Eric from Comfort was great. He was fast, thorough, and explained everything when he was done.

Brycen and Comfort Heating, Cooling were a pleasure to work with. They installed a new furnace and a/c for us. They showed up on time. Brycen stayed after hours to finish the install in one day. He was very polite, courteous and a very hard worker.

Greg and Roman installed our new generator quickly and efficiently. They were great.

Our technician, Eric, let us know when he would arrive and was right on time. He was courteous and professional while performing our yearly maintenance. Highly recommend!

I had Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Plumbing come to my home to give a price on installing an automatic transfer switch to my generator. The technician said multiple times he didn’t know when I asked him questions, that makes me feel his knowledge wasn’t up to par. He did said he would call one of his friends to get my answers, at that point I decided to tell the technician I would prefer to go a different direction with my project.

JJ was our service technician to evaluate a problem with our Generac Generator. Great Experience. Well quaified, professional and did an exceptional job. Followed through with taking car of its yearly maintenance. Highly recommended!

Nathan was awesome. Got other quotes from other companies beforehand and these guys gave the best options and prices. Always super easy to work with I’ve had other people from this company come out to do some work on our units and they’re always very easy to work with. They’re not pushy like the salesmen from other places I’ve work with and they’re very honest about their pricing. Extremely thorough.

All three of these gentlemen were professional and very customer service ready. One team was here to work on new generator and other team to work on a propane heater issue. The propane heater issue was a little more then planned but they let us know what they could do to help us out. Would recommend this company for any elect jvac issues.

However, he needs to work in improving his communication skills with the clients. Especially when we spend a lot of money in the service without a clear explanation of the service done.
