Google won't let you review a business more than once, but I wish it would. So, I'm going to include multiple reviews in this. I worked with Hurliman Heating from start to finish on a full Furnace and AC replacement that was complicated by a Home Warranty Plan. It began as a repair but ended in a completely new system.

Everyone I dealt with was so wonderful and kind. I called in so much that Noel, the secretary, came to recognize my number and greet me by name. Shauna, the office manager, was also very kind and efficient. She really went the extra mile to help me deal with my Home Warranty Company. Both Noel and Shauna were always very polite and kind no matter how many times I called. Austin, the service manager, also took the time to explain to me (a first-time homeowner) how my furnace and AC are related. He talked to me for about 30 minutes outside of business hours and explained why new parts were taking 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, which was very helpful and helped me make the decision to go with a full replacement vs continuing to repair our 21 year old system, which was my Home Warranty's goal.

Daniel H, a technician, came out to my home multiple times to diagnose issues with both my furnace, AC, and fireplace. He was always very kind, patient, and efficient. Every time he came out, he explained to me what he was doing, and he did a great job. I learned quite a bit from Dan, and I feel like a more knowledgeable homeowner because of him. Dan really is such a gem.

Chris, the comfort adviser, came out to quote me for a new system. He was very inviting and easy to talk to. I got an initial quote from Hurliman and then multiple quotes afterward. Hurliman ended up price matching a lower qoute. I ultimately decided on working with them for the replacement because of how kind and responsive their whole team was. Everyone, I spoke to, which ended up being half their office was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, but Noel, Shauna, and Dan, who I dealt with very much were really the difference makers for me.

Finally, Sean and Eric came today to install both the Furnace and AC. They did a great install. They were friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. Both of them answered every question I had and were very responsive to my concerns. Eric explained to me the benefits of 2 different types of thermostats and helped me choose which would be best for our home.

Also, I wanted some of the pipes to run differently so that I could enclose the new furnace and create a mechanical room. Those discussions didn't make it into the notes for the job, but that was no problem for Sean. Without batting a lash, he explained to me how he could do it. I inspected the new layout of the pipes with him afterward, and he really did a beautiful job. The whole system looks much cleaner and more organized than it did before. I can now safely enclose our furnace and make the basement a safer place for my kids.

Sean and Eric never seemed rushed or in a hurry and worked very methodically and calmly. Considering it was a major installation, the process was really painless for me. After the installation, Sean went over the system with me and did a great job explaining it.

I would highly recommend working with Hurliman. They've got a kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very skilled team.

We used Hurliman Heating and Air to replace our 30 year old gas furnace. From the technician that detected a crack in the heat exchanger, to Kalani who worked with us to get us into a furnace that meet our needs, and Talon who installed the furnace, all were extremely professional. I appreciated how well Hurliman communicated with me and the work was completed as scheduled. I never felt like I was being up-sold. Great company and I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Our system died at the worst time. The mid 90s heat wave was a rough time to lose your A/C. We had Hurliman and other companies come give us bids. Chris Miller came out and gave us a bid. We were really impressed by his desire to make sure we got a good product for our home, no matter which company we went with. Chris also worked with the Hurliman team to make sure we would have a temporary A/C system to keep us cool while we waited for install of the new A/C and furnace. This sealed the deal for us. Chris also went to bat for us when there was a potential delay for the install date to make sure we could keep the original install date. Thank you Hurliman team for that!! That kind of customer service gave us a lot of confidence we went with the right company.

In regards to the install it couldn’t have gone any better. We really appreciated Eric and Blake’s hard work. They were very friendly and professional. Both explained best practices to maintain our new furnace and A/C. They left an immaculate workspace. We are so happy to have cool air blowing through the vents again! Thank you Hurliman team!!

We had a great experience with Hurliman! Our 30-year-old furnace finally gave up during a cold snap, and a Hurliman tech quickly came on short notice to check it out that evening. After confirming it needed to be replaced, we got a couple quotes and found Hurliman's reasonable and they could schedule us soon. On installation day, we found there was a error regarding the planned furnace size (mistakes happen!). It was handled very promptly and without any further issue. Our tech, Eric A., was great throughout installation and our home is warm again! Definitely recommend Hurliman - good communication, reasonable cost, and great customer service.

Eric was great. He was timely and helpful. He explained our challenges and how systems are changing in this next year due to legislation. Overall it was an informative visit and he changed out a quick part to help our system last just a little longer. Well done, Eric!!

This was our first time using Hurliman and I have to say that everyone we dealt with was great! Ray, the technician that performed our annual inspection was fantastic! His professionalism was perfectly matched with his knowledge and the easy way he explained everything! Definitely recommend!!

We were very pleased with the product and installation of our NEW TRANE HEAT PUMP SYSTEM!
Robert C & Travis are outstanding electricians and were able to solve the electrical issues in our home. Eric and his crew are professional installers and they also spent time explaining the new thermostat.
We certainly appreciate the multiple trips the Hurliman crew made to our home to make sure the install was perfect!
They all deserve a 5 Star plus rating.

Ray did a quick and fantastic HVAC tune up job at our home in Spokane Valley! Ray was prompt to give us feedback on our furnace, pointing out the potential needs the few months. He was knowledgeable and patient with the owner’s questions and we made payment over the phone. Everything went smoothly & fast. We would absolutely work with Ray again! Highly recommend him for his knowledge, professionalism and service. Thank you !!

Alec was a very cheerful and pleasant person. After warm greetings he promptly started examining our furnace. He was very professional and systematic. He discovered our furnace was only working on half power. He explained the problem and answered all our question. We voiced concern about the possibility of the furnace ducts under the house not sealed well. He assured us that it shouldn't be possible but to reassure us he crawled under the house to examine them. No problem there.

Hi. My service technician Robert C. Was right on time. He was very interesting to talk with he kept me informed on what he was doing! Another service technician showed up and he also very polite! Robert C was very professional in doing his job and was very quick at fixing the issue! Your very Lucky to have him as your employee and the other gentleman was also very professional! We had a great experience with our technicians. They took just about two days to install two mini split units for us. They kept their space tidy and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Very forthright with info and what they were working on.

We were “ghosted” on the Monday before our appointment by one of the managers(?) who was meant to come look at our house and walk us through what to expect and that was frustrating.

Again, technicians were great, 10 out of 10

Had Jake out for a furnace tune-up and it was great. Jake was very professional but warm and down to earth, he called before his arrival to make sure it worked for me. He showed up on time, asked if he needed to remove his shoes out of respect for the cleanliness of my home. Interacted with my cat well, said he had three himself. Did a thorough job talked me through all he was doing and showed test results of various furnace parts. Gave recommendations based on my machines age to help mitigate potential disasters in the foreseeable future. Did not try to sell me anything which was appreciated because when I signed up for the $8.80 tune-up deal at home Depot I was skeptical I was going to be hard sold something. Overall a lovely experience and would use this service again. I hope Jake gets a great meal because of this review, he earned it.

Andrew and Zamauri did a great job and were very detailed. They kept a clean and neat worksite and kept us informed of their progress. They even stayed late, trying to finish the job. Thanks Guys

Dan/Anthony were knowledgeable and friendly. My issue requires them to come back to fix my A\C but still a happy costumer.
Update:
Had all brand new equipment installed yesterday. Took them from 8:30am-8:00pm.
Techs were having issues with leaks in the brand new system and couldn’t get the new system to work. My house was 82° when they finally got the A/C to work. Only lasted 1 hour before the whole system shut down.
I’m not very thrilled right now or confident with my new equipment. ⭐️
7/2 update: Jaiden and Travis from Hurliman have fixed the issues fixed and system is running great! Hurliman went out of their way to restore my confidence with the installation and I am satisfied with the job done.

10/9 update:
had a tech out to do a tune up. Raymond discovered the installation was not done properly and the internal furnace WAS NOT hooked up. he was able to get everything fixed and was very professional.

Still not very confident in the quality of work the original Installation team. Makes me wonder what else was missed or what corners were cut.

We had Brandon and Alexis out to install our new Carrier Infinity High Efficiency furnace and air conditioner. Both were very nice and professional, they arrived promptly and spent extra time making sure the system was working correctly. The areas they were installing the equipment was left very clean and tidy. I would recommend Hurliman for all your HVAC needs, they are very responsive.
