with all excellent reviews, they're not real. I say, you're not doing your job right then...just look at the reviews for 509 Ductless; they are all exceptional because that's the job they do!

I first bought my home at a young age not knowing how an HVAC system is suppose to look and/or work so throughout the years I always had issues on the main seasons (summer & winter) thinking it was normal and calling companies to come check/fix the issue. Issues constantly persisted so fast forward 5 years later I knew it was time to invest in a brand new HVAC system. I was quoted by multiple different companies and I was recommended to 509 Ductless by my step dad. Javier reached out to me and from the start was very welcoming, professional and helpful. He guided me throughout the whole process and if there was something I didn't fully understand, he would sit down and take the time to explain things. His communication was on point. 509 Ductless is definitely recommended. Javier, Randy, and David were so great to work with. They were able to get us up and running with heat and air, working in a confined space that another company said couldn't be done.

The team at 509 Ductless did a beautiful job installing a 3 head mini split unit in my home. From the free estimate to the final walkthrough, Javier and his team were friendly, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable about their craft. They were clean and very efficient with their work. If you are looking for an affordable and custom way to cool/heat your place I would definitely go to Javier at 509 Ductless 10/10 times.

After not having cooling this 3 head mini split is amazing! We are looking forward to heating in the winter with less use of our pellet stove! They did an amazing job of upgrading our electrical panel to handle the unit as well! It was a 2 day installation and everything went as planned. The whole crew is amazing! We just had 509 Ductless install our new mini split in our garage. They all were just GREAT to work with. They stayed in touch with us from start to finish. We found the whole team to be very professional, knowledgeable and most of all friendly, a true pleasure to work with. The installers arrived on time, very friendly, explained what they were doing, working the whole time, then showed us how to operate the systems and cleaned up after they were done.

They made an unfortunate issue (of needing a new furnace and AC) into a pleasant experience! Starting with Juvenal's inspections, he's always so friendly and quick and set the tone for the whole company experience. Javier was so efficient and thorough with his explanations and estimates, and easy to work with, making time to meet within our schedules. Daniel and Jacob were so friendly and informative while they were here doing the replacement, couldn't have asked for a better experience of strangers being in your home for hours on end! And thank you both for playing with my dog and talking to my toddler, it definitely made for a personal touch. And we only saw David briefly, but even those quick encounters were so nice. All in all, the team is very knowledgeable and will walk you through the process and provide tons of helpful information, while being so so friendly and fun to be around. And on top of everything, our furnace works so much better than before. 10/10, no notes.
