10/10 I called 3 companies to get a estimate to have my furnace repaired.
2 of the companies told me it was the heater blower motor. Advanced Mechanical systems did there own diag and instead of being pressured to purchase a new system they fixed it for less than 600 dollars. If your on a budget it would be smart to call this company up. I am so very glad I did. It turned out it was a different issue not the heater blower. 10 out of 10 stars.

I placed a question on the Nextdoor app, asking neighbors of a recommendation for someone to look at our gas fireplace. We have lived in our home for over five years and it has never worked properly. Many neighbors gave business names, but this business messaged me directly and booked my appointment within the same week. They were at our home for an hour and fixed the problem. Friendly, efficient and affordable. Much appreciated!

Zach was my technician they sent out! FANTASTIC!!! He was friendly, informative, and thorough. He had my furnace fixed in 20 min then took a bit more time to ensure others parts were in good working condition. He explained everything he was doing while he did it. He also was amazing with my dog, Athena. She is a rescue and skittish and he visited with her and ensured her it was okay and by the end she was trying to lick his face! Best experience ever. I highly highly highly recommend advanced mechanical systems for ALL your heating and cooling needs.

Tech came in and listened to my concerns, offered a fix, information, and solved my issue that was caused by another company. I appreciated his no BS explanation and advice. I am now more informed. We will be needing a new gas fireplace insert in the future and they have my business.

Lady was pretty rude since I dont have an emergency and only want to service my furnace. Couldn't make an appointment said someone will call me when they have time, that was a few days ago.

McCleary's Heating came out last December 2015 to replace the furnace Blower Wheel in the motor. When they put the motor back in, they installed it out of alignment and didn't properly tighten it down. The motor came loose, got damaged, and had to be replaced. When I called McCleary's, they said it would not be covered because it only had a 12 month warranty and it had been 13 months. They also said that it would be days before anyone could come out. Not doing business with them anymore.

Matt was very very helpful and was very patient and took the time to explain what was going on with my furnace. He was very professional and polite a great employee!!! If anything else comes up with my heating or cooling needs I will definitely contact this company

Have worked with them several times in the last twelve years. They are great on the phone and in person. Our builder contracted with them to install a multi-zoned system that took a lot of work to get right. Robert made several trips to our house to educate us and tweek the system to work for us. Would call them again, will call them first in the future

We hired McCleary to install a new heating system in our new-to-us 4000 sq ft home in 2000. it was late fall and bitterly cold. The new furnace was in and functional in a matter of hours, and we've never used anyone else since, for several subsequent homes. In a word, they are the BEST!

I wanted to switch the appliances in my very old home from electric to gas. I called McCleary Heating and Air Conditioning who had come highly recommended to me by a friend. Matt came out to give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgable and took the time to answer additional questions I had about additional work I needed done. When Matt returned to complete the job he was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything he had done and then kindly offered to haul away and dispose of my old appliance for me! I could not be happier with the quality of work and professionalism of the people I dealt with within this company!
