White glove was recommended to me by a colleague and I’m so glad I decided to use their service! They did an amazing job and will continue their use! Very easy process and great communication! We discussed exactly what I wanted done and they delivered beyond my expectations! Best gift I could give to my wife after having twins and having our hands full! Very nice cleaning ladies, respectful and cordial. However, when we signed up for cleaning the expectation was for the full house. As my husband and I were moving an entire house ourselves with two young children we were not able to clear every room for them. So we asked for them to clean the rooms that were available which was all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.
They did not end up having to clean the fridge as I said I would handle it .
You would think with less house to clean and 3 hours for a 700sq foot house would be enough time to complete the rooms they had. We were wrong. They didn’t clean the tops of the cabinets in the kitchen, didn’t do any of the floor boards and didn’t touch the dishwasher. The rooms that were available to them were not complete. They tried to say they needed more than 3 hours I’m guessing so they could get an extra hours worth of payment . When we were met with the price tag of 400$ we came with questions . They stated that since the house wasn’t ready they couldn’t everything . Why is it that the rooms that were available were half assed and complete?
They refused to reduce the price and tried to blame us for the incomplete mess.
If you want to pay 500$ for an incomplete mess that you’ll have to re clean yourself then these are your girls

The services you provide are very helpful! My abilities to clean & maintain my home have been greatly diminished due to a severe lack of energy while receiving chemo therapy. The girls do a good job and I look forward to having them come each time. They are very pleasant to work with & they get right down to business. The house looks & smells great when they are finished. We had our first experience with white glove cleaning. It was fantastic! Jen and her crew were prompt, friendly (and pet friendly!) They did a great job cleaning the entire house ! Highly recommend this company!
