Jeremy was a great technician. He explained what he was doing clearly and gave us additional info to improve air circulation in our system. We would highly recommend this company.

Easy to arrange first time service. Appointment for routine maintenance was available within a couple of days. Our tech Kenny was on time, friendly, knowledgable, and a great communicator.

Tim was above average when it comes to Sales representatives and Technicians. Honest, polite, respectful, knowledgeable. Most are only out for the money no matter what. He was not a forceful, unrealistic, fear driving representative of Cline's Air Conditioning Services. I will be using Cline's from here on.

We’ve spoken with five different HVAC companies in Spokane & Idaho over the past four weeks, and hands down, Tim at Cline’s was the most helpful. Within minutes, he gave us more guidance and actionable steps than others have provided in DAYS!!

Tim immediately recognized our issue, explained what was happening, and even directed us to the manufacturer for next steps. It’s clear he knows his stuff and has dealt with this situation before, we couldn’t be more thankful to have tried one more company! Sixth time is the charm!!

On top of that, Corinna who answered the phone was so kind and empathetic to our frustrating situation. After being left high and dry by the now-bankrupt company that installed our $25,000 unit just four years ago (Air Pros), finding Tim felt like a huge stroke of luck. Nate responded to repair our central air-conditioning system. He did an excellent job of describing what needed to be done for the repair. He also recommended and completed a system service for our unit to improve performance. He was finished in an hour and the air conditioning works noticably better than before. He did a great job and we are very pleased by the same day service from Clines.

Nate was awesome came out on time found blockage in system put new filter in and inspected the whole heating system and gave me clean bill of health didn’t try to upsell me on a new heater which was great. I recommend you ask for nate he’s the best

I haven't yet received the bill, but Derek was amazing. He fixed the furnace at a house my kids are renting. He notified me thru each step from 'on his way' to 'job complete.' My son said he was absolutely awesome.

Jeremy is a FANTASTIC HVAC technician!!
I’ve been a contractor in this area for 30 yrs and he is as good of an HVAC detective as I have ever seen! He’s been to our home 3 times since 2021and has always diagnosed our systems problems and repaired it in a timely manner.
On the most recent visit he even noted a water leak that I was able to fix in the crawl space before it became a major issue!

Cline's Air Conditioning Services did an awesome job getting my heat turned back on. Jeremy Burris communicated with me through the whole process and got it taken care of quickly. I would recommend him.

Derek Oleniczak came out and was able to fix my furnace . Another company wanted me to install a new furnace. Derek was very friendly , professional, I would call Cline’s company any time again and would definitely recommend them .

Nate was very professional and knowledgeable. His ability was above that of his duration of service. As far as the company we will have to see as this was my first service call, soo far better than other.

Having lost my original dealer due to going out of business I didn’t know what to expect for the maintenance service. I’m happy to say that Nate who did my service on our two units was great. He cleaned the heat pumps and did a full check of our systems electrical as well as change the filters.

Nate is a top notch technician that is extremely safety minded. Our furnace needed a major component replaced. He discovered that part of the original assembly had the wrong screws in it. He went to the local hardware store and purchased the proper screws. The furnace also needed the gas control valve replaced. I recommend Cline's for everything HVAC!

We are so thankful to have found Cline’s Heating & Air after calling multiple different companies to help us after our NTI GF200 unit broke and the original company that installed it (Air Pros) went bankrupt! Thanks to Cline’s Heating & Air, NTI sent their new model under warranty and we finally have hot water and heating/AC after two months without!

Jack and Chase showed up on time this morning and stayed all day until the job was done! Justin and Chase installed new furnace today. Did a very excellent job very polite very knowledgeable. You couldn’t ask for more and I thank them very much.

Jeremy Burris was super professional respectful and knowledgeable. He was patient with me explained everything he was doing and why. I look forward to working with him again this spring. I got the package where you pay 1 price for the year. So in the spring they come out and do maintenance as well.

This is for the Spokane Valley Eagles, installers were terrific, service start up techs were awesome professional, at one point I think we had the whole crew here working hard to get these 4,5 ton rooftop job done. They did it and they were awesome from start to finish i will recommend Cline's heating anytime of the day or night
