I was amazed at how much the two girls were able to clean in four hours. My house has always been neat, but as I age, not as clean as I would like. They were an amazing solution. Completely cleaned everything including ceiling where needed.

I know they did a thorough job because they found a ton of my dogs balls that rolled under the cabinets and sofa. And my husband even noticed a difference-he never notices these things. Very professional, organized. I had fridge and ovens done too.

Poor communication. Scheduled for morning to accommodate carpet cleaners. Molly maids rescheduled to the afternoon. I tried to work around this change and confirmed prior with them it was fine that carpet cleaners were there same time. And at the time of the cleaning I was told the carpet cleaners were asked to leave. I had to get my house professionally cleaned per my landlord to move out. I deep cleaned the house to try to save money. And Molly Maids spent four hours at my house. Unless they are the slowest cleaners ever or just milked it for more money. My house was completely empty and I cleaned everything the day before. No way it needed four hours of cleaning!!! I’m beyond upset with them and would never recommend. Pictures are before the cleaning crew came.

The best. They are very thorough and know how to clean. Professional. As soon as they enter the door they are at work. I have no complaints at all. The staff are eager to work with scheduling if there's a conflict. I look forward to the visits. Price is reasonable. I love the way my beds are made and the placement of the pillows I learn from them as well. Well deserved. Try them you will love it.

We are new customers and so pleased with cleaning team #17. They do a deep clean in December and it was amazing. Today they came for their regular every two week clean—I love walking in and seeing my clean house. This team is amazing! I’m so glad we decided to start regular cleanings with Molly Maid.

My mother was very ill and passed away, leaving me behind her home that was a mess, as she wouldn't let anyone close to her help her in the months prior to her passing. Molly Maids team did an outstanding job making the kitchen and bathrooms look as clean as ever! 100% recommend them to anyone in need for a professional detailing of their home.

Team 17 did an excellent job for us, here in Lacey WA. I almost didn’t want to walk in any of the rooms because the carpets and floors were so clean! Bathrooms and kitchen were done exceptionally well. They even did the sliding glass door track, allowing me to take something off of my to-do list. Definitely will use them again, and will ask for Team 17 specifically.

We have had Molly Maids cleaning our house for over a year now and honestly it is my most favorite day of week when I get to come home from a long day at work to a fresh and clean house! Selene and Areli do such an AMAZING job and always come in with a smile on their face! My husband works from home and truly appreciates all that they do for us! Molly Maid Team 9 did an excellent job deep cleaning our house. The team was professional, thorough, and paid attention to the little details that make a big difference. Everything looks and feels fresh and spotless. Highly recommend their service!

We hired Molly Maid to clean our rental home. The results were subpar and trying to communicate with customer service regarding their work resulted in us having to dispute their charges to our credit company. The cleaners were polite and pleasant, however, they went 2.5 hours over their quoted time and the results were only slightly better than the homes starting condition. Everything appeared to be casually wiped down with every toilet, most counters, all cupboards and cabinets in both the kitchen and bathrooms, every window, and most of the carpet still unacceptably dirty. Our property manager checked on the home for pre-rental inspection and notified us on its unacceptable condition. As it was a Friday and the renters were moving in the following Monday, this required us to reclean the home. A requested discount of the additional hours were denied. We will not be using them again for any of our rentals in the future. Attached are but a few examples of the poor service.

We hired Molly Maids for my mom who is recovering from both knees being replaced within 6 weeks. The team has been so great working around my mom who can’t move a lot. They are quick and do a great job.

Definitely the most thorough of the cleaning services we’ve tried - Team #17 did a wonderful job and even finished the priority areas in time to clean the rest of the house too! Wonderful attention to detail and they got some very stubborn areas cleaner than they’ve been in a long time! Molly Maid is on the pricier side compared to others but they’ve consistently been the best.

I cannot say enough good things about Molly maids!! They are exceptional!! The women are so sweet, kind and very professional!! I feel like they always go the extra mile with cleaning!! They clean everything!!! Even the lightbulbs!! My home always smells so fresh and looks amazing every single time!! I have team 11 regularly and I would recommend them to anyone!! So professional, so sweet and they always ALWAYS do the best job!!
