I've used Molly Maid for years to do regular cleanings of my house. Team 3, Raquel and Yesenia are always very friendly and do a great job. The times I have called the main the person answering is very helpful.

Just had my home serviced with a deep clean by Dora and Victoria. Absolutely amazing! These ladies are so sweet and did an impeccable job. I've hired companies in the past that did decent work but this team outdid themselves. Do yourself a favor and hire this crew!

These cleaners were not so professional. We requested moving out cleaning because we are planning to sell our house and needed to take a photo of it. However, it was a total mass for many reasons.
1. They were about an hour late. They supposed to be at my house by 8:00am but they showed up a bit later than 9:00am
2. They were wearing their shoes and not covering their shoe. It caused the shoe stains on the hard floor even after they mobbed the floor.
3. When the manager quoted estimation, they quoted 2 to 2.5 hrs. But eventually it took about 3 hrs and expecting price ended up higher than we thought.
4. Even though it took longer than what we were quoted, cleaning quality was horrible. I mentioned about shoe stain on 2, and there were dusts left behind on the window rail side etc.
5. On their website, they advertised inside of oven cleaning is available but when my wife asked them to do so, they refused to clean inside of the oven.
6. When I called them for quality assurance, and complained, and asked partial refund, they refused the refund. The manager needed to talk to the owner and sounded like she did not have full authority to fix the things right for the customers.

recently sold my first house and wanted to ensure buyers had a clean home to move into. Molly Maids came over and scrubbed the place from top to bottom and made it look nicer than when I would spend all day cleaning it :)

The staff was very professional. They started working right away. No standing around talking or using their cell phones. The level of which they cleaned was by far exceeding expectations. I will definitely call Molly Maids again. Highly recommend!!

Frustrating Experience – Overcharged with No Billing Transparency

I hired Molly Maid of Pierce, Thurston & South King County to clean my vacant home prior to renting it. They quoted me 2.5 to 4.5 hours at $165 per hour (which is VERY expensive per hour) and ended up charging the full 4.5 hours, totaling $748 to clean a 1600 sq ft house. They also did not inform me prior to billing my credit card on file.

This seemed excessive considering the home’s condition—appliances and cabinets had already been cleaned and the entire home had been pre cleaned cleaned. When I contacted them originally I was very clear that the house had been previously deep cleaned including appliances and please do not re clean not dirty areas.

When I contacted them for a breakdown of what was cleaned (after finding out the final price by checking my credit card statement) and how the final total was calculated they were unable to provide that detail (other than I was charged for 4.5 hours the max). There is no way this should have taken 4.5 hours for two people given the condition of the house. The lack of transparency in their billing process left me feeling taken advantage of.

I wouldn’t use their services again and encourage others to be cautious. In my experience, the pricing felt more focused on hitting the maximum quoted time than on aligning charges with the actual work completed.

I have attached photos of what the house looked like prior to the cleaning to show how clean the home was and how overcharged we were this company clearly milked the clock to try to take advantage of me.

I never stated I was happy with the service provided, I in fact called voicing my concern and let your customer service representative know that I would be leaving a poor review when I did so no remedy or solution was suggested.

I tried to call to discuss further and was told I will get a call back Monday which is in line with the customer service that has been provided to this point. I was very clear when I called originally that I did not want already cleaned appliances re cleaned which was agreed by your customer service team.

This team was outstanding. I did basic cleaning before they arrived but after they left, I realized how much I missed. They touched every piece of furniture, fixture, appliance, based board, floor space, blind, window & knick knack in my house. They changed my bed linens, and made the bed up professionally. My home has never been more spotless in my entire adult life. The price is reasonable & the workers were patient & polite. I I'll definitely be using Molly Maids again.

I'm giving five stars because the deep clean was very thorough and the people friendly. They did break an overhead light in the kitchen but were transparent about it and are going to get it fixed for me. I like the honesty and will definitely use them again

We used to have Molly Maid deep clean occasionally but recently signed up for biweekly cleanings. It is so nice to come home to a clean home. Thank you Team 13 (Carmen and Elya)!

I would not recommend their services to anyone. The ladies took away too long time to clean which resulted in very high charges, twice as much as we were quoted. I wished I had done the cleaning myself.

You do not have my name in the system because my landlord put in the order. We have a copy of the receipt and it says your adress on it.

Dora and Victoria just left and I can breathe now. I needed a reset for my house since i have a ton of things on my plate and am so glad they came and worked their magic.
I plan on getting a reset a couple times a year most likely with varying degrees of cleaning. Reasonably priced and fit me in quick.

I wish I had a before photo but trust me our shower was gross from when my boyfriend worked in a tire shop the floor was black. They did a great job can't believe how clean out shower is. They did our initial deep clean for both our bathrooms and our kitchen for less than $500. I highly recommend and can't wait for our routine cleaning in 2 weeks!

The maids that came to my home were extremely nice. However, I feel like the company itself is a total scam. I called and spoke to the call center and was told the cleaning would be between $200-$580 dollars. I then was charged $290 for a deposit(still haven’t received it back) and then an additional $728 dollars. Over a $1,000 for a 5 hour clean. Total scam. On top of that, the cleaner spilled a product from my bathroom on the hallway closet and stained it.

Molly Maid did an outstanding job deep cleaning our home. We had to move across country since my husband was transferred to another military base. We are selling our home and Molly Maid did an incredible move out clean. We have pets and they made it look like we didn’t! Thank you Molly Maid!

We’ve been using Molly Maids for almost two years. Norma, who is our lead cleaner, does a fantastic job: she’s hardworking and detail oriented. It’s a wonderful service rendered by some amazing people!

My husband and I hired this cleaning service for 2 hours with clear instructions: focus on the master bathroom and the laundry room. That’s it. The communication? Absolutely terrible. All we got was a random call saying they had 20 minutes left — and that was the end of it.

We even told customer service the house was already empty, barely used aside from the particular areas used before our move, and the rest just needed some final touch-ups(whatever they have left with the 2 hours). Instead, we got two full hours of barely anything. Only the master bathroom was cleaned — and they didn’t even clean the toilet.

To make it worse, they shoved all the dirt behind the washer like we wouldn’t notice. Seriously? We were hoping for a solid, trustworthy service, and this is what we got. A total waste of our hard-earned money. I don’t even know what to say. Just incredibly disappointing.

Ladies arrived on time to do a "deep clean", they were friendly and didn't waste any time. My house is a tri level, so when they were done on one level I kept out of their way and kept moving
They did a great job and it smelled so good after they left!

We are very happy with our current maids from Molly Maid, specifically Team #7 with Connie and Veronica. They did an exceptional job today and honestly it relieves a lot of the Christmas stress that we moms carry during this time of year. Our home smells so good!
