Our Molly Maid cleaners Mónica and Anixa are always very thorough in their cleaning. We get consistent results every time they visit. They show up on time and allow me to choose what room they will start in. Molly Maid is the 3rd cleaning service I’ve tried, and I am very happy with it. The other companies were too expensive and used toxic cleaners that bothered our cat. Now our cat is happy after each cleaning because they use low-odor floor cleaner that does not bother him. I appreciate their service very much and the price is reasonable compared to other cleaning companies in the area.

My bathroom and kitchen have never been so clean. I have no cobwebs and the baseboards and floor have no dust at all. I highly recommend Molly Maids. I am having them come once a month to keep me happy being a single parent and working lots of hours this will let me have more time with my kid. Worth every penny.

I was quite disappointed with our service in Lacey WA. The cleaners were there for 6 hours but there is no way that it needed a 6 hour clean. Especially with 2 people. The only thing that needed done upstairs was baseboards, walls and bathrooms. We pre cleaned the house so we would only have to pay for touch ups for that professional look. 2 people took almost 3 hours to clean the upstairs. That is 6 man hours. Then 3 more hours to do the downstairs which is another 6 man hours. (On an already mostly cleaned house) I tusted this company to do right by us considering the amount they charge so I did not think to do before pictures. But when it was all said and done, the cost was just over $900.00. I am convinced that the clock was milked. I would never refer anyone to this company. Very disappointed in them. The office lady was not helpful when we spoke to her either. I do not mind paying for good quality work by anymeans. But like I said, there was not 12 man hours worth of work to be done.

The two girls were very pleasant and did a good job of cleaning. My only complaint was only one spoke English fairly well and she translated to the other girl. I did have to show them a couple of places they missed. Not a big deal they went back and corrected them .
I wanted to tip them but I assumed I would have been contacted from their office to ask how much of a tip and had it included on my credit card. Now I feel bad I didn’t tip them.

BEWARE
Yesterday I had Molly Maids come do a cleaning. The whole of my experience was unfortunate. First, the gal I booked in with told me I'd get a call in the morning to inform me of my teams arrial time but that it would be in the morning. I called around 9:00 they said ,"I don't know why you were told that". All in all I think I was told three different times.

The cleaning team was two women. One was moving MUCH faster than the other. My oblivious teenagers even came and talked to me about it. I noticed that one has cleaned the fridge AND three other rooms while the other putts around the kitchen pushing a dry mop for at least 15 minutes alone.
So I get charged an additional $270 for the length of time it took bringing my total bill to nearly $600!!!
Now I feel like I'm a target as they know I'm moving out, the only recourse availed to me was to have the same team come back out and fix what didn't get done!! How is that fair or good business?

I’ve been a Molly Maid customer for about two years and it is one of the best things I do for myself and household. Monthly house cleaning helps keep my place in shape and saves me so much time. I only need to do some light cleaning in between visits. My most recent visit was from Dora and Ana, who did a fantastic job. Even the fringe on rugs is left straightened out. All of the regular employees who get assigned our house do great, quick work and I appreciate them tremendously. We look forward to “house reset day” every month. We just had our first initial clean with Judith and Norma and I am so impressed with how meticulously clean the house is! We had glitter all over the floor from the holidays and I can't believe that it's virtually gone! They forgot to clean one room and bathroom on the list, but are coming back the next day to finish it. Top quality company, cleaners, and service!

Absolutely disgusted in their work ethic. We pre-cleaned the house. The only reason we got them to clean was bcuz it was in our lease when we move. Took them 6 hours to clean. Not even necessary at all. We lived in the house less than a year. They didn’t even clean the walls. Team 12 I believe is the team we got. Already overpriced cleaning and then they milk the time. Charged us $900. Do not recommend!! “Done right promise” is a lie.

A friend of mine recommend Molly Maid and shared the wonderful experiences she’s had with them cleaning her home, so I reached out for an estimate.
Alejandra came to my home and provided us with an estimate for different cleaning frequencies and reviewed the details of what would be cleaned each visit. The estimate process was clear, fair, efficient and she answered any questions my partner and I had.
I love the text confirmations about upcoming visits to let me know the time frame in which the cleaners would be arriving. If anything changes time wise, you’ll quickly get an update.
When Maribel and Victoria arrived for the initial deep clean, they were friendly and prompt.
My partner and I left to run errands and give them space to do their thing. We arrived home a few hours later & they had completed the deep clean, the house was spotless! Victoria and Maribel are very detail oriented and ensured nothing was missed!

Ladies were on time, did a great job. Areas where I asked special attention they did perfectly. I was very pleased

Molly Maids clean my home every two weeks and they are amazing. I get calls asking how things are going and the ONE TIME I had feedback on something that was missed, it was fixed with complete attention to making sure it never happened again. They CARE about their work and it shows. We have dogs who get SO EXCITED every time the cleaners arrive and Martha and Esmeralda always greet the dogs as if they like to see them as well. I work from home and it's never awkward to have them cleaning while I'm home. I recommend Molly Maids to anyone who needs help once or consistently with your house keeping chores
