I had a cleaning service come to my home today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. They did the best job I’ve had in a very long time. Every room was cleaned thoroughly, with such care and attention to detail, and it truly showed. My home feels refreshed, comfortable, and so well taken care of. It’s such a relief to walk into a space that feels this clean and peaceful. I was extremely impressed with their work and professionalism, and I would absolutely have them return on a regular routine. April has been wonderful she is very friendly, my house looked wondeful when she was done. She has offered to help with other projects and is available most times, she also stays in communication with you (huge plus) if something has changed. Definitely using her again and will recommend her

I just used Evergreen Clean and to be honest, i wasnt exactly sure what to expect. First time ive ever used a cleaning service. As a property owner, let me say ive been left with messes that would make your head spin! And Evergreen Clean was SUPERB!!! Prompt, professional, and i have to say i would have paid fouble what April asked! I couldnt be more pleased and definitely going to be relying on Evergreen Clean in the future for all my cleaning needs

I hired April for a deep cleaning on November 13th. April and her assistant arrived on Nov. 13 at 3:34PM and left at 7:04PM.

I would never recommend April or her company because I found her to be unresponsive, unprofessional, and unreliable. In addition to the lack of professionalism, the cleaning we received (see photos) were truly awful for what we paid.

When I spoke with April she went over pricing with me based on her “deep cleaning” fee. I gave her the specifics of the inside of our home, and what we wanted done which included:
•Laundry folding service
•Floors, walls, light fixtures, trim, toilets, counters, showers/baths

My home overall is tidy, without clutter as we have biweekly cleaning service. I sent her photos of my home because a walkthrough was not possible and received a quote for $340.20 and I paid a $100.00 deposit. What she described would be a “deep cleaning” was 3 hours of a poorly done surface cleaning, missing the entire first floor.

Upon "completion" April told me she wanted $485 for her services. I was unable to be home at this time, and couldn’t see the finished job before payment was made. We had never been charged that much for a deep cleaning, and I thought it was too high and she agreed to $390.20 which I paid.

April claimed that her and her assistant cleaned 6-7 hours non-stop. After several weeks of reaching out to resolve this poorly done job, I have had no resolution. April has stated that it's a “priority to come back and finish what wasn’t done to our satisfaction.” It's now Nov. 30th and she has repeatedly canceled, then not communicated, and now ghosted me. To date, I haven't received a refund for services not rendered or completion of services. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for cleaning services.

Wow! What happened to honesty, integrity and pride?
None of that displayed during the house cleaning project I hired Evergreen Clean to do for me recently. No,,,especially the honesty part. I feel violated and completely “ripped off”!
During the home walk thru with the owner manager, I pointed out tasks and expectations for the cleaning project.
The owner manager (April) assured me that her cleaning crew of 4 cleaners and 2 window techs would have the project completed and ready for the following day picture taking to present the house for sale.
April and Evergreen Clean has no cleaning crew nor is there a window tech crew! April has herself and whoever she can rustle up to work or not work.
I’ve learned and really should have already known by the obvious signs when she started the project late and alone that I hired a wishy washy outfit.
I would not hire nor recommend Evergreen Clean for any work what so ever. Check their reviews and notes to the BBB.

Hired April for a deep clean of our house. We had guests coming for the holidays and really wanted a good deep clean. An hour before April was supposed to start, she called and said if she could come an a little late, she would bring help. We agreed. She showed up 40 minutes late entirely by herself. When she arrived she immediately complained that the quote she gave us was too low (despite describing our house in detail including number of rooms, square footage, etc. ahead of time). It continued to go downhill from there. She forgot areas to clean entirely (shower, toilet, entire rooms). She complained about about being hot despite her being dressed in multiple layers. She complained she didn't have all of her equipment with her. Her coworker showed up for the last two hours and was all over the place. They left after five hours and didn't even touch three of our rooms. How is it a deep clean if she doesn't clean multiple rooms? She also complained she didn't have all of equipment. She would do things like spend time making our bed all fancy, but not sweep a room. The worst part: after she left our house smelled heavily of cover and cigarettes. Neither my wife or I smoke. She even left a cigarette butt. Would not recommend.
