Nate was knowledgeable and professional and made sure my furnace is running properly. He is giving me an estimate on adding a thermostat for my gas stove. I am very pleased with the job Nate did and plan to have Cline's Heating and AC be my go to company whenever I need heating or cooling service.

Tim spent the time to listen to my needs for what was I was needing for my split level 1974 home.
He is very knowledgeable in the heating and cooling business as I found out during our conversation about my home and the need for a new heating and cooling system that was originally installed in 1974. Good news. It did work a very long time.
He explained so much and I appreciate his knowledge in the business.
I now feel confident in the new system with Cline to see me through the next journey of the home with confidence of service and craftsmanship.

Nate did a fantastic job of being on time, communicating in a clear and professional way. The whole process from calling to set up the appointment to end of appointment was very quick, efficient and well taken care of. Received a complimentary furnace inspection and Nate S. was the servicing technician. Nate was extremely professional, courteous and respectful (even put on shoe covers before entering the house and so I did not have to ask him to do so). He did a great job, offered a product upgrade as well as a service plan, but did not try to sell me on either one. He just pointed out the savings for the service plan and what the air scrubber could do for the house, then left me with a pamphlet so I could do my own research. I met him once and already trust him as my new tech…signed up for their service plan same day! 😊

Harley arrived, prepared for the job, installing a low water safety cut off for our hot water heating boiler. Work was completed timely. Very happy with the service

I decided it was time to replace my furnace and AC due to the system being 21 years old. My plan was to obtain a quote from three different HVAC contractors. However, after meeting with Tim from Cline’s and watching the video from the owners, I decided Cline’s was the contractor to hire. The customer service provided by Tim and the installers Cade and Chase was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. They all went above and beyond to answer all my questions which I had many. They were all very friendly and professional. Knowing how important the install of a new system is, Cade and Chase demonstrated they also know this. Their work was exceptional from start to finish. It’s refreshing to have received such great service from a company who demonstrated they truly care about their customers. I honestly believe this is a company you can trust and I highly recommend Cline’s for your HVAC needs.

Update on an update…our unit started having issues again at no fault to the previous technicians. Eric came out and discovered where the problem is coming from. It’s going to be a new part or a new unit but either way, we’ll be in good hands with this company.
Last update because Hurliman’s is such a great company! We ended up purchasing a new mini split. Talon, Blake, and Ely spent a hot day installing it and we get to reap the benefits. We highly recommend using this company!!!

Had them do a diagnostic for an old gas fireplace that had a bit of a mystery natural gas smell. Alec came out and was able to diagnose the issue (leaking control valve) in about 15 minutes and quickly worked up a quote for repair as well as offered to make an appointment to get a full fireplace replacement estimate. He was also very friendly and helpful along the way. Definitely worth the cost to have a pro come out and take a look instead of trying to DIY.

John D with Hurliman Heating & AC was extremely helpful with the furnace inspection explaining what he was doing and any suggestions on how to keep the furnace in good running order. He also was very knowledgeable about the equipment upgrades I was interested in finding out more. options, etc. He had very good manners and was really fun to talk with.

Grayson, came promptly at 8:30 and got right to work replacing part ordered. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the part replaced and what it is for as I asked for information. Happy to see Hurliman HVAC hiring young adults to grow their service industry in Spokane. I’d love to learn more about how Hurliman is supporting the Trades within your industry.

Paul was great - he got our humidifier working very quickly. He was very friendly, and explained the source of the issue. We called in on Friday and the entire issue was resolved before noon on Monday. Overall great service.

We had an issue with our boiler and needed someone out quickly — Jason Gamache arrived the same day and was incredibly prompt and professional. The repair itself ended up being a simple fix, but he took the time to clearly explain what was going on, made sure the system was running correctly, and even shared helpful, inexpensive preventative maintenance tips to help our company prepare and avoid future issues. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend Jason!

Jake Rodgers was the tech who came to inspect the furnace todav. He was awesome and very knowledgeable. Explained how the svstem works and what issues I currentlv have and what issues I could have have soon due to the age of the furnace. Recommended steps I could take to monitor the system and preventive maintenance to keep things safe and operational. Would definitely recommend for any furnace or HVAC work.

James came out as part of the Home Depot heating diagnostic deal. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Was given information on Hurliman’s Healthy Home Club, and only felt a step above zero pressure to sign up today. Will consider everything he shared and am grateful to have comprehensive information to make an informed decision.

Ray was very professional and very thorough. He took time to explain all of his findings from his diagnostics and let us know how they relate to the problems we were experiencing with our furnace. Very timely as well. We will definitely use his services again. Highly recommended!

Eric E was polite, personable and expedient. However, we were scheduled for a 4-hour window, and he wasn’t able to get there until 30 minutes after that period. Recommend the scheduler allot more time for their technicians so we can more accurately plan around this service.

Also want to be clear that the most accurate selection I could use was “HVAC system maintenance”, but it was just furnace servicing that we scheduled through Home Depot.

Update: Our furnace stopped working about 5 days after our servicing, and threw fault code 31 (high pressure). We called back and they sent technician Grayson - but it started working again about an hour after he got here (approx 20 hours down). After troubleshooting several things over an hour or so, he determined that some water may have gotten into the pressure switches and possibly caused them to read high pressure. He charged us $0 since it was considered a warranty issue due to the servicing last week. Not really sure what to make of this, but appreciate his diligence and the fact that we weren’t charged. My star review remains the same (3 stars - for what it’s worth, Grayson arrived with about 40 minutes left in his time window, and left about 20 minutes after the window closed)

My first experience was with Jessica who answered the phone. She was extremely professional and patient with me, and super helpful. I thought there might be a problem and wanted to get it solved while I was here visiting. She made sure I had the appropriate tech for my peace of mind, she sure was right on! Then today when Anthony arrived he was the best professional worker I’ve ever dealt with. Helpful, not rushed, wanted to answer all questions from my daughter and myself. Made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. He checked everything and replaced the thermostat that I thought was failing. I’d give more stars than 5, if I could.
