We researched and decided on the Gemstone house lights. Clines in Spokane sent out Mike to complete the job. He was fantastic! Best lights, best guy to install! Mike even came to our home after he was done and walked us through the lighting app with all of the options. Should be a fun holiday season!

this is the second time I have had services from them. They’re very conscientious and really seem to want everything to work well Jeremy just came last week and really spent quality time On both of my furnaces. Derek came out to fix my furnace and he was here right on time and very knowledgeable. Got it fixed fast and didnt try to upset me on a new furnace. So these folk are very trustworthy. Would highly recommend!

It’s refreshing living very rural and have a high quality company and employees who are willing to listen and help us getting our heating bill down from $500 a month. We really needed a company that could bail us out and stand behind their work.

We have a brand new home with a junk furnace and a junk heat pump. It cost us dearly to replace our beater system that was costing dearly every month.

Harley the repair man was very personable and easy to be around. He straightened out my HVAC system, then repaired a old Pepsi machine we use for happy hours!

Harley is a terrific technician. We were worried about the ice on our new heat pump and was very generous with his time and explained in detail how to use our new heat pump and thermostat in the winter. He informed us about ongoing maintenance actions that we should take. We feel so confident with him. He’s the best!

Made contact with Clines heating, just a few hour later they contacted me. Understand, I have a kindergarten mentality when it comes to using my phone to communicate. Said they could send a man the next morning at eight. He showed up promptly when he said he would. We had a short conversation and he went to work. Mind you I live 2 hrs away and should have gone to talk to him. He really didn't need me, he called back when he was done, filled me in on what he found. 3.5 hrs later he called and reported what he had done and the fixes he used. Told me he was done. His name is Harley, I would highly recommend him to work for you. Jeff Shippy

A big thank you to Jeremy from Cline’s heating and air! One day my ice machine was empty and after he worked on it, it was full and repaired even though it’s 35 years old! His experience did the job and he even replaced the screws that held the front panel on as well as fixing the Door that we open and close to get the ice. Thank you so much for not telling me to throw my ice machine away and get a new one!

Harley was very knowledgeable and helpful with servicing an old system. Would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Cline's answered and the tech Nate called me back in less than fifteen minutes. Nate was at my house in thirty minutes and did a repair to get me thru the weekend until he can get the correct part next week. He did a great job and was very nice to work with.

My elderly parent's furnace quit working and they awoke to a cold house -- eek! I got a call before 8am and decided to email Cline's right then and follow up with a call to them at 8am. They had read my email, had my information, and were already scheduling a tech: ALL BEFORE 8AM! This was my first time working with them and I could not be more impressed. Technicians Nate and Tyler were there within the hour (they'd have been there sooner but I delayed them long enough for me to get there so that my parent would not have to stress). I would give these guys 10 stars if that was an option. They were efficient, informative, and most understanding of dealing with an elderly person. I've set up a maintenance schedule and plan with Cline's for the future and know I am getting the best of care for my parent's home.

Of course on the coldest day so far my furnace had a critical part go bad. I did what I could but needed a professional. I called Clines late this morning and they sent out an extremely professional and talented technician by the name of Nate Stone. Nate quickly diagnosed the situation, figured what was needed and went and got the part needed (last one at the parts place). He returned, replaced the part and even tuned up the system. All in the same afternoon. Now it is toasty warm . I really appreciate that there are such talented, friendly and compassionate like Nate Stone still serving our community. Rare breed these days. Recently had Nate out to look at and service our furnace he got right to it figured out issue and was fixing it within minutes. I highly recommend Clines for any and all your hvac work. This company goes above and beyond to awnser the call. Clines is a great example of top notch service!

Great service! I called in the evening about a furnace that was intermittent in calling for heat and they were there the next morning. Nate Stone was our technician. He was friendly, thorough and was able to diagnose the issue, explaining in a clear succinct manor without trying to sell me things I didn't need. He also checked out the gas fireplace even though it wasn't on the work order.
